I've had little to no issues while living here. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a matter of hours, property is safe and quite for the most part, building security is a plus. Parking would be the only complaint I'd have and that's due to the lack of visitor accommodation since there are two lots and depending on where you live it could be a lengthy walk for your visitors.

I had a great experience. My move in went very smooth. The staff were very polite and helpful. I was very pleased with my apartment. I was accommodated with changing my unit to a 2 bedroom instead of a one bedroom.

I have lived in the community since 2013 and have had a great experience. On site maintenance is important to me in an apartment and the maintenance staff here respond quickly. The grounds are well kept, constantly updated, and safe. For the area it is the best bang for your buck if you want a relatively upscale living arrangement for a decent price.

The community is quiet and clean. I do like the play ground. The main issue is the parking lot not having enough spaces for residents and the visitors parking being to far for certain apartments. I do like the trash disposal pick up as well.

Very well kept complex. Office staff always professional and courteous. Maintenance is the best. The turn around for requests are phenomenal! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Only downside is there is not enough closet space if you are a shopohilic like myself!

We have a relative that referred us to this community. I set up an appointment and when we got there the staff was just great. They answered all our questions and showed us a beautiful apartment. Once we had our applications done it was just a smooth process. So far we love our stay and our apartment.

I will have to say that my stay at the Evergreens apartment complex has been a steady decline. Ive been here for 3 years, and havent had many problems until recently. When I first moved in, i was very happy and impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment buildings and how well the grounds were kept and maintained. The grounds are still kept nice, but the apartment buildings have slowly started to become messy with weird odors coming from neighboring apartments. Even though there are cleaners that come every week to clean the apartment, im not sure what they are doing since the building itself looks like a mess with food and water stains everywhere. It was actually this year when I found my first bug in my apartment. The noise from neighboring apartments are pretty loud. If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor, be prepared to hear everything that your neighbor on top does and every footstep they take. Technically, its not really the neighbor's fault, as the building is made of wooden floors that creek way too much. Im not sure if anything can be done about this, but if you are looking for a very quiet apartment, dont get one thats on the 1st or 2nd floor. The only other issue, and BIGGEST ISSUE, that I have had living here is the safety concerns. Over the past several weeks, there have been 4 or 5 cars in our apartment complex with their tires stolen in the middle of the night. This had never happened before during my stay, but I honestly do not think this place is safe to live at anymore. Nor do i feel safe walking to my car at night. Three of the cars that have had their tires stolen have been a 2016 Honda Accord. All of these thefts have taken place over the course of 5 weeks (Aug-Sept), with the latest robbery happening just a week ago (As I type this, there are still cars in the parking lot sitting on bricks without tires!!) Unless management hires security or installs cameras, its just a matter of time before it happens again. Management has not stated any action that they are planning to take regarding the stolen car tires, which is making a lot of the residents uneasy. At the very least, management should send a letter proposing what they plan to do regarding the vehicle thefts. For this reason, I plan on ending my stay early at Evergreens. Besides the reasons listed above, this place WAS a decent place to live. Unfortunately, I value my personal safety, and the Evergreens at Laurel are not providing a safe environment.

Friendly office staff, very informative, and delivered what was promised. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. The apartment was in impeccable condition upon moving in and the overall appearance of the community is superb.

I have only been here a short time but in the past few weeks everything has been great. The leasing office staff was phenomenal with accommodating my move in over the holiday which made move in day much simpler. Michelle is so friendly and kept in contact with me during the application process and even still follows up with me now. I am so glad I chose this community to move into.

Quiet environment, love the security doors, full size washer and dryers in the unit. 3 bedroom Apartments have GOOD size rooms. Feels like I made the right choice. Just wish they offered move in specials but no other complaints from me.

This is a great community to move into. It's quiet, the staff are professional, and are top of everything. It's safe and literally around the block from the highway. I love it here I'm glad I chose it!

I like it, I love that my apartment looks semi modern. However, the neighbors above me stomp a lot. I also feel like the rent is actually too high. It should be around $1100 not $1350, especially since it's in Laurel.

It's quiet, clean and has everything a tenet would want. The leasing office and maintenance staff provide quality and timely service. I have already referred to two friends and one has already signed a lease of their own.

The evergreen at Laurel one of the best apartment at Laurel md it's clean and safe we live here for almost 4 years we never have any problem I recommended anyone try to move to the area to stop by And check the apartments

In the time I've lived here, I've had next to nothing to complain about. Staff are friendly, grounds/parking lots well-maintained, and the community is fairly quiet considering it's right off the highway! Several transportation options available close by and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area!

Very clean community. Apartments are beautiful. Staff is absolutely amazing. I started my new journey of life on my own here and it is the best decision I have made so far. The staff has been absolutely amazing, getting me started, paperwork, from changing light bulbs to a friendly good morning. Thank you all so much!

This is an absolute gem of a community, and the staff are incredible. It's quiet, clean, and beautiful, with large well-laid out apartments and lots of natural light. Tonya and the rest of the staff are attentive, kind, efficient, and hard-working. We once had a problem with a wall and it was taken care of within a few days -- including parts of the woodworking being replaced. The work was in such a manner you would never have known it was changed. We love the Evergreens!

I enjoy the apartment amenities, washer & dryer, onsite gym, community social events, valet trash removal and parking is always available. The property has beautiful landscaping along with beautiful pine ?? trees to admire all year round.

I love living at the evergreens. All residents are constantly informed and the community is pleasant. The community is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definable recommend the evergreens at laurel as a place of residence.

Overall my time at the Evergreens has been great! It's well-kept and the staff are great and very helpful! Decent amount of space (1 bedroom) and washer/dryer in unit (new and very quiet). My only issue would be the noise. Not inordinately loud unless you live under inconsiderate neighbors. Otherwise, great place to live! They also host resident events and have a very nice gym! Could definitely benefit from having more visitor parking.

I would not recommend this community to anyone who likes a quiet living space. I do not care for my neighbors or the office staff and the leasing office hours are 9-5 and closed on Sundays. I was excited to live at this community initially but my expectations were not met.

We have lived here for a month and so far we are very satisfied. The apartment is clean, updated, with beautiful natural light. The valet waste service is great. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

Just signed the lease last week, but we knew this community was for us as soon as we toured the first time. Keep an eye on the unit prices, they fluctuate pretty substantially and it's possible to get a Holly for the price of a Magnolia if you watch carefully! Simple process, very sweet staff, clean and quiet community. Can't wait to call it home!

I have lived in many apartment homes and this is the best so far. Maintenance is very prompt with requests, the leasing office staff is always helpful and pleasant, the fitness center is always clean with working equipment. Lastly, one of my favorite amenities is the valet trash service.
