It is perfect for kids, good schools in the area, and the facilities are incredible. Also, it is easy to take the near highways, like M-59 or I-75. Also, the groceries stores are closer than you can imagine.

Great community and management experience. Service and repairs are always prompt. Any issues are quickly resolved. The community and communal areas are always clean and well attended to. The units are nice and spacious as well.

"I have been living in this community for five years, and it has truly felt like home. The community is generally well kept and maintenance is responsive. Staff is helpful and friendly, making it a comfortable place to live overall. They raise rents every year, which I feel is a negative aspect and newer tenants moving in can get apartments for lower cost then existing ones.

This will be my 6th year living here and I feel it's a great place to live. Great all around staff and love the location. I have lived in 3 other apartments complexes over the last 25 years in this surrounding area. This is by far my favorite one!!

It is a nice place to live, but rent went up a lot after first year and I was not expecting that to happen so i was not prepared. There were no changes or improvements to justify the increase in cost and there were still many units empty. I am worried about rent going up in price more with no warning or negotiation room. They charge a lot of money to go month to month also.

It's the middle of winter and things still seem well run when I moved in. Snow plowed, sidewalks salted. It's been a tough winter so when spring comes there will need to be a lot of maintenance, so maybe noise.

This is home. Maintenance is the very best and the office staff are amazing. Close to shops and groceries. Community is perfect for all age groups. Close to major roads and hospitals, service facilities and other.

this is the first time for us living in an apartment. It is much better than we anticipated. we are in our 80s and the only complaint we have is the distance of our parking structure which is difficult for us to walk. I'm sure not all structures are arranged like ours.

My experience has been good for the most part with the exception of a new neighbor stealing my package. In general most neighbors look out and return packages when an item is delivered to the wrong address. However God is always watching. Move in Grace and Kindness.

The staff was helpful and friendly during my search and application period. Moving in and getting my keys was easy as well. I needed access earlier in the day then they were available and they offered to put my keys in a lockbox to make it more convenient.
