I really like my apartment and the location. The maintenance staff are good and office staff are helpful. My major complaints are: 1. Noise: The apartments are expensive but poorly made. I can hear my neighbor walk, run, jump, anything that she does, I can hear. I can't hear my next door neighbor at all but if you live on the first and second floors, it's a nightmare. My current and previous upstairs neighbor were young and they were also restless. That means that they walk around for hours at a time regardless of time. My current neighbor has a toddler daughter but that does't explain why she walks around for hours at a time at 2am, 3am even 5am during the week. My neighbor is an adult but damn, who walks around for hours at a time especially when you have to wake up to go to work. My advice is to only live on the 3rd floor or living here wouldn't be worth the lack of sleep if you have young restless upstairs neighbors. 2. Rent: I've lived here since 2012 and the rent has steadily increased every year. The first increase was $20, second $40 and now the $55. I don't think the corporation that owns this complex wants long term residents. It's like the longer you stay, the more you pay. I'm definitely moving next year. The rent increases are too much and it's not worth paying that much when you can't get a good nights sleep. 3. Skater Kids: Last summer I complained about kids skate boarding in the parking lot. I pay too much money in rent to see kids skate boarding in the damn parking lot. It's frustrating. I think something was said to the kids but they still did but not as much. 4. Building Access: It's very fancy to have the key with the magnetic strip to unlock the front door to the building. The bad part about it is if the power goes out, then you can't get in the building. Back in the summer of 2012 when we had that bad rain storm and the power went out, I was locked out of my building. My upstairs neighbor at the time heard me and came downstairs to open the door. So the only way to get in is to prop the door which defeats the purpose of security. They should consider another option or have a key to unlock the building door because if the power goes out again, you're SOL with getting in the building - especially if you live alone. 5. Valet waste: It's an awesome service! I love the idea of using the service occasionally when I don't feel like taking out the trash. However, one of my neighbors on my floor never take their trash out and only use the valet service. There's always bags and bags of garbage in the hall. They walk past the trash in the apartment everyday on their way out to work but they never take it out, but when the odor is too much too much for them, then they put the stinky trash in the hall for the rest of us to suffer. They are very lazy, oh and they're a young couple. Overall, it's a really nice, quite community. However, it's not worth the amount in rent if you've been living here for a while. I plan to move when my lease is up.

I moved in January of this year. From the first day until now, I have had no issues or complaints. My neighbors as well as the evergreen staff have been great. If I had a request or issue in the apartment, it was fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend here to friends and family.

Great place to live. Great staff. Very clean, no bug problems. Very nice apartments. Very well maintained. There is only on thing i can complain about; thin floors, running on floor above can be quite loud. My upstairs neighbor for some reason likes to work out in his apartment even though there is a really nice community gym, drives me mad.

I'm satisfied. During the weather change I've noticed more ants and spiders. I live on the first floor. Begining of summer I was having problems wiht my air conditioning, because the "Drip pan" was overfilled with water. The washing machine's has malfunctioned at least three times. Jessica at the Rent Office is Awesome!

I lived here for three years and love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation. The staff are always on top of their game, the management is responsive and the neighborhood is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live!

It has been a good experience so far..I dont really have any major complaints..apts are well maintained and clean..Only issue I have is security in the area, might feel better if it was gated..has had my car tampered with a few times..Also the gym could be added a few heavier weights but overall nice apts..

Evergreen is a hidden treasure. Dont let the plain outside fool you-this place is absoultely beautiful, the living room windows are huge, appliances and layout is up to date. Wish who designed the model apt come help me design my home.Great

I started off very rough with the leasing office. I try very hard not to go there which has been successful so far. I like the idea of a valet waste and I utilize the services. I also like the interior of the apartment especially my bathroom . It is very spacious and look more like a single family home. Parking is a night mare but I can live with it. If only we can get an extra key and extra packing sticker that will be great . One is not enough for some one with two vehicle or a couple with two cars. One set of keys is not enough for one resident . Minimum of two will be appreciated

Out of all of the places I've stayed, and they have been very nice areas, this Community is the Best because, never have I every felt so secured in my life. You are tucked away in a beautiful apartment with the nicest people I have ever come across. It is a real homey type of feeling. The neighbors are respectful and nice as well. If you are looking for great value for your money, this is the place. Full size washer and dryers, thick storm windows, ice maker, nice size kitchen, and the bathroom, wow, it is huge. I love it here, and I am very happy!

I can honestly say the community is a great place to live in. I love the how the staff at the evergreens provide high excellent service every time I am in need of any kind of service they are quick to respond to any issues that may arise in my home. I love that I am not far from my daughters school and my current employer. I've looked in the laurel area and I am very satisfied with all of there great service!

Overall i love it but its not perfect.. I love that i can recycle here.. I wish i could have my dogs visit.. The maintenance staff took several weeks to correct a noisy issue outside of my home but i understood somewhat.. Other residents need to follow the valet trash regulations.. They leave no lid on the can, dont even use the can, have the can overflowing, and pile up bulky items..

This was an enjoyable place to rent. It is well maintained, staff is friendly, and professional. Good value. My wife is in a wheelchair. The apartment is easy to use. The bathroom could be more accessible. The staff is extremely good about making sure the snow is removed so a wheelchair can get out of the apartment.

The apartment's spacious, and the appliances are all new. There's always plenty of parking, and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. The rent's great, but the "pet deposit" doesn't cover any damages incurred; it's just an excess fee.

I have had a very pleasant experience in this community. It is a very small, quite and well kept community. The office staff is very professional, maintenance responds to request immediately, its a great place to live. My only concern with this community are the annually rent increases, which at some point makes it too expensive to live or you start to feel like you can go elsewhere and get more for your money. Other than the increase in rent its a great place to live.

I am very happy with my apartment. The building itself is clean and well kept. The parking isn't perfect, but there's always a space and it's free, so my right to complain is limited. Water, gas, and disposal utilities are covered, which is nice. Rent is starting to go up though to what could be considered unreasonable for the value provided.

For an apartment complex in this area or any area you really can't beat it. The office staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and there are NO ROACHES. Occasionally you see an outdoor bug or two in the summer but nothing major. The apartments are fresh looking and clean. It's a little on the higher price range but in this case you get what you pay for.

It has gone quite well. There have only been problems with parking and neighbors complaining about music playing. The walls are very thin and can sometimes here the people snoring upstairs. But overall, I am satisfied with my decision to move here.

Customer services is an A plus. Maintenance and Front Office staff are always reliable and courteous. The grounds are kept up all year round. Have had a nice experience. Only complaint is the lack of visitor parking spaces outside of my apartment which is especially inconvenient if older guests are visiting. They have to park far away from my building. Additionally, the floors are quite squeaky and can make a lot of noise. We are often woken up by the excessive squeakiness of the floor above us in the mornings.
