Very nice area. I actually grew up 10 minutes away. I feel safe at night coming home knowing the security gate is closed upon entry. Would recommend to family and friends. I have been here almost 4 yrs now. Very pleased

    Good maintenance and leasing office team. Quiet area. Fun activities. Close to public transportation and shops. Always respond to problems or requests quickly walking distance to the bus and grocery stores. The grounds are always clean and well landscaped.

      I honestly cannot recommend moving to this community. Between the mice/roaches, poor AC, and horrible management staff, the only thing that keeps me here is price and location. There are plenty of other places to rent

        Staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Complete with washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ref and oven/gas stove. Had an issue with washer because it was old, maintenance came in the next day and fixed the issue real well. Maintenance people are nice. Great pool for kids during summer, parking is no problem with its parking inside the gated community.

          Living here has been great. This is my very first apartment & it has been a great learning experience that has helped me mature and grow a lot. In conclusion I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone I know because it has been a pleasure and a privilege to reside here at falls village apartments.

            It was good up until about a year and a half ago. The quality of service has plummeted. Maintenance doesn't respond to work orders properly or in a decent amount of time, they're only worried about the upkeep of the front off the community, the units in the back don't look as good, and the communication is bad as well.

                Grounds are kept nice. Gated community but gate is always broken and you only get a key fob not a clicker. Apartments are small and dated. Floor to ceiling windows are not energy efficient so utility bill is very high for a small space. Hot water heaters don't work well. You can smell neighbors cooking/smoking. The apartment itself is spacious enough for one person even with 2 bedrooms. Maintenance staff is always friendly and prompt. Community is relatively quiet.

                  It was great when I first moved in and the year after. Now its not so great. I just like the area and it really used to be very quiet & I knew all my neighbors. All but one have moved on and there have been many since that were not as nice as the first year. The grounds were kept very nice never a leaf or tree limb on the ground. Now its not only litter but dog poop and you always have to move limbs or debris when trying to park. Kids bikes and toys are left on the lawn and I've picked up pizza boxes and trash when going to my car mostly on the weekends. I've seen a group of kids who zig zag on the parking lot with no supervision and I've seen them dump trash in the middle of the grass by the wooded area. They have no regard for cars and have come so close as I was pulling in to get hit. The dumpsters always are full and its more furniture and junk all around them. It was never like that 2015-16. There are loud neighbors using profanity and arguing late in the evenings and the terrible odor of marijuana. I keep my windows closed now. The gate is never closed now that its finally fixed. I've come home a few times after 8pm and they are still open. It was one of the reasons I moved here the safety of the area. There is a burgundy car that speeds thru the parking lot like he's running a race and and has a muffler that makes a lot of noise. It always wakes me up out of my sleep as he comes and goes hours after midnight. It would be nice if things were as they were when i first moved here.

                    It's like a best kept secret. I am very satisfied with the community and the promptness of maintenance. They hold events and are friendly. I like the pool on the Summer and clean the hallways everyday.

                      I really love my apartment !!! it's a vibe ?? the washer, dryer & diswasher combo is almost the best part but it's really the "no slam" cabinets for me lol (it's the little things) .. i can see the pool from my front door & the gym literally has everything i need to workout .oh and it's a gated community ???? i was immediately sold when i came across these apartments ???? it's a cute spot for anyone , so quiet at night it's almost scary lol but good !!

                          Friendly management, responsive maintenance (except unwilling to replace a clearly-in-need-of-replacing furnace--they just keep coming in and replacing parts), and pleasant but not nosy neighbors. Quiet and safe community, convenient to major roads and highways. Could do without the upstairs neighbors' weekend skunk weed fest, but whatta-ya-gonna-do?

                                I moved into Falls Village just after the COVID lockdowns, so I moved in sight-unseen. Staff was very helpful and provided me with video tours and answered my questions about which way my windows would be facing and what I would see. My whole time here they have been helpful and responsive to any requests or concerns. The other tenants are professionals and families, the community is pretty quiet and no-nonsence. It feels like a responsible homeowner community more than an apartment complex.

                                    The unit that I rented is not similar to the model provided at the leasing office. The management lead and staff do not respect tenants rights pursuant to Maryland Law. Further I informed the office of domestic abuse. I was told that it is a as not their concern.

                                        I love this apartment complex. It is very family oriented and I feel super safe in my surroundings. It is in close proximity to supermarkets, playground and schools. Even walking the dog is made easy.

                                          Awful, do not live here. Pest removal NOT guaranteed. maintenance clearly does not quality check the apartment before move in. Closets are the bane of my existence. Management staff is extremely rude lazy and unprofessional. Solicitors come door to door at least once a month to try and promote some energy savings scam. They say they're from BGE but they're not. All in all, terrible experience.

                                            The community is a mix of young singles, couples, young families with one kid, and older professionals and retirees. The community is generally a friendly and quiet place. Being a sprawling garden apartment community, I only regularly see and interact with my neighbors in my building, but driving through, it appears to me that each building is similarly it's own pocket neighborhood. I appreciate it's location within a larger residential area, a quick and easy drive to Mt. Washington, the 83, and the 695, while being tucked away as its own enclave. My apartment is comfortable, but the layout does not provide cross ventilation, and any loud noise can be heard through the ceiling or walls. It is what it is. Maintenance has been poor. All in all, a solid place to live

                                                My experience here has been great. The office staff are always pleasant. I have awesome neighbors as well. The neighborhood is quiet, and somewhat safe. No where is %100 safe, but I can say I am a happy tenant.
