This is a peaceful community, with friendly neighbors, amazing staff that are friendly and understanding. I also enjoy their events they have during the holidays. I have been enjoying my stay here, that's why im still here.

Evergreens at Laurel is a great community. I have been here for 1 year now and really love it here. The staff is very professional and personable. They are family oriented too. They do extra things for all ages. They are implementing a new visitors parking policy. Not too sure how I feel about that.

Clean community, safe, washer and dryer in apartment. Overall great place to live. I think more visitors parking should be available. Other than that this place is wonderful and I plan on living here for years to come.

We found Evergreen at Laurel on the apartment website and visited the site and fell in love with the place. We here in July last year and love it here. The community is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and nice.

It has been an experience. I loved my first unit that I was in never had any problems until my apartment flooded. In this new unit I'm not a fan of being on the top floor, not a fan of my neighbors. They complain about noise yet make so much noise on a daily basis. I like the 2 bedroom unit for the space.

Move in experience was stressless and seamless. Apartments are very clean and almost have an Airbnb feel to them. So far the community is very quiet and everyone is friendly. I feel safe at night when walking my dog. Grounds are kept very clean.

I just moved in but I have no complaints. The area is quiet and clean. The day I moved in the apartment was so clean it looked new. Even my family helping me move loved how clean it was on day one. The leasing office was very professional and informative during the whole process.

Evergreens at Laurel is a wonderful community to join if you're looking for a quiet and caring community. I've lived here for almost a year at the end of this month. I haven't attended the community events yet but plan to. It's also very clean and the grass cutting and parking lot are well kept up.

My experience has not been too bad. Thank you for your service to our community. I would recommend this place for a potential new renter, however I am apprehensive to have visitors for long periods of time, due to lack of parking and theft.

Overall, the community is very clean, quiet and safe. The maintenance staff comes to your unit to fix any issue very promptly, but sometimes they won't fix things for you by telling you things are still working as normal, so no need fixing, though we as residents know somethings are off.
