When my family and I first moved here in November of 2018 we thought we had found something special. The apartments were nice, the community was clean and the staff seemed friendly. Unfortunately once we moved in we realized that we were living above some of the loudest people we have ever experienced. On our days off, and sometimes in the early mornings, we hear our neighbors banging, slamming, playing loud tvs/music, and talking excessively loud. These aren't little noises here and there. It is consistent for hours. Its so bad sometimes, so loud and jarring that it sounds as though they are moving or building something. That isn't an exaggeration, it's just that loud. These noises range from the time they come home until the time they go to bed. Once night comes, however, and we believe we will get a reprieve, my wife and I have to deal with a loud wall-penetrating snore coming from beneath us. I have not had a good night's sleep since I've moved in back in November. It vibrated the matress and no matter how good your headphones are you can still hear it. Even with a fan on. Aside from the snoring, which is a bodily function you unfortunately cannot report, for the first 2 months of us living here we had phoned and emailed the front office about the continuous noise. We were presented with these options, move to another apartment which was not an actual option seeing as how we had just moved in and would have to spend more money or to call the front office to come over because what we were probably hearing was "regular apartment noise". In all my years of living in an apartment, I have never heard apartment noise on this level. I also have never needed to bring someone into my apartment to verify noise as I was unsually 100% sure where it was coming from. I even recorded the early morning slamming and banging with my phone once but was told it could have been coming from outside or a bit of loose siding. The moment my wife and I finally realized we were not going to get help with our problem was during the government employee furlough. We, once again, sent an email outlining the continued noise of the neighbor beneath us as now it was January and we were not getting rest at night at all. Once again we were given the option to move. We declined as we are federal employees and did not have extra money to move out during the furlough. Instead we just asked if they could speak with the neighbors and ask them to be more considerate of the other people around them. We later got a call from the front office, not about the noise but just to let us know that if we missed our rent payment that we would be taken to court. Needless to say we stopped seeking help about our noise problem as we concluded that we were not going to get the help we so deperately needed. So, if you're looking to move here be sure to stand in your apartment and listen for a while. It'll save you a lot of stress and misery. The walls are floors here are way to thin for your apartment to be enjoyable.

It has been a wonderful experience since I moved in - This is by far the best apartment I have lived in. Maintenance service is great and customer service is excellent from all staf, nice neighborhood and clean environment.

When I first moved into this place I thought it was such an excellent choice. I was incredibly wrong. The noise here is on another level. I have lived in two other apartment communities and I have never experienced this level of noise anywhere else. I have seen this complaint repeated in a few other reviews, please heed these warnings. I can hear EVERYTHING! Talking, constant slamming, loud stereos, snoring, TVs, etc. We all know that in communal living noise is expected, but never would I expect it to feel like my neighbors are in my apartment with me. These buildings are poorly insulated for noise, and it only gets worse if your neighbors are super loud. Getting sleep around here is impossible. I cannot wait to move out. The two stars are for the proximity to the highway, the look of the place, and the trash valet. The office staff try to be helpful, but there is only so much they are going to do.

I haven't been here long but so far my experience has been amazing! The staff has been very friendly and exceptional! I had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Aja. she's awesome! and has being very supportive and patient with me! and also Ms. Michelle for being so sweet and helpful with any questions/concerns :-). I found my unit to be more beautiful in person, and im in love with the community overall. my neighbors seem to be quiet so far as well. overall im content and happy I chose to live here!

My apartment at Evergreens at Laurel has been everything I could have asked for and more. The staff at the front office are also an absolute joy to interact with, making my day each time I visit. The maintenance crew is also amazing - I was having problems with my washer and dryer, and they fixed both appliances ASAP. Because of the staff's genuine interest in the people living in their apartments, I would highly recommend living here.

I have a pleasant experience living at Evergreen at Laurel. It's a clean, nice, friendly, accessible, apartment live area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Michelle helps me everytime I have questions / concerns. Service requests are done with expedition, which is very important to me. The neighborhood is quiet especially at night, which is also important to me. Overall, I love this community.

I first want to point out that, I truly believe most reviews are done by office staff and or management company. I know people that are in this line of business that are credible enough to believe when they tell me of stories of fabrication. Now to my newest review. I was in a building onnthe property for 2 months and it was a living hell for myself and my family to sleep and get peace , due to the noise that was coming from my DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR. Thats right I SAID DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR. i called office and emailed management, even talked to the properties Lawyer a couple of times, to no avail. And they wanted me to pay them , when i felt like my lease was breached by them , because of quite and enjoyment. Nonetheless I FINALLY MOVED TO A DIFFERENT BUILDING YESTERDAY. And I gotta tell you, It was the best night SLEEP me and my family has gotten in almost 3 months. Im so happy to be in an apartment that is quite and enjoyable. I wanna thank Michelle and Aja, as well as Tonja for being always professional and so very helpful, especially Ms. Michelle she really take this job seriously and is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Thank you Ladies very Much I truly Appreciate you. Now its time for me to enjoy Life again.

Friendly and knowledgeable office staff. Really great community ammenties. The apartments are beautiful and the option of having an accent wall really makes it feel personal and homey. Oh, and the kitchens are huge! Love it!

---- this apartment complex and staff. Ive tried to be respectful even amongst the most awful move in experience at tge twisted , backwards community. Its a house of horrors. And when u challenge the staff of whom i thought at one point was competent and note worthy of praise , oh they fooled the hell out of me. -------- true colors alomg with ----- really show their asses uoon certain circumstances tgatvhave an continue to derive from this ----- up community. * DO NOT MOVE HERE. FOLKS. The innocent upon move in experience ends very quickly. The ones. Of whom i refer can kiss my ---. -------------------------------------------------------. Bull ---- thin walls creaking floor hear all conversation from your neighbors apartment. If u wamt to pay 1700+ for this garbage just give away your money. If not really read the postings from peoples complaining its consistent , nobody mention roaches, or mice its strictly the enjoyment part of your home. Biggest mistake u can make is moving in this community.

The office staff is top notch. I have never lived in a community where the staff was so caring and attentive. The one problem I had was resolved in a timely and considerate manner. The apartments are good quality. The grounds are clean and they have storage lockers for a good price. My only complaint is that sound travels easily through the ceilings/floors. Not a deal breaker but something to consider. Overall, these apartments are not a bad choice.

I wanted to move to a better area. Im from another state and my coworkers told me about Laurel. So I decided to drive around the area looking for my next home and I found it.The staff here is great and my neighbors are QUIET!!!!! Gotta love that. I haven't been here long but so far I'm impressed.

Excellent community, great staff! Rent is reasonable given the location and amenities. Visitor parking in front of the apartment can be hard, but there's plenty of visitor parking on the side, you just have to walk. Walls are a bit thin, but nothing to be too concerned with. Overall, great place to live!

My experience at Evergreen has been amazing. Every time, I decide to move to other property, my husband and I decide to release. Pro 1. Parking with an extra fee for the second car. 2. New technology keys. 3. A new gated key for door entry. 4. One utility bill only (BGE) 5. No Water bill 6. No Gas bill 7. Upgraded 8. Wash and Dryer 9. Awesome Maintenance. 10. No turn over with staff or maintenance. 11. Beautiful grounds 12. Valet Trash pickup 13. Speedy ice and snow clean up Cons 1. Mold in bathroom and washing machine; easy clean but too much cleaning. 2. Hard to think of anything else. If I release it will because of all the Cons.

I love the community. It's very quiet, safe and the staff is very professional. They are always on point if something is needed or if something is going on. I love the luxury of the trash pick up. We don't even have to go outside to take our trash and I love that part especially since it's just me and I don't have to lug no trash outside to the dumbsters.

The office staff and maintenance are very accommodating. Overall a very nice and clean place to live. The walls are a little thin and the ceiling squeaks when the upstairs neighbors walk. I've lived here for three years and don't have plans to move anytime soon.

The Evergreens at Laurel is the best community we've lived in, and that feeling has only increased over the year we've been here. The staff are kind and efficient to a T, and the maintenance is always responsive. The community is quiet and the walls are well sound-proofed; most of the time you would swear you didn't even have neighbors. The grounds are well-kept, the area is safer than many others in Laurel, and the units themselves are fantastic. We fell in love with our layout early in our apartment search, and no matter how many other complexes we saw, we just kept coming back to this one. We were not disappointed!

The Evergreens At Laurel is a great place to live. Very safe community I have not had any issues. The issue I have is the parking but you can get a reserved parking space. The staff is always will to help you with anything and everything.

The area and community is nice. The office staff are very friendly and professional. My apartment is very spacious. The bedrooms could be a little bigger with less living room in my opinion. Maintenance are not the nicest. They bang on your door and do not speak when entering. They've left old parts they've replaced in my kitchen for me to discard. Not very professional at all. Overall with that exception it's a really nice community.

Overall good place to live. No real complaints and when I do ha e issues they are addressed every time. Maintenance answered request with in 24 hours or less and fixes the issues the first time and very friendly staff.

Only 3 days into my lease and I like it so far. Staff is superb. I likenthe cleanliness. I like the modern style of the unit. They upgraded key fob is cool. I lime the fact it's quiet. Parking spaces are sufficient.
