This community is a serviceable environment only. It provides reasonably easy access to Woodbury and St. Paul. However, it is aesthetically displeasing, poorly kept up, and an average location to live.

I visited the community recently and toured with Megan who was a delight to be around and very informative. She answered all my questions, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, the landscaping, the dog park, the kids play area, and the superb interior of the units. I plan to move in here soon because it was much nicer than the other places I looked at for the price!

These apartments are great! I love that every place has their own garage!! Good location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I come into the office! Good workout room and I'm excited to use the pool in the summer!

I just started living here a week ago. Leasing and move in process was smooth. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to shopping. Nice location. Only thing I would recommend is that the front doors of the buildings have a screen door for extra security.

Summer & fall are beautiful here, winter was quiet dirty w/ garbage through out the community. The office staff is like a revolving door, staff never stays for long it seems, the maintenance crew is top notch tho...they are fast to respond, get the job done & thorough! The apartments are nice overall but absolutely not worth $2,000/month after lease is up...ridiculous imo.

Front end staff is uneducated in simple customer service. Things do not get fixed on time. Cost of these rentals is not comparable when you compare what you get. Paint that easily wipes off the walls, broken pieces of edging along the floor boards. No real interest in helping current residents as they are far to concerned with filling the empty units.

I’m very happy in my community. It’s nice to have a professional helpful office group. The only request I would make is more street lights put in. At night it’s very dark, not well lit. That is my only concern.

Grand Reserver is a great place to live. I always feel safe and respected. The neighbors and staff are always kind and willing to help. The apartments are very nice and offer everything you'd need to live comfortably. Highly recommend.

The office staff is not committed to resolve the issues, the requests need to be followed-up multiple times and are not addressed timely. Request to replace blinds has taken more than 9 weeks and still not addressed

We lived at The Grand Reserve for 2 years (2007-2009) and only moved when purchasing a home, which fell-through because the owners changed their minds and not sell - so we rented from them. We returned to The Grand Reserve later, because we had been so happy here.

Very nice community with friendly staff and excellent maintenace of the grounds and any requests you may have for your townhouse. I only wish I chose a town house with out so many steps. The community pretty much stay to themselves, but the swimming pool seems very busy in the Summer Months.

Use to be better, gym is usually dirty, water dispenser is always empty, never any wipes to clean the machines, and the hot tub has been down for months now. Last plowing event due to 12 inches of snow was non existent . I see also that they are working on the pool, with how long it is taking for the hot tub to be fixed, I’m afraid the pool might not ever be ready for summer. Seriously looking for another place to rent.

Generally, a very nice place to live. The primary beef is with the marginal quality of construction, particularly with the poor windows and exterior insulation. Makes for a very cold place in the winter.

Nice array of amenities, but nothing else out of the ordinary. We've never had any issue with noise, it's a pretty quiet community. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping options nearby. One negative is the street lighting. I feel like it is quite dark at night and many lights seem to be off or need a bulb replacement. Another downfall is the lack of a sidewalk throughout the community and the mailboxes are in one central location outside. Since the streets aren't very busy, not having a sidewalk isn't too big of deal.

I have lived here since it was built and like my apartment and amenities. Paint and roofs kook great. Small streets make it tough to handle all the snow. Too much staff turnover but hope new management stays in place. Too many new and inexperienced staff. Maintenance staff is excellent.Like the new package retrieval .system

Not satisfied at all. Been freezing since November because we were told we need a new patio door and it is now Feb. and still no door. They always seem to act like I am a bother when I go into the office. And the only resolution to the freezing townhouse was the offer of a space heater, which would make my bill even higher..so that is no help at all.

The experience was great! I love my new home, although a little costly. I am new to the community and would love to stay for as long as the rent does not increase too much more. I think the rent is my only complaint at the moment. Otherwise, absolutely satisfied!

Staff and Maintenance professionals make a big difference when evaluating rental locations. The maintenance professionals have excellent. Quick and complete repairs. Office staff professionals have been helpful and thorough.

Great location, nice place. we are renting while our house is being built, and the accommodated our short lease need. Staff is friendly and responsive to the tenants needs. Access to amenities and gym.

Staff is great. Very helpful especially for first time renters. Layout is everything we are looking for. The unit doesn't feel like it is an apartment which is nice. People should defiently check Grand Reserve out if they are looking for a place to rent.

We looked at a unit this time last year and loved it! We signed the lease that we were told by the leasing office was the same unit we viewed in person. Right after signing we were surprised to find that it was a completely different unit (same floor plan though). From there, things just continued to get worse. There was a hole in the living room floor that went under the sliding door to the exposed outside (which affected our electric bill since it was the middle of winter) and it was not fixed for more than a week. Got mice shortly after, most likely due to said hole in the floor. The downstairs half bath sink leaked all the time and ruined some of our belongings. The microwave door was busted and the whole thing had to be replaced. There were stains on the carpeting that we had to argue with the front office to be cleaned. The garage door rarely worked by using the remotes, we would have to physically get out of our vehicles and press the inside button (maintenance came over a few times for this but never fixed the issue). One of our 3 mailbox keys did not work and we were told, since it was a couple months into our lease when noticed, that it was our problem to figure out and we wouldn't be issued a working third key (roommates....). The hot tub has been closed for more than 3 months with a note that says "closed for repairs". The front desk ladies... very rude and not willing to help at ALL! They would roll their eyes to each other when residents would come in and treated residents with attitude. They would make a big deal about having to do anything other than taking rent checks, getting people to sign a lease, and getting packages. Anything other than that was met with irritation. Lastly, I've been dealing with the front office, maintenance, and a manager for over 2 weeks, trying to schedule a walk through. Nobody has been able to assist me with this as of yet, and I've been calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails and messages (written by the front desk). Unacceptable to go over 2 weeks and not have a walk through set up. Now, after 2 weeks of getting runaround responses, I am told that they cannot accommodate a walk through and that they will have to do it next week when I go out of town for over 2 months. Don't waste your time with this place!!!! Major headache; would NOT recommend.

The Grand Reserve apartments are more than just apartments itâ s a family friendly, community within a community with each unit feeling like a private home with all your basic needs within walking distance and within a few miles of all needs from drug store, doctorsâ offices, shopping, fitness centers, and grocery stores to meet your needs. The office and ground staff are 2nd to none with fast friendly service to get the job done.

When we found The Grand Reserve we thought it would be a great place to live. Once we've seen the floor plan and the neatness of the buildings we were set on leasing here. The leasing agents were also very quick to get back to us.
