I love living here. I have not had any problems so far. Initially my biggest concerns were there lack of communication via emails when it to important things like needing to have your car removed for parking lot painting or things of that nature. I work out of town so I'm never home. I would never get the reminder. They have started email communication so that has helped a lot.

It's one of the best apartments in Laurel the community it's very safety and very clean the staff in the leasing office they are very helpful I recommend anyone one he try to move to Laurel to stop by and see the community I love it

I enjoyed my apartment home for the last two years. I moved here in 2015, and my lease is almost up again. The only downfall is the rent increase. I foud out from some of my friends at work that their apartment complex rewards tenants for paying on time or before time without a rent increase. I wish Evergreen would adopt the same concept. Last year, I had a 7% increase in my rent. I decided to stay because I love my home and the community. The staff is fantastic, and my neighbors now are excellent. Also, the maintenance is always on time, and the property is well maintained. This year, I believe my husband and I will venture out to see what other homes have to offer because the rent price is dropping all over Laurel with more amenities.

I have nothing bad to say about this community. The staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. The noise level is at an all time low. I would recommend family and friends to live here as well. I will definitely renew my lease come October!

I enjoyed living in this community for the last two years. The apartments are very nice and clean. The utilities are fairly cheap. The trash service is very convenient. The size and quality definitely seems worth the cost. The walls block the sounds from other apartments on the same floor (you can hear people walking above you, but that seems somewhat unavoidable). The service requests are answered very promptly. My only complaint is that some of the appliances seem to be poor quality. We had issues with the washing machine in the long term.

I would recommend this apartment complex to others because the staff is very friendly and service requests are met promptly. It is also nice how the location is within a few miles of several shopping centers and grocery stores.

This community is very nice, comfortable updated apartments with very nice washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. Office is staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is very quick to reply and fix anything. My only wish is for a pool and be allowed a dog.

Ilove every think about this apt complex. I feel safe here. it clean and convinent. the staff is always looking out satisfy the residence. infact it was the only apartment complexin this area that remove snow from the streets during the big snow strom.

You can't go wrong with this apartment complex, super friendly management (the ones that left and the new ones) always at your service, trust me you'll appreciate everything about this place. You can almost always hear your upstairs neighbors moving around but that's human :)

I loved it when I first moved here in 2012. That has all changed. The community appears to be targeting college/young people. I was in the fitness center one day and directly outside of the door, a couple (very young looking) was physically fighting. Actually, it was the woman hitting the man and he walked away. In the process of the altercation, the woman dropped some paperwork work on the ground. He left as she began to pick up the papers. A little while later, I left the fitness center and got in my car to run an errant. I noticed the man standing across the street (by the Harley Davidson) with his luggage (looks like he was waiting for a ride).

fine, except for one incident with the loud floors causing issues with neighbors. Wish the apartments were bigger and roommate style for the 2 bedroom option. thin walls but safe and quiet community. Frequent change in office staff, no issues.

Nice community, apartments are new and renovated. The washers and dryers provide more than ample space and the interior design is quality. There could be more room in the kitchen but other than that the overall size is reasonable and the outside is clean and well kept.

This is an awesome apartment community. The staff are polite and wonderful. The grounds are clean, apartments are cozy and gorgeous inside. We love the secured building, landscape, washer/dryer, valet waste service, fitness center and the list goes on and on.

Lovely apartment but too pricey. My rent is more than most people's mortgages. Visitor parking is very scarce on the front of the property because tenants park extra cars in visitor spaces. The apartments are nice but many of the policies are not followed

I've searched and searched for apartments and this one had the best reviews. Moving in here was the best choice of my life! The staff is very friendly. What I like the most is that only residents can get in the apartments and guest have to call to be let in. This place is also very quiet, don't have to deal with road noise, kids outside, or dogs! No dogs allowed!

This community overall is okay to live in just don't expect anything from the rental office. They are a simple leasing center where they just lease apartments. they operate like robots. As a resident for 1 year I have had the same issue with the valet trash company over and over again. The community is very inconvenient from power washing the parking lot to random inspections to water problems. Its annoying to operate on a specific time especially when you stick to a schedule in the mornings. You have to wake up extra early to accommodate what they have to do otherwise you will get charged for it- it's just annoying-- Residents don't want to be bothered or go out of their way-- and this community has no chill. It's always something. (when there's an inspection you have to clear things out of the way so they can access the filters) And the smoke detectors are a piece of crap- the batteries hardly last/ the blinds fall or break often.

Words cant express how awesome I think Evergreens is. I have lived here for about a year and I feel that they are great when it comes updated apartments, affordability, location, and security. This is what brought me....However, what keeps me here is the professionalism and care that comes along with my lease. Evergreens honors their motto, "We put our hearts in your home". I was given an example of this a few weeks ago when my apartment flooded. The apartment above me had just become vacant and while doing some renovations, apparently a pipe busted and created a waterfall in my apartment on a Wednesday night at 10:30pm. Okay, so the whole situation really sucked and I begrudgingly understand that accidents happen....That aside, Evergreen's professionals really helped to decrease the suck-factor. First, the reaction time of the maintenance guy was almost magical and repairs began immediately that night in addressing the water damage and recommenced the next morning. One of the rental agents personally came over to check on me and the situation the next morning. What I valued and appreciated most about her was that she listened to my concerns and followed through on everything that she told me she would. In summary, Evergreens at Laurel rocks and I would definitely recommend it others!!

Great community. Very quiet with ample parking at anytime. I love that it is convenient to stores and the interstate. I love that the apartment has full size washer and dryer. And I love that every appliances are updated and kept in good condition.

I've recently moved in and so far all is well. The staff has been very professional and responsive. I've utilized the fitness center and the facilities are up to date and clean. The only issue I have is the one key rule. Beyond that we are very happy.
