I enjoy coming home to the quiet apartment building home. The open floor plan and washer/dryer in the unit make it an inviting atmosphere. I enjoy the valet trash service Sunday-Thursday. I especially like how clean the community is kept and the regular maintenance of filters.

"The best apartment I've ever lived at! Staff is great and my neighbors are awesome. Maintenance requests are always completed within a few LESS time than that. Never had a problem here!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

Clean apartment. Appliances are in good condition. Wide open living room for the 1BR, not much storage space though. Definitely on the more expensive side, not sure if the apartment is worth quite what they're asking for.

I love this apartment complex. It is definately peaceful and very diversed. The rental office personnel are always polite as well. I have no regrets on the decisin I made to move here.

I love it here! I've lived at the Evergreens for about 6 months now and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the community. It's mostly quiet, which is a plus for me. If there is ever an issue, they are very attentive and fix the problem within 24 hours. If, for some reason, it will take longer than 24 hours, I've always gotten a phone call or email detailing why there is a bit of a delay. It's a great apartment community!

I love living here. It's fairly quiet, I rarely have to call maintenance but when I do they typically resolve the issue the day I submit the request. The staff is super friendly they even sent me a birthday card!

The Evergreen is one of the best places to live. It's clean inside and out. The building is quiet and secure, and quite large on the inside for an apartment building.

I love living here!! Community is kept very very clean. No hanging outside, respectable neighbors and leasing staff is top notch!! I am single and feel very very safe here!! The rent is a little steep but i would highly recommend living here!!

The Evergreens at Laurel is a nice apartment complex for someone who is just starting out. Rent is cheaper than the surrounding areas but they also don't offer much. The main reason we are moving out after 2 years is because of the neighbors & the lack of security it feels like we have here.

I absolutely love being a resident at the Evergreens at Laurel- the location itself is great, so close to the BW parkway and it has a private, exclusive feel despite being on the busy route 197. The community itself is very well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. The valet trash pickup is extremely helpful. I enjoy getting invites to events hosted at the leasing office, it adds to the community feel. The staff at the leasing office are so helpful and the leasing office and community room have excellent décor.

I typically never write reviews,however I had to write a review regarding the Evergreens at Laurel Apartments. These apartments are exceptional and the customer service can't be beat. I never hear my neighbors, as they are so quiet. Any maintenance request are handle efficiently expeditiously. Here at the Evergreens, they really care about their residents and make it a point to address any concerns and the bottom line is that you really feel at home here. Give these apartments a try and won't be disappointed.

If you live here, make sure you move in with earmuffs or live on the top floor. Apartments themselves are nice and have been renovated with new appliances. However can hear every step people above you takes. I've lived in bottom floor apartments before (lakeside north) that have been built from the 50s and haven't heard even half the noise I hear currently. And lets not forget the shaking. I've had statues fall off shelves as well. Front office is slow to respond to problems as they close on Sundays and are selective on what issues they tackle. I will say maintenance emergencies are handled in a prompt and quick fashion. Bugs and other pests have not been a problem. I've seen maybe one roach and that was probably preventable on my part as I am not the most clean person. I'm also sure my cats take care of any other night vermin. Overall, 5 stars without roof/noise issues or if you are on a top floor. 5 stars with these issues and if it was cheaper. 3 stars otherwise as you can't charge for A+ service with C- effort.

So far my experience since moving in has been great. No complaints!! The staff was great and made my move very easy. The community is clean and you hardly hear any noise. My only issue was that the apartment I saw was totally different than the apartment I moved into but it's just as good as the one I saw!! I would recommend this complex to anyone!!

I've loved the Evergreens. The staff is always very attentive and responsive and the community/apartment itself is beautiful. The units have washer/dryers and the water bill is included (which is definitely a plus). Overall, it's a quiet and nice community and a great place to live.

First off, I would like to start by complimenting the team that is running Evergreens. My fiancé and I needed to make a quick decision on an apartment all the way from Miami, without ever being able to see the apartments we were looking for in person. The staff was so helpful as to send prompt emails with photos of the actual apartments, info as to how everything from trash to utilities go and even gave us dates and info on things to get accomplished before the big drive. When we arrived, we were more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place is. We didnt even want to shower in order to maintain the place spotless. It was freshly painted, the fixtures were new, and they even leave the plastic wrapping on the toilet seat to show you they replaced it. This is a top notch place with a top notch team in a top notch location, and I am thrilled that this was our choice for our new Maryland Home. Special thank you to Tonja, Michelle and Brittany for making the long distance move so effortless.

My personal experience as a resident at the Evergreens has been very good. I cannot say the same for the experience with my vehicles that have been damaged on 2 occasions while parked in a reserved parking spot. Any improvement in parking lot safety and security would be a welcome enhancement.

The Evergreens at Laurel is great, clean, professional commuting with beautifully new renovated units. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a cozy little nook with upscale features like in-unit washer/dryer, door service trash pick-up and free accent wall painting for one wall of your choice with move-in (they'll also paint it back for free when you leave). A new tenant here so although still new, so far I love it so much and a great start indeed.
