My experience has been pleasant. The rental staff and maintenance team are always prompt which is important to all tenants. The noise levels are always little to moderate and complaints are always addressed. Keep up the great work!

This is by far one the best apartment complexes in Laurel, Bowie, and Lanham area. They have a beautiful landscape, and excellent maintenance, and neatness throughout the community. Most importantly, they care about the residents and prioritize their security and wellbeing. The management is simply awesome. Ms. Jessica James and Ms. Michelle Parran are very responsive and responsible and believe in prompt action. I can count on them that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours if I approach them with any residential issues. They have very courteous and competent support staff. I'll strongly recommend this apartment complex till they have the same administration and staff as they are ones who are making our experience amazing.

The leasing office personnel were extremely courteous and helpful during the application through to the move in process. Even when I had trouble submitting my application online, they exercised patience and manually assisted getting my application processed given my interest in moving ASAP. Due to that assistance, I was able to complete the application process within a few days and moved in within a week! I'm still relatively new, so I haven't experienced all the community has to offer yet. But I am excited to find out!

living here has changed my life, I was driving back and to work 45 minutes every day for 12 years, until I moved to Everygreens now I drive 8 minutes to work. I feel kinda safe living here, but we need a little more safety services.

I enjoy the community. The grounds are great for walking and it's usually clean and quiet. There are several walking paths surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers that are beautifully displayed. However, there has been an increase in crime in the neighborhood making it a concern for safety of self and property. I do appreciate being updated by the officer staff of the measures taken to address keeping the community safe.

I have a blessed wonderful living experience. Everything is awesome. I never had a problem of course things happen in the area. The maintenance team is great and the staff in rental office is excellent. A wonderful place for me to live over 15 years.

Great ! Except when they allowed not a good idea should go back to just allow cats and screen better in who they allow to live here have seen shady activities from residents which you can see they really can't afford to live here

I'd recommend them for first time renters! It is a decent place to live. I do wish that the walls weren't as thin because you can literally hear * a lot * of other neighbors business. Overall, 3.5/5 from me !

I just moved in last week but so far the experience has been good and when i had an issue they sent someone over right away. faster than i expected. very clean community as well. it's peaceful and the apartments are be dry spacious. even the one bedrooms

I love it here at the Evergreens. So far so good, everyone is nice, they keep the grounds clean, and they even have resident activities. My building is quiet I rarely even see my neighbors. BLESSED to call The Evergreens HOME!!!

Everything has been great so far. Very nice apartment home and well maintained community. I would say there isn't quite enough space for the cost of the rent required so the perceived value is lower than I hoped. But still, great place so far.

Overall its been a positive experience. The ladies In the rental office are very professional and nice. One of my complaints would be, the lack of parking in the evening, due to occupants of the complex having multiple guess that take up parking for renters that actually live in the building. And due to the current economical situation of the country. Raising the rent seems a bit much, especially when you struggling with parking. Overall, I am satisfied with the complex, the ladies in the rental office are curtious and helpful.
