Clean community with mostly working adults. Apartments is clean and not many issues with pest but the walls are thin. The appliances are basic and get the job done but the washer takes 60-90min for each load of clothes. I think it could be upgraded to be more efficient. Neighbors are kind and respectful and parking is adequate. The amenities are a little disappointing. You have the gym and a club house which has had restrictions due to Covid. Overall nice place when looking for something cozy.

I Definitely love the community. The staff along with my neighbors have always been courteous! I very rarely have had issues with noise and never have issues with cleanliness. The free & ample resident & guest parking is such a huge plus. The quite location along with its affordability proximity to work & shopping is something unique in this area.

Great service and good staff at this community. The apartment is spacious and well-kept with good maintenance service. I use the small gym regularly and it is clean and has facemasks for me to use. Grounds outside are kept clean and the parking lot always has parking because of the towing service provided. USPS mail is next to the office building, but all other mail services (Amazon, UPS, FedEx) all come to your door.

I really love it here. It's very comfortable like a home should be.

I love the beautiful view they give visitors when they come. One visited told me she loved the scenery was just awesome. I would refer some of my friends to come to reside here. Wonderful staff members its amazing. And the maintenance is superb. Always on time if you have a problem. This is my home and I love it and I'm going to stay right where I am until I can't no more. Everything is just right. Keep up the good work!

I hadn't had any issues and was happy living at this complex until I was recently accused, by the rental manager of smoking weed in my apartment without any proof. Had she done this earlier I would NOT have renewed my lease.

I have only been living here for 2-3 months and everything is great. Quiet neighbors, quiet neighborhood. If you have any apartment issues maintenance responds super fast. I have had zero issues. I plan on renewing next year as well. Down side is there are not many kids here so my child has no one to play with but that's not the companies fault.

So far so good, only been here for a week but it is a nice and quiet community that is isolated from the nearby big cities. The management is good, the property is well maintained and renovated, and maintenance comes quick.

Early on it had problems with people stealing wheels off residents' cars. They've since upgraded the security to include cameras a few years back and there hasn't been a situation since. Parking space is still left to be desired. I ended up getting a reserved spot after coming home from the late shift and having to park a good walking distance every night. Overall, the community and the leasing office are friendly. I've never had any major problems. What minimal amount of repairs I needed, it was taken care of promptly.

A awesome place to live. I been here now for 7 years and every time I decided to look for some else to live I always decided to stay. The only con about living here is those dam electrical keys. They are the worst l. I have to blow on my keys so it will unlock or opened my door. Crazy

My daughter and I have lived at Evergreens at Laurel Apartments since December 2021. Although a little smaller than we're used to the apartment has been enjoyable. Our mail has been stolen twice in our bldg which was really upsetting. It would really nice if we had a pool and a patio. I understand that the pandemic has really placed a damper on a lot of things but the staff tries to have resident events when they can. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful at all times. Any maintenance issues that arise are handled very quickly. The property grounds are beautiful and kept clean at all times. One of the great things about living here is that I'm the main highway is only 1-3 mins away.

The community is smoke free. Well kept. Clean. And safe. No noise the staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean and sound proof. It's key entry to the building and electric key to the apartment so there's a sense a safety there.
