The units at Grand Reserve have very nice floor plants, nice appliances. There is a lovely resort style pool, great fitness facility, nice landscaping. Maintenance requests are always answered very promptly and thorough. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Great place to live! I have had an excellent experience living here! The maintenance team, led by Mike, is terrific! I would highly recommend living here. Management is fair and goes the extra mile when I have asked. Tina and Mike #2 do a great job and are examples of Amazing customer service. Tina is the reason I renew my lease! She provides the professional ecumen and personal customer service I have ever experienced!

Mainteance always does a good job and normally in one trip only.. Nice that it is close to the golf course, shopping, and within walking distance to several restaurants, drugstore, gas station, liquor store and other small businesses.

I have only been a resident for a month but my overall experience has been fine. There were small black bugs in the kitchen when I moved in and they put on the list for pest control to come out. My heat went out and maintenance was at my place fixing it within the hour. Those are the only things so far that were unexpected but they did what they could to rectify the situation immediately. It is a nice community

I like the community, but we need sidewalks and a pool table. It’s nice and tucked away, great part of Woodbury. I am trying to get my best friend to move in but she has a dog and I think sidewalks would help the safety of children and pet owners

Some parts are friendly. Some people won’t even look at you, Or have a wave or conversation. I enjoy the pool. I’ve made a couple friends there. There is a guy that has a noisy suv. He lives at 10399. And there is a dog that barks constantly. Near me. I hate it. Neighbors with lots of dogs. And they don’t bark. They all are well trained. Please could you address these issues. It was not a good one. At first it was promising with the application process. One key FOB and trash on first day of move in was disappointing. It takes forever for anyone to respond to the email. It's not until you send a status check when things actually gets an answered on. Signed the lease and already put in 60 days notice for when lease ends.I got a response from management that did not resolve issue.

Maintenance crew on site helps take care of issues as they come up. Very professional and communicates well when discussing issues and how to get them fixed. Some owners dont pick up their dog poop though, so that is an issue.

Nice place to live. Maintenance staff does a good job but have been short staffed. Grounds are very nice in the summer time - snow removal okay for the most part. The appliances in our unit are very old and would like them replaced.

I responded in an early question. This place has been the worst place I have ever lived in terms of neighbors and actual home problems. The staff give generic answers and I have had dead mice and hole in my wall for a month. The water heater was bad, the furnace went out. The toilet blew apart and flooded the house, the flooring had to be replaced twice and the carpet cleaned 3 times and needs to be replaced because it's nasty.

I would never recommend to anybody to live here. Management is terrible and they do not care about your safety, comfort, or concerns. The townhomes are infested with rodents and management does not bring in proper pest control to eradicate. As a tenant you are left to fend for yourself.

It ok here I guess just a lot things that me and my kids do not like here no more and like a lot people here too and that my kids play in they here own house in the daytime that I think so work I think a lot people around here are races if you have any mix kids or anything like that too we do not like here we do willing now feel comfortable here no more too we do not feel safe being here too
