I can hear all the footsteps from upstairs and sometimes people laughing. I think the walls/floors/ceilings are way too thin!! The gate doesn't always close at night time so any cars can go in and out sometimes. Also the roads need to be patched. There are so many pot holes and its damaging my car...

The apartment village is gated and located in a safe neighborhood. The maintenance staff promptly respond to services requested. The neighbors seem to be nice and polite. Stores and churches are very accessible. Cleanliness is very visible in the community surrounding.

My experience with the Falls Village community has been a positive one! The grounds are well maintained, the maintenance and other staff are prompt with response time, and the property itself is in good condition. The parking availability is great!

This is a safe and quiet community to be living in. The apartment buildings are well kept and the apartments themselves are very convenient. All of the kitchen appliances are provided for, in addition to a washer and dryer. The parking is readily available.

Great gem in the city with a county feel. I would recommend this to my family and friends. This location is hidden inside the city. Many people would love this place if they could live here. City life

My wife and I were totally new Baltimore and are so lucky we happened upon Falls Village. It has been everything we wanted: close enough to downtown for work but surrounded by greenery, safe, nice neighbors, family and dog friendly, close to stores and at a great price for two bedrooms. I would absolutely choose to live here again!

Very happy with the transition from my old apartment to this new apartment, very peaceful and and stress. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. Great value and amenities for the rent. Staff have all been very helpful with no hesitation. Nice patio area feels like a home. Close to highways and appears to be a safe neighborhood.

I since in have been in my apartment painted and carpet replaced once since I moved in. I think there should be a process where the apartment complex comes around or forwards communications to residence about their painting and carpet needs. Maybe once the complex did come around and check the balcony for (safety reasons). I have issues with rain pouring down on my balcony (something there may be some obstruction with the gutter). But, with all that said, The apartment is nice I love my home.

I feel like to be a "gated" community, the gates should work on a regular basis and it seems like they aren't always closed during the correct hours. Also, the walls are very thin and i can hear my neighbors constantly - even snoring! I feel like the apartments to be continually upgraded as my washer/dryer is pretty old and our apartments are not very heat/cooling efficient, its freezing in my sun facing apartment.

Great for the pricing. Neighbors can be noisy but most are very nice and respectful. Quiet area surrounded by trees is a nice escape and very dog friendly. pretty neighborhood to walk around. Love that I can walk to Mt Washington Village and be only 20 minutes from downtown.

I'm pretty satisfied with this apartment so far. With a reasonable price it got all the things I'm looking for. There's in unit washer and drier. And I like the community gym, it is small but good enough for me, and all the equipments work. Staff are extremely friendly and the neighborhood is nice. Although one flaw is that the sound proof is not great in these buildings. I got a loud couple living above me and I hear them a lot in the day. I personally don't mind but I can image it might be a problem to people who want a quite life. In generally this is a very safe neighborhood and people here are respectful. Although still don't put your valuable belongings on the balcony...got my bike stolen...

Generally positive. Negative experience is mainly the noise and odor (cigarette, pot) coming from the nearby neighbors. Also the road surface has been significantly deteriated lately due to the snow storms in the past years. Other than these the apt cpmmunity is generally great, particularly the staffs.

I have lived at these Mt. Washington apartments for over 25 years. The experience here is great. My neighbors are who make this such a valuable experience. The managements selection of tenants is the most important service they provide. Kudos.

We love living here at Falls Village. We have referred friends that have moved in. My mother also moved in here recently and loves not having to climb the stairs in her old home. There are many kids for my daughter to play with and people are very friendly.

I really love this community. My only complaint is the community is not smoke- free so I get some second hand smoke when neighbors smoking on their balcony. However, I guess it is a good thing for smokers to have the same right to enjoy this beautiful place.

The leasing staff are truly world-class. What beats me is that a number of them first rented here over 15 years ago, and have stayed on living; and now working here. Really, the community of people here are beautiful. Serene, scenic and beautiful view. Tthe maintenance team are like family. Come.

My experience with groundskeeping and the leasing staff has been positive overall, with issues addressed promptly. The neighborhood is generally quiet, close to various shopping and grocery stores, and has reliable waste removal services.

When I was looking for a new place to live a few years ago-my top priorities were: location, washer/dryer in the apartment, pool, and price. Falls village fit all my criteria and I literally moved from across the street. I lived in a studio apartment that had no washer/dryer, and the complex had no pool. I moved into a 1 Bedroom w/ washer/dryer in the apartment and the (Falls Village) complex has a pool-and I didn't have to compromise the the geographic location that I already loved! Best part: At that time, I only had to pay $11 more from my previous location and gained so many amenities!

I enjoy living at Falls Village Apartments because it is a wooded apartment community, the rent is reasonable, especially considering you are within minutes of Towson, downtown, Owings Mills, the beltway and 83, and both the light rail and the subway. My neighbors are very nice and their is ample parking,

The experience is pleasant thus far. I don't have any security or noise issues. I would have preferred larger rooms, but the in unit washer and dryer makes up for the lack of space. I actually moved in in 2016 but that is not an option. If you send out another survey halfway through the year I'll be able to provide detailed feedback.
