My rent increased the quality of the apartment did not. They should offer to replace the blind. They should upgrade the washer machine as well as the dryer. Clean the parking lot when it snows. Thank you

Overall, very positive. Pros: Very good quality for the money. Quiet. Good community. Located in a very nice neighborhood Cons: Thin walls (but all my neighbors are quiet, so not an issue The gates can be obnoxious

Quiet community, and friendly staff. The grounds are upkept as well as the laundry facility & gym facilities. Great value for money than other nearby apartments. Building style and amenities are current and up to date.

The maintenance staff is wonderful they are prompt and well mannered and if there is a problem they we call and give you a time they will be back to complete the job. And a survey will go out too for completion.

It is quiet and friendly, and is great for pets. My apartment is clean, neat, and has adequate storage. It is also very pretty here and it's nice to have peace and quiet at night! I haven't lived here long, but so far so good!

My overall experience is good. I like the size of my apartment and balcony. Neighbors are quiet. Nice gym. Property is well kept. Very quick on snow removal, I was very impressed. Friendly staff. Very quick to resolve any issues. Very nice place to live.

Comfortable and safe place to live. Office staff are kind, respectful and helpful. Maintenance crew are fast and thorough. Community grounds are always well kept and attractive looking. I would recommend this apartment complex.

I moved in in July 2018, and have had nothing but a good experience in the community. I am very happy with my location and apartment community. We have reccommended the community to multiple friends in hopes to bring them here as well.

These apartments are close to lots amenities healthy markets, and affordable and clean. The kitchen is a bit too small. The walls are thin and some of the neighbors are rude and blast music at 4 am. Other than that I have met a lot of nice neighbors who are kind and polite.

The community is perfect. Always well maintained, and warned ahead if there are any scheduled repairs. Pros - gated community, not too far away from downtown, safe, peaceful, fantastic maintenance staff. Never had any huge repairs in the apartment. Cons - small size (~530 sq ft), small kitchen and older appliances (there are few aptmnts with newer ones though), neighbor sound coz of thin walls.

Very friendly staff, maintenance requests completed within a very short amount of time and always completed correctly. Community is quiet and safe. Great little gym for working out, nice area to walk around. This place is awesome.

This is a lovely complex, beautifully kept grounds. Lovely people. Nice apartments and speedy service and assistance. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Mount Washington area and is searching for an apartment.

Very satisfied with my apartment and my neighbors. I would like to see the gates closed at night . Also when the streets had to be repaved, communication could have been clearer. I had to park outside the gate during that time.

The apartments are small but they make up for it in being functional. The apartments are clean, the neighbors are nice, and the managing company has done a wonderful job in maintaining the grounds and responding to maintenance requests. I would recommend this place to friends or family.

I really love the place kitchen cabinets could be updated. The staff is GREAT!!! always very friendly and willing to help me if there is a problem. The place is very nice and reminds me of home. Maintenance is GREAT

It really has been a great experience at Fallsvillage I will not be moving anywhere I love these apartments it's convenient to my job location and family and friends will recommend this place to anyone it absolutely great community to and it won't break you bank and can still live comfortably.

Excellent customer service, my work order was completed the very next day. very fast and responsive. My garbage disposal was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Anytime I had a work order completed it was done quickly by the next day.

This neighborhood is very beautiful, well kept, and safe. I really enjoy the layout of the one bedroom apartment. The large, long layout allowed us to break our living space into three different spaces: entertainment, dining room, and work area.

I've enjoyed living at Falls Village but unfortunately the rent is getting very expensive, especially since the apartment complex doesn't cover any utilities. We've also had several times where the water was shut off without notice because they were doing repairs.

I love living here. It is quiet and the grounds are kept clean. All of the staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to fix a problem. I love all the resident activities they have also, like happy hours, bingo, and movie nights.

I lived here for 9 months and had to break the lease because the buildings are so badly built that my downstairs neighbors who smoked inside might as well have been sitting in my living room chain smoking. Maintenance and leasing were well aware of the problem and were nowhere near helpful. Eventually Dawn the prop manager got so tired of my complaining (because the problem was never resolved) she stopped responding to me. I would have to send 3 emails to get any response and usually the response was not an answer to whatever I had asked. When my health became affected from living in second hand smoke constantly, I asked to be let out of the lease. They tried to charge me over $1800 to move out of someone else's ashtray (that even a hepa grade air purifier could not fix). Eventually after threatening legal action and going all the way to the regional manager they agreed to let me out for a little over $900 which I took because I couldn't take any more. There are better places a few blocks away where the apartments are cheaper/big/more utilities and amenities/ and better managed. If the property manager that was there when I was is still there, do yourself a favor and avoid this awful place

Very nice property, well maintained. Many of the units are small and appliances are dated and could use some upgrades/renovations but overall, they are well maintained. Lots of parking available. Very friendly and professional staff.

Falls Village is a very quiet and safe choose for all groups. I would definitely recommend it and am happy to call this home. Staff is always accommodating and when maintenance issues arise, they ar prompt and very efficient.
