Good The management is welcoming and staff is very responsive and nice. I'm overall really have with my decision to move here and I already recommended the complex to two friends of mine. My only complaint is that sometimes the dog in the floor above me barks but I can't control who my neighbors are , unfortunately .

    very nice neighborhood, and very nice place to live! I love that there are washers and dryers inside the apartments. Whenever I need anything fixed or looked at the maintenance staff is always prompt, professional, and friendly.

      This is a quiet neighborhood. I like living here very much. The area is convenient. The staff is nice. Maintenance is quick & snow removal is great. They look nicer than many other apartment buildings. BUT........... These buildings are very poorly constructed. As in, NO SOUNDPROOFING. I live downstairs & I hear neighbors stomp up the stairs (the hallway is between my apt & another & the other neighbor says the same). I can hear the neighbors directly above me from the minute they walk in their door. I hear EVERY footstep (of two people!) & the floor creaks with each step. They also don't know how to walk properly - total heal heavy. I hear EVERY conversation - not the words but the voices (although sometimes I hear the actual words) & these two never shut up. Never. At all hours of the day. Believe me-I do not have super sonic hearing either. Sometimes I have to put a pillow over my head to mute their yammering just to sleep. Sometimes I put headphones on to read in peace. One time I had to knock on their door at almost 10p because my whole living room was shaking & something fell off the shelf in the closet! Turns out they were exercising & doing like jumping jacks or burpees! (They stopped jumping but not exercising until 11p. I hate them.) They also have a treadmill in one corner. What do you think that sounds like from below? The plumbing pipes are loud. The heating/ac unit is loud (like I-can't-hear-my-tv-loud). The gym should be 24/7 since you need your fob to access. (And why is the front gate padlocked in evenings & weekends?) Obviously I have inconsiderate, garbage neighbors but I would never know they were garbage if these building were soundproofed.

        The community is great. I love staff and everyone is very friendly. They keep the property very clean and all the dog stations had bags. The residents function are always fun and entertaining. Can't wait to the next event.

          I just moved in and I Absolutely love my apartment! My 4 year old daughter loves it too! Management does an amazing job to make sure everything is to your liking. If there is anything that needs to be fixed they come right away. Apartment building is quiet and everyone is friendly.

            Maintenance staff is kind, helpful and always responds in a timely manner. There is plenty of parking and the area is well lit. We are very close to shopping centers and major roads but there is almost no noise pollution.

              New to the apartment, love the area. Apartment has lots of closet space and giant mirrors in the bathroom. Kitchen has all new appliances and everything was clean and updated for me to move in. Can't wait for the pool to open this summer!

                Good people don't complain too much. Not too much noise. People seem pretty nice from what I've seen. Most keep to themselves including myself. No screaming children. Parking lot always has space available.

                  I have living fine. I lived here a number of years ago. I have a daughter that one time lived here. I like area and the shopping. It is a good location. I like the pool and tennis court area. Also, I had a pet the last time I lived here and like option if I wanted to another one.

                    I am Very happy to live here. The management and repair staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. My calls are answered quickly and repairs are made efficiently. The online bill pay system is very convenient. No complaints.

                      Very happy. It's quiet and in a good location. I've have great interactions/experiences with the office staff and maintenance staff. I do have to walk quite a ways to take out the trash, but that is a minor inconvenience. All in all am prettty happy

                        Wonderful community, he apartments and grounds are well maintained. Lots of trees and space to walk. Pool and gym are taken care of and I use them a lot. The neighborhood is in an excellent school district.

                          Falls Village Apartments is a quiet, professional complex setting in Mt Washington/Cheswolde community. It offers a lot of amenities that include a washer/dryer in each unit, swimming pool and gym. I've lived here for the past five years, and am very happy with not only professional staff/maintenance, but great neighbors.

                            Overall I've been pleased. Maintenance has been quick to respond when I've had an issue and took care of them timely. A nice location to be at also. Close to Towson, downtown, etc. Pool is well-maintained as well.

                                  I really enjoy living here at Falls Village, the complex is safe and ppl are friendly. The grounds are maintained neatly. Things are fixed in a timely manner. There is always parking. We are notified of any water issues ahead of time. It's very peaceful here and quiet.

                                    I have lived here less than a year. The previous manager, Margie, has since retired and I can already see a difference in communications. While the maintenance crew can be given 5 stars. I am not too sure about the new manager. At first, she appeared to be caring. But, now, not too sure. What I don't like is that she is so nonchalant about things. She felt that it was okay to tell me that outside contractors were in my unit alone. I don't care about them being bonded. It's still strangers in my home. I should have at least had the option of being there. I hope she gets it together because right at this moment, I am not feeling her. The community is beautiful and quiet. The appliances are okay. However, I could go for new carpet.

                                      Good so far, though the walls are very thin and noise from neighbors is an issue. Washer and dryer works fine but is very old. Need new appliances. Some of the cabinet doors dont close all the way. Noise is my biggest compliant

                                            The move-in process was very simple and the staff has been very helpful and nice. My apartment had brand new carpet and everything was extremely clean when I moved in. The grounds are kept very well and my small dog loves to walk around the community grounds.

                                                Falls Village has set the standards high. My request are always completed within 24 hours and the property is kept up to date. My only issue is I can not park in front of my door at times, and that is because my apartment is located outside of the gated area and many of the town home owners park in front of the apartments.
