RENTERS BEWARE!!!! First off I wanna say lived here for almost 2 years and I finally had enough. When I moved in the cleaners were in middle of cleaning the apartment so it wasnt even ready when the movers came. When I finally got settled in I found there was a cockroach infestation as well mice living in the HVAC closet. Next, the ventilation is so bad that I was getting all the 2nd hand cigarette smoke from the downstairs neighbor. The landlord allows smoking so I couldn't do anything about it besides seal all my vents and the HVAC closet so smoke would not come into my apartment. This means I have NO AC or Heating unless I endure my neighbors smoking. Also, the building is very old so the walls are paper thin. You hear everything!!! Downstairs neighbor coughs a lot and upstairs keeps playing wonderwall on the acoustic guitar as well being a heavy walker. Basically if you like peace and quiet these apartments is not for you. If I was able to give negative stars I would. So to recap, unclean, terrible neighbors, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Good. Safe. A lot of value in this quiet community. Semi monthly community meet ups with hospitality included. Good people who respect noise levels. Great staff (office, landscaping and maintenance). Only real issue is the gates not functioning correctly at times and the older heating and cooling units.

    I moved into Falls Village Apartments in June of this year. My experience has not been a great one. I purposely had taken a top floor unit because living on the bottom can be awful if you have inconsiderate neighbors. Well, my neighbors who reside below me are terribly disrespectful, loud, and just plain ignorant. I have written to the management office twice this month to express my displeasure with the situation. It has fell on deaf ears. There is no follow-up communication regarding this situation and all the while my household's work-life and school life is suffering not to mention lack of quiet enjoyment. Why even put quiet enjoyment in the lease if it will not be enforced. I telework full-time at home. I have an eight year old who attends school 100% virtually right now. Is my 17 year work history with the State of Maryland supposed to suffer because my rest and quiet enjoyment is consistently non-existent? Is my daughter supposed to have a lack of concentration in school because she can't get her proper rest. I understand we are experiencing a pandemic right now and everyone is spending more time at home but respect and consideration goes is a must when residing in an apartment community. I wish I had never moved here!!

      Have not been here long but thin walls or to loud neighbors an not informative about noise level nice looking apts though also security gate is nice nice pool an cook out area also nice to use a hall nice to walk around

        The community was a perfect place to live up until recently. I think management needs to screen new residents better and make sure they do not disturb the community with their illegal and questionable activities.

          Peaceful location with no noise. Good amenities like gym and swimming pool (unfortunately COVID has limited the access but they are available) In unit laundry facility is the most appealing thing about this property.

            This community is everything you could look for! The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I came from an awful complex to somewhere that is literally perfect!

              I like the community because it's quiet it's friendly. The scenery with deer and greenery is a plus. Having a pool and gym is awesome. However, the winner is washer and dryer in apartment home. Highly recommend

                Though the apt. Complex is an older complex, I find to be a quaint. secure and peaceful area. The grounds are well maintained, and the residents are friendly. I like that ther are monthly activities planned for the tenants as well. Most importantly I like that it's a gated community which adds a greater sense of security.

                    Been here for about 1 year 1/2 and it isn't too too bad but could be allot better. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I hear every single hard step the people above me take. I hear every word of every conversation the tenants below me say, as well as their horrible singing ALL hours of the night. The units are tiny & the appliances are extremely outdated. The pool rules are so strict it's no way kids can enjoy real pool fun. They need to seriously renovate these dated units. They want way too much money for these apartments. The gate is always broke, therefore left open. The landscaping could be better. I also think they could've waived or reduced rent during this pandemic. Allot of people are out of work but this property company doesn't care. Aside from all of that bad the good is is quiet for the most part, maintenance is efficient, & friendly. The neighbors are friendly as well. Not a bad move starting out but not good fur long term.

                      My overall experience has been pleasant. The neighbors and leasing staff are friendly. I feel safe and secure on the property. The grounds are clean. The apartment is a decent size. Cell phone reception is not very good.

                          I love my community. It's close to downtown and just as close to the suburbs. Everything I need is within reach. Great markets, stores, cute boutiques and some of the best restaurants. I love being able to walk or bike ride and seeing the trees and wildlife make my day!

                            Overall, I have not enjoyed experience here at Falls Village. One of the buildings was/is infested with mice. Moved from one apartment building to another because of it . The wall/flooring is extremely thin. Regardless if you live on the 3rd floor or not be prepared to hear the tenants under you . All of the apartments need to be renovated. You're paying over $1000 for outdated appliances. Management picks and chooses the issues they will take seriously. Would not recommend to anyone.

                                Apartments are old and need lots of maintenance. Barely any counter space in kitchen for cooking. No underneath kitchen cabinets for pots and pans. Plumbing isn't good - takes forever for water to get hot. In order to get hot water in my bathroom sink, I have to run water in the bathtub first. Walls and floors are SO thin I can hear conversations from my downstairs neighbors. Every time my downstairs neighbor enters or exits, the slamming of the door shakes my entire apartment. Leasing staff are not great, but maintenance is pretty good.

                                    nice community and staff helpful. Emergency assist was exceptional on a Saturday night. They resolved the problem, a clogged main line so water from others apartments were flooding into mine. .It was Saturday night before Easter Sunday and they stayed to dry out with fan and dehumidifier and removed the soaked carpet padding not finishing till very late. They also spray disinfected the area.

                                    I've loved living in this apartment community. I haven't had a problem with anything inside the apartment, or the community itself. I would recommend this complex to anyone I know looking to live in Baltimore, but not be completely in the city.

                                      The services and amenities are sub par in relation to the amount that is charged each month for rent. Charging for water and lockouts is an embarrassment to the management company. It takes an act of Congress to have pest issues handled.

                                        So far very positive experience in the apartment community. I love the fitness center and use it frequently. They are is quiet, the community well maintained and safe. I also love the large balconies that are perfect for plants! Overall a very positive experience.
