I have loved living here and have felt safe and happy. It is a little oasis from the city that is close enough to everything we need, but far away enough to get a little taste of the countryside that makes walks, bike rides, and adventures readily available and fun.

We had a house fire and needed a place to rent. We are charged 3,000 a month and cant even get a decent townhome. The ceiling leaks in multiple spots and the fix is to paint the spot bright white. Today the community pool turned forest green and we were told just to ignore it. Avoid this place like the plague

Lovely place to live with staff and maintenance always trying to improve and help with your quality of living. The little community is friendly to all and the dogs have a great place to play. The amenities are kept up with and are very enjoyable to use

The apartments complex that we moved from was a total nightmare and all we wanted was to leave. The leasing staff and property management here at the Grand Reserve made leasing, moving, and getting settled in our new home so easy and nice. It is so refreshing to live in a place where the property management actually cares about the residents. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Reserve! We look forward to living for a long time!

We have had quite a few things come up and needed maintenance to come to our place to fix things. Mike has been so awesome! Great genuine guy that is kind and knowledgeable in so many different areas. We are very grateful to know that when we have an issue,, he will come and help us out!

I enjoy living at the Grand Reserve. I find my apartment is quiet, and the community management responsive. Overall my neighbors are great, and the available amenities are what I need (pool, exercise, weights, package room).

Management is nice and friendly. Willing to ask any questions you have. Lease and move in process is simple and quick. Neighborhood is nice and the units is up to standard than most other places. Great amenities as well.

The neighbors aren't super friendly or welcoming, but the homes themselves are nice on the inside. Walls are super thin to the point where I can hear my neighbor snoring. Maintenance is pretty responsive which has been nice! The walking trails nearby are very convenient. The exterior doesn't look nice at all right now. There was siding and trim replaced in October and it doesn't match the rest of the siding or trim. Packages get lost all of the time. There are some addresses with the same house number, which makes for a very confusing and messy delivery process. It has been an OK experience, and I would still recommend if someone needed a nice townhome in the area. I think there are some better apartment options, however.

The maintenance staff here is awesome. And Rikki in the office is very nice and listens but I again feel like nothing ever changes. It is a continual struggle to find any peace here. And quite honestly I no longer feel safe to even leave my door when I know the neighbors are outside.

The Grand Reserve is much better than most apartments, especially if you get a first floor unit. The side by side garages are fantastic, the tandum (back to back) garages are not ideal, especially if you have two cars you want in the garage, but would be good for extra storage.

Fast service delivery from the Maintenance staff, efficient and friendly. They are great about cleaning up after themselves also. Office staff here are friendly and very helpful. Its a clean community and also a quiet community. I love that each one of our doors have a private entry way. No long halls and attached garages.

It has changed a lot more after the pandemic. Grand Reserve apartment is so safe for my kids and very friendly neighbors. Grand Reserve apartment staff is very friendly and welcoming. Community app is very helpful to us. Thank you.

In the past 2 years we have been here its been a pleasant experience and are greatly appreciative of the time here and the staff that do a grand job. The maintenance, the care, the community, it has all been great.

There is plenty of good things to say, but I am seeing an uptick in safety issues especially to people speeding and break-ins - both residents and mostly non-residents / kids using the community to by-pass Valley Creek. There should be gates or barriers to limit entry and exit. It wasn't an issue in the past, but due to the current environment we are easy targets. More could be done to ensure safety of the residents and if it means increasing the rent..so be it.

For the most part we love living at Grand Reserve! Our unit needs updating and past maintenance issues were not very satisfactory however this past one was!! We enjoy the pool every summer and staff are very friendly!

Do not go here I was told I had to pay a deposit to hold a townhome sight unseen due to COVID When I was allowed to see the prospective unit, it smelled so heavily of smoke (even with masks on) it was unbearable Do not trust without seeing

Parking is a bear, several homes on my street have multiple cars and they use overflow parking as their own. Visitors have no place to park. Also, some neighbors have LARGE work trucks that they keep in their driveways and it looks trashy.

The office staff and the maintenance team are always professional and prompt. They are always available for questions or concerns. Any requested repairs for the most part are completed on the first visit. The grounds are always maintained and safe. I would highly recommend Grand Reserve.

Maintenance is very helpful, if repairs are needed they are quickly on it. Rick is very professional and takes pride in his work. The rest of the staff is very efficient and helpful. Office staff is very helpful

Weve always heard amazing things about Grand Reserve and it was our first choice in moving to Woodbury. The community and amenities and homes are all above what we expected and we could not be happier! Amazing and attentive management, we highly recommend!

At first when moving in they were in the middle of transitioning ownership and the office staff was at a high turnover. Through the last two years though the staff has bc more consistent. And are super friendly and personable. There has been ALOT of changes the last two years but I personally believe its been for the better for the community
