i would rate this apartments alright. its just that sometimes they dont get stuffs done right away. management takes to long to help there tenants.

This has to be the finest apartment complex in Laurel, Md. The grounds are immaculate. Management is superb. The rest of the staff is extremely polite and professional! <br> <br>I am not sure about the other commentators in this site. As far as I am concerned they are the LIARS and were probably problem tenetants. <br> <br>Thank you Evergreens for your outstanding display of professionalism!

Don´t move in when they lie from the start!!!

I have never lived here but my experience when I came in to view an apartment gave me a good indication of how they treat their tenants. I had to hunt for a parking spot just to view the darn place. <br><br> <br><br>My husband and I came in to look at the apartments and there were others waiting. Now mind you we were therir with other people who also looked peeved because management made no move for six minutes(I counted) to acknowledge us. <br><br> <br><br>We then heard from another future prospect tabout how nice it is with all the utilities included but they wished that they could have a washer and dryer. She then asked if this was the only complex in the area. This is where it gets intersting... <br><br> <br><br>The rental lady said there was one other but all utilities weren´t include and they didn´t have a w/d either. That was bold face lie. "I" then informed that person of a place 2 blocks away Crestleigh apartments that it also was all utilities included and had a w/d. <br><br>Because I wanted to see what other lies I would be told I continued with the horse and pony show. I was told lie upon lie upon lie, because I have lived in laurel for quite a long time and know some of the things she quoted were dead wrong. <br><br> <br><br>After all was said and done, while leaving I talked to a tenant who told me to run, run fast and hard!!!He said there wasn´t adequate parking, noisy neighbors and bugs. <br><br> <br><br>I hate where I live now but it gives me comfort that some places are actually worse.

Management sucks

When I decided to move in the management of the building seemed so nice and they gave you the impression that they cared about their tenant. But once you move in it takes an act from God to get anything done....you have to call them several times to make sure the work gets done...they never answer the phones during afternoon business hours and they are never willing to go the extra mile. The list of things they don´t do is longer than the lists of the things they do
