Respectful and quiet. When theirs interaction for any reason to others, it's mostly to say "hi"or "how you doing". But other than that I believe everyone is minds their own business. This is a good major step up if coming from a bad one in my opinion.

I wish more people would clean up after their dogs in the dog park area, or just over all. I was walking on the outside of the dog park and there was poop all along the outskirts of it, its horrible.. take pride in where you live and if you can't clean up after your pet DON"T HAVE ONE.

So far all good, like the quitness and easy access. Very well conected, privacy is a plus for me and a really appreciate it at GR. I would renovate some houseware to make more efficient the use of energy.

Only been here 3 months but I keep a tan on along with my ceiling fan to drown out the noise, The downstairs is always cold yet the upstairs is too hot even with I’m the thermostat at 65. All upstairs vents are closed. I sometimes crack open a window.

I appreciate the office staff and maintenance. Always nice and helpful. The community is nice. People are friendly but keep to themselves. I don’t have much else to say but am required to add more characters.

Second request: overall things have been pretty good. I did get broken into twice though, so safrety is clearly an issue. The staff is usually quick to fix or replace problems with my apartment. However, I called in for my refrigerator door handle to be replaced 2 wks ago because it is broken. It is still not done. On a complex level, the roads are in very bad shape Finally, the single hot tub we have for this huge complex is almost never open.

Relatively good experience. Maintenance Is always prompt to address issues and grounds are well kept. Wish there was a Spicket in the garage to rinse things off in the driveway. Homes were built in the 2000’s so you do have settling in areas.

Love living at Grand Reserve, other than the outrageous rent amounts. It's a great place to live and conveniently located near everything in Woodbury. Lots of good amenities on the property. Nice updated townhouses with good space. Very quiet place to live. I also love that you can have dogs and there aren't tons of restrictions, but the $50 per month dog rent makes it hard to get a dog and afford to pay rent. We pay enough for rent that you should not be charging additional rent for a dog. I agree that a deposit should be paid, but not the monthly rent.

I am in the process of building a new home and needed a temporary place to stay after I sold my last home in the country - the Grand Reserve made the transition very pleasurable! I really love the well cared for and welcoming community and it’s great amenities so much that I almost wish that I could just stay here permanently!

Grand Reserve is the first place my family and I have lived since moving to Minnesota! Moving site unseen was scary, but the whole experience has been wonderful. The office and maintenance staff are quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend Grand Reserve to all!

Grand Reserve is a great place to live. My husband and I have moved to the area to be closer to our grandchildren. All of the amenities at Grand Reserve allows us to spend quality time in the pool. We love going just up the street to get ice cream and other business that meet our need.

The best community i lived in by far, nice amenities, lovable neighbors, quite community. Community is next to gas stations and food. You’ll love living in this community. Great staff. Easy to get receive your mail

We have enjoyed living at Grand Reserve and give a big thumbs up to everything. Maintenance has been prompt and the setting is wonderful. The townhouse we rent is well designed and is comfortable. We also back up to the pond.

So far it’s been a good experience. The community is really quiet and the units have a decent amount of space. The leasing process was a bit of a hassle though, and I wish the clubhouse was open longer.

Peaceful, calm place to live, but also within close distance to anything you could possibly want or need. Apertem t has lovely finishes, garages, beautiful outdoor spaces, a great pool, a gym with nice equipment and an indoor hot tub.

Beautiful homes with great layouts. The townhouse space is open, yet, it allows for privacy at same time. Huge garage, which means a lot of storage space. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff is excellent. They overall feel of the community is very positive and accepting. We finally feel like we found a home.

The property is well maintained and when something does go wrong the management usually has it corrected in the same day. The staff is always very helpful and seems to care about the residents and the property.

This is a very nice and cozy neighborhood to live in. The people are very kind as well as the staff that all work here. I am excited to have the pool open and to be able to enjoy all the summer nights here

This is a quiet community and I feel very safe here. It’s easy to reach out when there are any issues and maintenance is quick to respond. I can’t hear my neighbors when it’s quiet. Sometimes I hear a garage door open or a door slam but that’s it.

The Grand Reserve is an incredible place to live. I have been here for several years and never had any issues. The homes are beautifully renovated, the club house and pool is excellent, and the staff is professional and always fixing issues promptly. I am very happy living here and it is a great place to raise children as well.

The Apartments are beautiful and well maintained .Maintainance here is excellent,your things are fixed right away .I have never lived in an apartment this well maintained before . The office people very courteous and nice, willing to assist you in any way possible .I love it here.

EVERYTHING IS fine. I would like my drawer that has been missing for months. It was to big and was supposed to be replaced, but beside that were are good. We like the invite events in the clubhouse and its pretty quiet were we live

The staff are very nice and helpful but I must be honest all the upfront fees you have to pay and application fee are over priced compared to other places in the surrounding areas, just my opinion , not to sound complaining because it's a great community to live in and I would highly recommend this place.

I love it here at the Grand Reserve! Its a wonderful, close community with many neighbor get togethers on a nice night with family! I feel safe because I know my neighbors are looking out for each other. It is so conveniently close to everything I need! The grounds are always kept up nice, which is so inviting after a long day.

We signed a short term lease to live here while finding our new home. The process to apply and sign our lease was easy and efficient. The staff are all very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. The inside of our unit was clean and neat when we moved in. Any service issues we had were resolved immediately. You can see they keep up on the exterior and landscaping, as well as the amenities. This is a very nice townhome community for singles, couples, and families.
