I love living at the Renaissance Apartments. It is convenient to shopping, public transportation, the hospital, and the library. The amenities include in the community are amazing. There is a gym and pool in the community that is well maintained that your family can enjoy. The community is clean and best of all I feel safe. This is my home, maybe it will be yours as well.

Lovely place when I first applied, all the people involved was kind and considerate but a new company took it over and all the people that was there left. It is now stressful dealing with the management they have in place.

Quiet community. Great solid buildings. Noise level very low. New appliances recently. Daily garbage removal. Pet friendly. Swimming pool and athletic center are a plus. Shopping center across the street. Good access to bus routes.

Great experience living here, there has been major updates as far as appliances to all units on this property and for added safety the owners have also added cameras along the building and parking areas. This is a great place to live with a clean environment with helpful and pleasant staff in the rental office and maintenance.

I have been very happy living at The Renaissance Club. Service and maintenance are usually excellent. With the new cinderblock spaces for the trash containers, the space is not as clean and neat as before.

I truly value living in a community where privacy, safety, and cleanliness are clearly priorities. We always receive advance notice before maintenance enters our home, even for service requests, which shows a strong respect for residents' privacy and comfort. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and feels extremely safe. I can walk my dog at 5 a.m. without concern, and I can come home from a late evening out at 2 a.m. without worrying about harassment, theft, or harm. That level of security brings real peace of mind. The property is also consistently well maintained. The hallways are clean, and the dumpster areas are kept tidy with no trash scattered around. It's clear that management takes pride in the community. Another major plus is the location, we're within walking distance of a major bus line and a shopping center, making it easy to access transportation, groceries, and everyday essentials. Overall, the quality of life here is outstanding. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

It's been a great experience so far, the community is nice, the rental office gets back in a timely manner and when I put a ticket in the maintenance staff is there within 2 days. Overall it's been a great place to raise our new baby

The area is nice and peaceful, convenient to stores and the highway. The area is very quiet at night. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The try to keep the property clean as possible. The trees and grass reminds me of being in the park

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the odd side for nine years and never had any problems. A tree fell into my building and I was moved into a two bedroom on the even side. I have had issues ever since. There has been consistent flooding whenever it rains, TWO sewage backups, appliance issues and leaks, and other plumbing issues in the last two years.

I have lived in this community for 25 years. That should speak for itself! I love having everything at hand especially washer and dryer. I loved the off street parking. The apartment halls are clean and we can put trash on the stoop.

Communication is poor between maintenance and property management. Dealt with heating issues for 8 days and the urgency to fix it has been very poor. Highly disappointed this is happening based off of the amount they ask for rent.

My stay has been fine! Quiet, pretty clean community. Apartments are spacious. I just don't like the windows (too much of a draft). Some of the "upgrades" (changed thermostats twice and a fan in the bathroom) I feel like were a bit unnecessary but it's okay.

It is an very good community just done like the fact that they don't allow you to cook on the grill and that some of the neighbors are nusiance neighbors, they do stuff on purpose like stomp over your head

So far, I'm having an awful experience. My ceiling is leaking and had been since June... it's currently October as I type this. My bathtub faucet is also leaking and had been since June also. I put in a work order and was told the work was completed, when the work wasn't done at all.

I personally haven't had the best experience as a tenant like I hoped to have. It was more disappointments with home maintenance and exterminating than I expected. I hope for better solutions. Despite those situations, the office staff were nice and welcoming regardless of the call, pop ins, or even drop off for rent.

Peaceful neighbourhood. The security, the gym is well arranged. The neighbourhood has adequate and capable workforce . The administrative office staff are quite keen to help me with all the necessary detailed information on how to settle well in the environment.
