Older nice buildings, my unit is upgraded with new appliances and cabinets. I've been here for over a year and it's a peaceful community most of the time. The gates don't always work, so sometimes it's not as secure as I'd like.

    Well so far everything is pretty convenient. The only issue I had is the gate when I have guests over. Also, trash and recycling is a little walk. Kitchen is great! There are no ceilings lights so lamps are a must.

      Awesome area and everyone is nice. I love watching the deer's from my window. It's great to have fitness room close to walk too. The stores are close and you can take safe walks and benches to sit and relax.

        Office management is dreadful. The on-site maintenance people are good. Anything that costs money is ignored. My hot water has been out six times in the last month. They send someone out to patch it together for a day or two, then no hot water. The office said they sent out a contractor (not a plumber!!) who "took note" of the problem. Have any of you ever been able to do dishes or shower with a note?

          Friendly neighbours, gated community. Decent rental. Apartments are clean and spacious. Management take care of any kind of issues within 1-2 days. Emergencies were taken care right away. Friendly staff and excellent neighbourhood.

              Not good at all yet, I just moved in month ago, been having problems with the washer, so far the problem never got taking care of. What a shame and disappointing. I can't wait for my contract to end to move out.

                Conveniently located to major highways, in a calm and quiet neighborhood. The office staff always makes sure any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Nice amenities including the pool and fitness center.

                      been here since 1978. Very clean and safe community. Nice people. convenient access to all surrounding areas for work. Well kept with a lot of open space and watershed park near property; convenient to shopping and eating places .

                        Anything that is wrong they are quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood, and community is always well kept and the leasing staff is always professional. They are making huge strides in bringing the community together with fun activities.

                          It was a rocky start with our ceilings being soaked with water, stove and washing machine not cleaned out and balcony covered with soot but after a year everything has been resolved and stabilized. Communication has improved. My neighbor had a package stolen recently. We believe that speed bumps need to be placed on Green Meadow Parkway. People drive way too fast. I've been almost hit trying to get into my car several times. During warmer months kids play outside and I fear one day a child will be hit.

                            So far I love the place. Very quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and people are very friendly. Neighbourhood is good. Its like being in nature, lots of green around you. Sometime you get to see deers. Oh and its pet friendly.

                              The neighbors are friendly. The office staff seems friendly, although I havent had much interaction with them. The maintenance guys come through quickly when called. They take issues about the apartment seriously. However, the size of the apartments are small. Very small. If that's not an issue, then the community is fine.

                                  I wouldn't recommend it. It's ------. That's just putting it plain and simple. The staff is unbothered by any issue you have. The apartment is put together with sticks and glue. The carpet is very cheep. The gate is annoying to say the least. Oh yeah, and I had a snake in my apartment. Because that's normal. I was never even given an apology for that. But whatever. I'm moving. ASAP.

                                    Small and old, but maintenance is quick and very friendly and the staff is nice. The area is well kept and quiet. The gym is small, but clean and you can do a full body workout if all the machines are used.

                                      Apartment was fine until mice started showing up. Management has tried to deal with it, but I feel that they aren't honest about efforts. Can hear TV, conversations from neighbors, walls are thin. Floorboards make lots of noise. Earplugs are recommended

                                        It's been wonderful. It'd be great to have more events that are run by the office. But, overall, it has been wonderful living here. The availability of gym has been super helpful. Ground is kept clean, and Marcus is very responsive.

                                          Apparently there is no background check here, although I thought there was. There was a domestic violence situation in my building, resulting in the man being arrested, protective order, and all! Then, the man moved back! It was reported to the leasing office who did absolutely nothing. Maintenance will come into your apartment without 24 hour notice as they did to me several times. Despite its mentioned on the lease that they have to give notice. On one occasion they entered while I was in the shower. The apartments are small so you can clearly hear the shower running from the front door. Did they leave-- no!!! They made their way on in, which was terrifying as a single woman living alone. I complained again and nothing was done except an apology. The trash is overflowing and I saw a rat on one occasion. They say it is a gated community but the gates are NEVER functional. The only nice part is the area which is convenient. BEWARE of leasing here.

                                            Falls Village has been a nice apartment community. The facilities are well maintained, with access to pool, fitness center, and tennis court. The apartments are reasonable value for Baltimore, and I have been very satisfied for my small family.

                                              Everything is good. It is safe and the staffs are helpful. One thing needs to improve is sometimes it is noisy because of neighbors co not try to control their in home activity volumn. And sometimes when they walking or running at home, the sound hitting the ground floor is too loud which can be heard clearly by the people living downstairs

                                                Truly an amazing apartment, its small but its perfect for 2 adults and a new baby. I have not had a problem that hasn't been immediately handled. Units come with Washer and dryers, dishwashers etc. Location is amazing nestled in Cheswolde a short drive from whole foods.
