Love the Grand Reserve. The staff have always been very helpful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, great for kids since there are nice playgrounds and a very nice pool.

My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago and we love it! We have had a really good experience so far and hope that we continue to love our home and the community! The neighborhood is very safe and well kept. The apartment is spacious and everything we could ask for in a rental! Our dog loves it too! He has gotten used to the new place and likes going on walks around Woodbury. The only negative thing I can say is that it can be rather noisy...regardless if it's a garage door opening, neighbors dog barking or slamming of others doors, it all can be heard.

We've been at the Grand for a couple of years, first leasing a 3 bedroom and recently transferred to a 2 bedroom as we no longer need the space. When we were considering a complex to lease, I looked at reviews as well because often the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors simply talking. If that is a worry for you - it need not be. The units are very quiet! The management staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. We love being so close to everything and can't beat the pool in the summertime! Very happy to call it home for several more years to come.

I truly enjoy living here. I love the layout of my apartment and the garage below works well. They are more like townhouses then apartments. I have found the staff to be professional, polite and very helpful. Very different from the place I used to rent. The maintenance staff have been terrific. The one time they did not come simply required a call on my part and they came immediately. They keep everything in excellent shape and fix problems when they occur and the grounds are well kept, and neat. I can sometimes hear my neighbors but not enough to make it a problem, much less than in an apartment building. Residents sometimes park on the street, which can be a nuisance, especially in the winter. My only complaint is that the pool fence gate door is not locking and that matters for safety reasons. They say it will be fixed this year. I have renewed my lease gladly-- I doubt I'll find another place as well cared for as this.

I have the worst experience with these people. Very un-professional. Front office and managers are more interested in having their coffee and internet browsing ..they don't respond to phone calls. Especially Managers think they are the tenants bosses....

Kelsey and Jess were both extremely helpful at finding me an apartment that would suit my needs. I needed something on short notice and was shown four different layouts with various locations throughout the property. I picked an apartment and within 24 hours I had signed the paperwork and had the keys. Kelsey and Jess made my transition easy and free of any stress associated with moving. They were both friendly and professional throughout the process and have displayed the same qualities anytime I have had to pick up packages in the office. Thank you! Michael

I lived at the Reserve for 2 years from 2011-2013, then tried other rentals, and liked the Reserve so much I came back in 2014. The staff and maintenance crew do a great job of taking care of all needs, they are very friendly and attentive. The grounds are clean, the implementation of pet clean up with fines has been a great add this past year. The landscaping is in need of some care, and the grass gets pretty long, but overall the new landscaping by the pool and club house is very nice. I have lived in 3 units now, transferred from one to another to upgrade in size and that happened seamlessly. The last unit is in the least desirable shape of the three, but overall it's very spacious. I"m confident any items we log for maintenance will be addressed right away. :) The community is nice, and quiet, and an enjoyable place to live!

My family has lived her for several years now and have been very happy overall. The office always puts on fun events for us each month that we look forward to. The maintenence guys are very quick with our requests as well. Our AC went out in August when it was extremely hot and they were out within an hour when we called. We love the pool and grilling areas as well! I'll defintley recommend to others.

I have only lived here for the past 3 months, however so far I have been very impressed. Emilie Patera in the office has been extremely helpful while we moved in to the townhouse. Wither it be we needed someone to let moving people in, to help with filing maintenance reports for some small things needed to be done when we first moved here. The staff also has events where all the residence of the community can come and meet with each other. This is a great community to be a part of and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Woodbury area. James M.

It's ok. The buildings are like many modern builds - quick and cheap. You WILL hear everything next to you, above you, below you and outside - even when your windows are closed. My unit has not been updated and I still pay $1001 for 750 square feet for old, ugly beige and gold appliances, lighting and hardware. This does not include the pet rent for my 1 cat - that is an extra $25/month. The carpet is stained (not from me) and there is a crack in the ceiling and a leak in the garage (both were there when we moved in and both were reported). On the plus side, when you request a repair, they respond quickly and the issues are corrected. It is located near LOTS of stuff and it is easy to get on/off both 94 and 494, so location is good. I have never had any safety issues or concerns either. The grounds are well maintained and they have built a nice outdoor BBQ/Pool area. The design is odd: there is no linen closet in the bathroom, so you have to use space in the bedroom walk-in; there is also not enough room in the bedroom for a queen size bed, nightstands and a dresser, so the dresser is also in the walk-in (the leasing agent even said most people put the dresser in the closet?!) and unless you have shelves put into the garage, you will not have much storage space. Finally, don't rent a 1 bedroom if you have 2 cars, as there is nowhere to put the second car. Both when we toured the unit and signed our lease we asked about parking and were told we could park in any open space, yet 8 months into our lease we received a call and told our car was going to be towed because it was parked in "guest" parking. There are NO signs indicating what is guest parking, yet as it sounds from the call, any parking other than your garage or driveway is guest parking. This is an issue because frankly, thinking we could have 2 parking spaces was what sold us on this apartment over another one we toured, which only offered 1 space. So, we park 1 car in the garage and 1 in the driveway and the driveway can now never be plowed, so we shovel it. Also, we have to back out the car in the driveway to get the other car out, as we do not have the same work schedules. Not a crisis, but inconvenient, especially when we were not expecting the inconvenience.

We just moved out of the grand reserve and had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful landscaping and well taken care of. Though we were only there for a few months, the correspondence we had with the office staff was always great and the maintenance guys were reliable. They have a Starbucks machine in their main area that serves free coffee and hot chocolate. That was probably one of my favorite perks.

I recently went through a divorce and moved in to the Grand Reserve. The office staff who made it so easy and painless (Jess and Kelsey) were fantastic! I always love to see their smiling faces when I have questions and any small issues were dealt with immediately. The apartment was very clean and prepared for move in as promised. The programs they hold in the main building are fun and very creative. The work out area is great and easily accessible. The beauty of the Grand Reserve is how mature the landscaping is and feels like home. I truly would recommend this location for anyone looking for temporary or permanent housing. Thanks for a great experience.

I just moved into The Grand Reserve a few months ago. So far everything has been great. I really hate moving but Kelsey, Jess & Krystal from the office were so friendly and helpful, they made the process very pleasant. I viewed a few places in Woodbury but found the grand reserve to be the best. My home is in a good location and I have my own private attached garage, which was one of my main requirements. I only signed an 8 month lease because I was planning on buying a home but I am highly considering staying longer since the service I have received has been top notch. The handymen have been great and very prompt....I appreciate that. Overall, great place. I highly recommend.

I have only lived at the Grand reserve for a few months, and I could not be happier. The staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly. They made my moving experience the best I have ever had.The community is clean and well kept. I live alone and feel safe on the property as well. Maintenance was very quick to assist me when I needed a new battery for my smoke detector. They have a cool fire pit and outdoor bar/grilling area. I have never seen something like this at any other rental property. One of my first weekends here, the community was hosting an event for Oktoberfest. It was free and I got to meet some of the other residents. I noticed the negative review that someone had posted, and they must be crazy to talk about the property and the staff that way. I have experienced nothing but excellence here. I will not be leaving anytime soon! Highly recommended.

This is seriously the worst place ever! They staff is horrible, the manager is the worst. She is not qualified for her job, and you can tell in the way she handles things. She is also doesn't seem to follow Ethics for the work place. Pinnacle is also probably one of the worst management companies ever. Not only from what I hear they treat their employees like ----, they also do not handle resident situations very well. I highly recommend any one that is looking to stay here to turn around and run away! -- the manager is the worst. She will not handle your problems, she will pawn it off on one of her other "office monkeys" to handle. -- is also incompetent and seems to be hung over most of the time I have stopped in the office. I wish I would have never decided to live here. You can hear the girls in the office talking about partying and going out drinking (SO UNPROFESSIONAL) they also do not seem to be well trained on their jobs. I think Pinnacle needs to start re thinking who they hire to work at their properties. I can not wait till our lease is up! We will not be recommending this place to others. Unless you want to live at a property where all they do is gossip in the office and talk about drinking and live in a place where no one helps you when something goes wrong in your house that I would suggest you DO NOT RENT HERE! I honestly hope this business goes under and that the staff all get replaced or fired. There was a a gentleman working there recently who seemed to be the only one there with a brain in his head. My suggestion to this company, FIRE THE MANAGER she's about as dumb as they come! Sincerely one pissed off resident!

We lived at the Grand Reserve for 7 months while building our new home. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Regardless of being told our rent would be fixed for the 7months, the last month they increased it by $800. Now that we have moved out I have heard from several people that they had the same experience with huge rent fluctuations. Upon move out they charge you for cleaning they say needed to be done. But strangely they say you do not have to be present for a walk thru upon move out.The unit was very shoddy when we moved in, and we never had a functioning dishwasher.

We've lived at The Grand Reserve for a short time and we are very happy with our experience. The community is so beautiful and well kept. The maintenance staff is so nice and they've taken care of our work requests in 24-48 hours. It's nice that everything is fixed the first time too. If you are looking for a wonderful complex in a great city The Grand Reserve is the place to be. This is our first home together adn we couldn't be happier!

I have lived at Grand Reserve for over a month here and I love it! The staff is wonderful, always polite and very kind. They are very quick to accommodate with any maintenance issue I have, I even had a maintenance man come out at 9 pm to fix my leaky faucet. Kelsey and Tara are amazing staff members, very helpful. The pool is wonderful, the workout facilities are a big plus; I don't have to get my own gym membership which is great. Wine tastings in the club house are a great way to meet your neighbors. I definitely would recommend Grand Reserve.

We have lived here for almost eight months and we are very pleased with everything! Excellent staff, nice neighborhood, efficient maintenance and overall a very nice place to call our home. The staff organizes a lot of fun activities for their tennants (today we participated in the easter egg hunt). Also love that there is a gym, a sauna and a pool area.

I have lived in my apartment for a year. This is my first experience in apartment living in 51 years. I really appreciate the building layout and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They are always looking for suggestions on how to improve our living there. The grounds are meticulous. I appreciate the ability to have my dog. I have had no problems that require calling maintenance, but from what I observe, they are quick to respond and know what they are doing. Overall a very comfortable place to be.

The Grand Reserve is a very nice place to live if you can afford it (pretty expensive). It is very quiet and the maintenance people fix any problems extremely quickly. We lived in the Farnam layout, a two story townehome with a two car garage. We had a very reduced rent compared to the normal price, which I think is around 1500.

My husband, son and I moved to The Grand Reserve in August. We really love it. One of the things that drew us here was the really friendly staff. The office is always decorated really nicely. The fun events they have are great. We really love the pool and the grills by the pool. Having a pet friendly place is really nice.
