For the most part, Falls Village is a great place to live. My biggest complaint is the noise. One of my neighbors is very noisy and I hear them all day long. The walls are very thin. The grounds are well-kept and the scenery is beautiful. The roads are a bit rough and need to be repaired. The best part about the complex is maintenance. They are very friendly and quick. I have waited a day max for a problem to be fixed. Most of the time it is fixed the same day. The office staff for the most part is very friendly. Margie has been very helpful during my time here. The lady that works on the weekends (I believe her name is Jennifer) is extremely helpful as well. The apartment is a tad bit outdated (especially the washer and dryer). Overall, I would recommend Falls Village Apartments.

Overall it is a nice place to live. I love the atmosphere and the location. The only complaint and the first complaint I have ever had are my new neighbors. The maintenance staff is really great, the turn around time is wonderful and the all the staff is friendly and helpful.

Grounds are nice, maintenance issues addressed immediately, nice having a pool and fitness center. The community laundry room method of payment in find annoying. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. Kitchen is tiny. No real space to actually cook a real meal

Nice, quiet community. Residential neighborhood within minutes of city attractions. Could use some updating but apartments and grounds are clean and maintained. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and within a reasonable time frame.

Falls Village is a quiet, clean, safe, and well maintained community. It is conveniently located for getting downtown or out of the city. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and, while there isn't a lot within walking distance, nothing is too far away.

Great so far! My apartment is clean, the office staff is nice and friendly most of the time, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. My favorite thing is the location and how convenient it is to get where I need to go.

The staff is alway friendly. The community is great community. Neighbors actually speak and are respectful. The best thing is the neighborhood is quite. We are located in a very convenient location. not far from 695 and Towson Mall

Efficient maintenance!!! The ammenities are excellent - experience high quality of service with a low rate rental. The neighborhood is safe and friedly. I can jog even at night time.The area is in a city but can experience serenity.It is a HOME! Just a suggestion can we open the gym in 24 hours.

Positive, nice maintenance staff. Roads have potholes. Gates don't work consistently. But overall well kept. Office staff is also helpful but one woman (main one who is in charge) wasn't very nice when I had a neighbor stalking me & had to get a restraining order. When I went to report it she acted like I was bothering her.

Falls Village community is just what you are looking for. Friendly, Quiet, and Clean. When living somewhere makes you feel like you're on vacation, you're in the right place! The pool, and the fitness center are clean and enjoyable and everyone from staff to neighbors are very friendly. I can't recommend this community enough.

If you don't need space, this is the place for you... Can't say if windows are efficient as I haven't experienced winter within complex. Pros: Grounds-keeping during summer is good, but haven't experienced a snow removal with the apartment yet. Apartments not inside secured gate have secure access. Bedrooms are average size. Maintenance request are responded to very quickly, but if they can't fix it they will provide a horrible resolution. Cons: Leasing consultant Maggie is always very frantic. Old HVAC systems Walls are paper thin! You can hear tenants exact words in a conversation, music and television. Tenants use balcony for storage; which causes property to look messy. Gates outside the secure gate entrance are always left open. Bugs in home, Rodents (mice) are a major problem Kitchen is the size of a matchbox. Washer machine only allows you to wash 5 thick towels. SMALL!!!! BGE electric usage are extremely high due to old HVAC units in property. Hallways in building are never cleaned. Gym equipment is old, dirty and rusted. FIOS not available

There were lots of bugs in the appartment when I first moved in. But after it was treated by pest control and 2 months later I have not seen any new pest. As far as noise I can heard the tenant below me. I've come to the conclusion thats how the building is not much can be done without adding sound deadening materials.

Overall a nice complex, but there are some serious concerns. On site maintenance is good. A new management company, Continental Realty, took over a while back. They must be having trouble servicing their debt. Older complexes require more maintenance. These projects are not done. The AC in the fitness center has been down for months (during the hottest summer months). The pool and its bathrooms need serious work. The parking lot is a mess, abandoned vehicles are just left. Access gates do not work on a regular basis. These are just the things we can see. The maintenance of things we can't see are the worrying thing. Is the water delivery system safe? Are there other health and safety issues that are not being addressed? Caveat emptor?

I like the community because it seems secluded. Falls Village have ammenities that I needed. The fitness center is a plus for me because I needed to loose some weight and now I have no excuses. My grand kids love to come over a little more because of the pool. I love the area.

Location is great and convenient. Customer service of office staff is very poor. What little maintenance staff there is is very friendly. Pet friendly community but does not have play area for pets. Overall cleanliness of common areas is average. Bathroom and Kitchens are average and appliances are somewhat outdated

Very happy living here. Maintenance responds quickly and professionally. Lots of trees. Great location. Parking spots need to be wider. The only issue is the landscaper contractor is very rude and shoots debris allover my car with his blower.

I had a incident where noise level was an issue. If we have disorderly neighbors that is a concern. At times you see mice. This is always concerning. The parking is very poor. The spacing for car to park present an extremely tight park. If you are home after 10pm. you have to park far away

Rat and mice pest problem always. The problems never got resolved. I can hear neighbors having sex which disturbs sleep and is so disturbing. Gates are not closed for security most of the day. I wish there was something good to say.

Apartment is nice quiet and I love it here. Ive been here for a long time.First i had a 2bedroom then I downsized to a1 bedroom just because my son moved out.Everyone is nice and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Older apartments with outdated appliances. The staff is extremely unhelpful and confrontational when issues arise. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside their apartments, so when our neighbors smoke, our entire apartment is filled of cigarette smoke. Walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbors say. Looking forward leaving.

Falls Village is a wonderful place to live, with very welcoming and accommodating staff. It is beautifully kept and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I am so glad I moved in to an apartment in this community as my first "real" apartment (without roommates)!
