We toured Govenor's Green and found them to be very nice apartments at reasonable rental rates. We especially liked the balance of wood flooring in living areas and carpet in bedrooms. They also have enough closet space to meet our needs.

I continue to live in this community because of the location, location and location!! Seriously, I find most neighbors are hard working professionals and mind their own affairs. The property is kept clean and maintenance is good, but it was excellent until the last two years. I am hoping it will go back like it was before usually things turn for the better. I have excellent neighbors now. I have seen a lot of people come and go. I hate to see the good neighbors leave but eventually people buy homes. Over all Governor Greens Apartments are very nice.

Easy application and approval process. Rent is reasonable and the complex is clean and kid. Local shops are accessible and friendly. This area appears to be safe with above average rated schools and colleges

It's a decent place to live. Not a lot of amenities for what you are paying. Gym only open during office hours which is a problem unless you telework. Stairwells need to be power washed more often.

Good overall! I don't have many complaints, some of the neighbors are loud but my apartment is nice. I don't mind living here and it is a solid choice. Bowie is kind of boring but I feel like all my needs are met!

The size of the apartment doesn't fit my needs. There is no pantry and very limited closet space in the main areas, which makes storage difficult. I also noticed multiple residents transporting trash in their cars to the dumpster, and that's not something I'm comfortable with. The open?air building layout and the way trash is handled make me concerned about potential pest issues. Other than that, the property itself is nice and the location is great, but the lack of space and the potential for pests are deal breakers for me.

The location of this property is good. It is close to shopping. Easily accessible by major roads and situated equidistant from major locations. The only problem I have had is the number of different owners of the complex. In the 10 years I have lived here there have been 4-5 different management companies.

Office staff is great, but the quality of the apartments could be better for the rent rates applied to this community. Overall great area and close to many shopping centers and schools. About 15 mins from Annapolis as well.

Old community and apartments. The price is reasonable but you get what you pay for! The actual unit was my clean and looked very outdated! The area is nice and has lots of eateries and close to major highways. If you're looking for new this ain't it! If you're looking for cheap and not much of anything else this could work!

The online portal doesn't work for submitting maintenance requests; I think that's something that needs to be improved. I tried to do it online and didn't receive a response for weeks until I went to the office in person.

Governor's Green is a wonderful, peaceful community to reside in. I recommend it to anyone looking. The community staff is always pleasant and friendly. The upkeep of the community is exceptional. Worth moving there.

I've always enjoyed this community but over the past 5 years, the office and maintenance staff have provided unsatisfactory service. The cons are beginning to outweigh the pros with this property. Services provided are diminishing and I'm no longer confident with the office and maintenance staff.

Nice inside the actual unit. Please don't pick a unit by the two dumpsters due to rats heavily on the property. The tenants don't cooperate to help management keep this issue down. Nice area and the units are nice.

The staff keeps the property clean, even when the people who rent here don't. The apartments a great. However, repair of appliances or any plumbing issues is poor. They do have good deals for the apartments as well, but nothing for the loyal tenants.

Great experience. Iove how secure i felt during the fast process. Secure meaning hands on during a process of having to move and do it in a short period of time. They assisted and made sure i had my keys and apartment by the time i needed it. Things fall into place when you have a helping hand.
