The experience has been nice my only thing is the rent increase and I notice that new incoming residents don't have to put down a lot for a deposit, while older residents don't get that deposit in return. If the rent increases something should be added. Also the main reason why I moved her was that my only utilities was the electric, now we have to pay utilities

Until recently, I enjoyed living in my apartment, interacting with the front desk staff, and getting along with some neighbors. However, since Cameron joined the office staff, my experience has drastically changed. Following my formal complaint about his unprofessional behavior, I feel targeted, and my family is now concerned for my safety. Over the past year, my fianc? and I have faced numerous issues. The refusal to replace our outdated AC unit led to mold growth, damaging furniture and clothing. Despite our significant losses (hundreds of dollars), the management only offered a $500 rent reduction. Furthermore, the cleaning company frequently fails to clean our building, and trash pickup for the 'valet services' is often delayed. Recently, I requested the cleaning schedule to ensure safety precautions for visiting family members with small children, as the supposedly clean stairs posed a slipping hazard. Following my recent complaint, I've lost confidence in the community's handling of confidentiality. Regrettably, the cleaning staff was informed of my concerns and retaliated with false accusations, claiming I knocked on their car door window to inquire about their cleaning schedule. This allegation is entirely fabricated, and I possess security footage to substantiate my claim. Due to these experiences, I would not recommend this community. Specifically, I have concerns regarding Cameron's: 1. Lack of professionalism 2. Disrespectful demeanor, which goes unchecked 3. Apparent favoritism in admitting friends to the community These issues compromise the living environment and undermine trust in management.

The office staff is wonderful, I like them all thus far. When I call, they always get back to me ASAP. The community as a whole is well kept with the landscaping always so clean and beautiful. Likewise, the building I reside in is always clean and smelling good as I believe they all are. Leasing office atmosphere is always clean, quiet and peaceful. Love it, don't hate it!

Decent apartment. The management is trying but the visitor parking rules need to be enforced . Overall the location is central . Maintenance is quick to respond to maintenance needs . The grounds are kept well. However after 5 years, it will be great if some appliances could be upgraded .

My experience at this community has been more than satisfying which is why I love living here. Office staff and maintenance staff strive to keep residents happy. The grounds are very well kept, the apartment homes are very well kept and beautiful, all maintenance requests are handled immediately and to the fullest. There are many fun events held for residents to make them feel at home and appreciated and come together as a community family. It is obvious a lot of hard work and effort is put in to keeping the community as beautiful as it is. You have definitely stood by your statement by saying "OUR PROMISE we put our hearts in your home."

The evergreens at Laurel is my second home in 6 years and only because I changed states. After searching for months online ans in person I was pleased with my choice. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Cameron and Jessica. I love how peaceful, clean and safe the apartment complex is. I love the space of my apartment and the option for an accent wall. The maintenance is top class. What can I say, this place makes it easy to feel at home.

The heat wasn't working so I had a work order on line for repairs in the morning and maintenance staff responded the next morning and had the heat running before lunch. The maintenance staff is always professional and friendly.

The buildings and area are clean and sturdy. Usually pretty quiet. Maintenance is very responsive. Room layout is nice. Community events are a fun time as well. Everyone in the area is usually very friendly.

It's nice and mostly quiet here. Parking is accessible, with rules strictly enforced. When I need to reach out to staff they have always been courteous and accommodating. I don't have issues with noise, cleanliness or pests of any sort here. In snowy weather the maintenance staff do their best to keep walkways safe and ice-free. That's especially important for senior residents with mobility issues. Even the children and teens are well behaved. This is a nice place.

Great community! It's non smoking and has plenty of free parking for guest and residents; unless you want an assigned space. The pricing is far for the area. Really quiet place to live. Near public transportation. Just a great experience living here.

Overall a great place to live! Walls are thin, enclosed building meaning odd smells (bad cooking, stinky garbage and occasional weed smell though it's a non smoking building). I do feel safe, love the community events and peaceful for the most part.

This is not an apartment I would have chosen but it was the only one that fit my financial situation at time. It's too small for the price and too many hidden fees, etc. The apartment was not clean upon lease up. It appeared clean but underneath stove and the laundry part was filthy and the toilet too and the bathroom is cheaply made. The apartment is not worth the rent. Evergreens is easily the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Apartments are very well maintained and painted. Design layout is fantastic with great sight lines of community grounds. The office staff is professional and caring. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and professional. The community is very safe with cameras covering most of it. There is a police presence. Plus, police live in the community. There is ample parking for residents. Access to DC and Biltmore via BW Parkway 295 is minutes away. What's not to love!

Hmm where do I start? Is it from the amazing staffs or from the peaceful neighborhood or the amenities? Been here for just a week but I have been enjoying my stay here. Easy access to the roads and my spacious apartment ??
