Moved to Falls Village in April 2017 overall it has been a good experience grounds are well kept people keep to themselves quiet for the most part walls are thin can hear my neighbors conversations at times and I'm sure that they can hear mine

Falls Village is situated in a beautiful spot in Mount Washington; every window I look out of has tons of trees and greenery. The neighborhood is very safe, and there are plenty of families walking and jogging throughout the day.

The apartments are nice and the neighbourhood is peaceful. But the facilities like gym and pool are unsatisfactory due to their very restricted timings. Also, the walkability of the neighbourhood is pretty poor - you can not walk to do errands.

Friendly staff... Lawn, gym and pool kept well.... I would suggest putting cameras to see everyone car. This an extra protection for everyone.... It would also be more appealing for incoming residents...

I rate my experience living in this community as good. In my 13 years here, I have experience no issues. Maintenance has been good. Everything I've needed the work got done. If there's one negative the walls are thin. I can hear neighbors all the time...

Great apartment complex , great rent price and love the pool and tennis court. Very safe and well kept community, this has been my favorite apartment complex I have lived in so far. Love that it is pet friendly also

I really like living here so far! Love that the gates are closed at night for security, close to shopping, entertainment and 83! I have not gotten to use any of the amenities yet. Can't wait for the pool to open!

The community is very quiet, friendly and peaceful. The neighbors are courteous and considerate. The staff does an excellent job with snow removal, keeping the community beautiful and promptness with repairs. The office staff has always been very polite, professional and helpful.

Relatively quiet community with friendly staff and neighboors. Cheap rent with many amenities and conveniences in the community. Spacious rooms with central air conditioning and personal balconies. Would recommend.

I haven't been here long, but it seems like a normal apartment complex. Generally people mind their own business, and if you file a work order, eventually it might be fixed. I generally don't use the amenities (gym, pool), so I can't comment on that.

We moved into this community 10 years ago, and have enjoyed a largely positive experience. Response to maintenance requests are typically made within a 24-hour period, and occasionally the same day. For the most part, the residents in this community are civil, and consider the impact of the behaviors on their neighbors. The main drawback is the old structure of the units, which disallows for many of the modern amenities. Still, management has compensated to the best of their ability, and attempt to provide a safe and pleasurable living experience.

Not all the apartments are updated (ie kitchen) but the community is a good value for what you pay compared to other units in the area. Laundry in apt, pool and gym areally all great features to have available

The staff was always kind, professional and friendly and the community was very well maintained. If I submitted any maintenance request the job was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleaned very well.

So far so good! No complaints, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Well kept grounds, great amenities, awesome location near 83, friendly staff and most importantly it's very affordable rent. The maintenance issue we had was fixed the same day! We were recommended by a friend and this was a great decision

Have not decided cause I just got there. My neighbors get a lil loud from time to time. Others are very nice and friendly. paper thin walls i do not enjoy so much but the "updates" are pretty cool.

Margie and Maggie and the other girl in the office are wonderful and very helpful and it was very clean when I moved in. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Big fan of the pool and tennis and new equipment in gym.

This is a great community for those seeking easy access to downtown, Towson, and I-695. I moved in two years ago and it has been an overall pleasurable experience. The leasing and maintenance staff are prompt and courteous, and they work to address your concerns right away. The grounds are kept clean.

Overall ok for the price. Quite outdated apartments. Very thin walls. Very outdated kitchen cabinets and amenities. Great maintenance staff and office personal. Ample parking. Quick access to highways. Gated community is a big plus.

I have no complaints. It is a quiet community and the management staff responds promptly to all requests. With regard to the community, it is a nice mix of families, singles, and retired people. In my building, we even exchange holiday cards in December.

My experience has been great here. Lots of amenities and now somethings are being upgraded. (gates and fitness center) The maintenance guys are great. Malcolm is the service manager here. And he is very professional and on top of things. The maintenance team is the glue to this place. The office staff is okay. I would rather work with Maggie than Margie (office manager). Maggie is very helpful and nice. Margie not so much, she tends to talk over you and doesn't really listen to you.

Very quiet community with neighbors who are codial. Office management staff are typically helpful and the maintenance staff is very responsive to issues. Parking can be a challenge late at night sometimes. I plan to stay for re a while!

Excellent place to live. The school district is the best seller for me, followed by the security and convenience of the location. The neighborhood is totally exceptional. I have never heard of any incidents in the area.

All i could afford in the area. Cheapest place around. Very small apartment. Plenty of parking. Obnoxious gates, which serve no purpose. Left open half the time. Boring neighborhood, close to downtown mt. washington. Nothing interesting around.

Not at all what I expected when moving into a gated community. Wondering why i pay more in rent than other nearby communities for a gate that's always open while the walking gate has had no knob or lock since april.
