The general area of Woodbury can't be beat, and this is a nice little apartment community in a great location. Right next to a golf course, and 5 minutes away from an awesome dog park, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Grand Reserve is pet friendly (although 2 pet maximum), and provides easy and convenient services like mail holding, trash and recycling, snow removal, etc. Rent is pretty high though.

Quiet community, safe neighborhood and clean apartments! Whether or not you have children this is a great place to live. Kelsey in the front office is great to work with and very helpful. Easy to pay rent and access apartment information from the Grand Reserve website. I've lived here since 2014 and love it!

If you don't want to change your own lightings, your fire detector alarm when it is beeping, shovel your own driveway in winter, attend weeds and shrubs in your driveway, see rubbish on the community grounds or deal with useless rental staffs then this place is not for you.

This community has been a perfect HOME for my wife and I since my working career was ended by disability. We have lived here for over 8 years and consider our location perfect for our lifestyle. We have been extremely happy here, but, being on a fixed income, we may not be able to afford any more triple digit monthly rent increases, like the one in our most recent renewal. We would be very sad to leave the community, but, I fear it seems inevitable.

We love The Grand Reserve! The staff is slways friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing! Quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We love the hot tub and pool. The property is always clean and beautifully maintained.

We relocated from Michigan to Minnesota and the Grand Reserve has been such an ideal location for us. Working at 3M this was an easy commute for myself while also being so close to everything Woodbury has to offer. Kelsey is great in the office and maintenance is timely as well. Haven't had any serious issues come up while staying in my residence, aside from residents not knowing how to properly use the roundabout at the entrance. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment within the Woodbury area.

Staff is great here. maintenance does a great job and the office staff is always happy to help you and greet you with a smile. Lots to do here with fitness to swimming to hanging out in the clubhouse with friends and family.

The staff was very friendly and very willing to make your move a smooth one. It would have been nice to of had a card or a small gift acknowledging a warm welcome. The cleaning folks had to come back and touch up a few things they missed, not a real big deal, but unsettling non the less. When I brought up the lack of cleaning certain areas of the apartment to staff they were right on it!

The staff was friendly and informative and they offer so many great options that made it a great moving experience. Not to mention when I moved in the place was spotless and everything was updated. The gym has also been a great asset and has all of the equipment I need to continue my workout routines.

The Grand Reserve continues to impress me. The staff has been excellent since day one (Not just a smiling face to get you into the door, they continue to care about each resident, long after you've moved in), The grounds are always well maintained (and very scenic!), The clubhouse has some great features available to residents (Hot tub, fitness center, business center, sauna, yoga studio, and many others!). Lastly, the unit itself has up to date appliances (Mine were still new!), great floor plans, my own garage space, and the noise level is very low (I very rarely can hear any of my neighbors make noise). I have, and will continue to recommend The Grand Reserve to anyone looking for a great place to rent!

The apartments (townhomes) are lovely and well maintained. The amenities are nice--the workout room and pool for example. I love the layout and the location. A number of new neighbors, noisier outside than when I moved in.

Nice location. Unit is clean. Need new laundry machines! Nice community living here short term. Maintenance people are friendly and reliable. Clean , new carpet. Pet friendly. Nice place for animals. Clubhouse and pool are nice too

not good. The office staff does not communicate the work orders to the maint crew. Takes much follow up and long time to get resolution. Hear traffic noise through closed windows. Furnace duct work not cleaned -- I do have breathing issues so that was important for me and my request was ignored.

Office and maintenance people are all very nice and helpful, especially Kelsey. Had a ton of service calls my first few months but now that has been much better the last seven or eight months. I don't know anything about the pool, workout room, don't even know what door to use to get into the workout room. But too busy working out of my unit and don't have much free time, as I work seven days a week, including holidays and Sunday is my busiest day.

Awesome pool and workout facility. Maintenance staff is courteous and efficient. Outdoor landscaping and interior in need of updating. Expensive to heat if you are a two level town home. High Yearly rent increases can be expected.

We know this is a temporary situation for us, but we are very happy with the lease signing, move-in, as well as the contact we've had with the Staff in our time here. All is well maintained, the apartment and the overall common areas of the site.

Overall I have had an excellent experience. The Staff is always polite and helpful. The Maintenance staff is usually quick and polite. The place is pet friendly and overall I usually feel pretty safe.

My experience has been very good from the start. Kelsey respected my time frame as I was only in town for a brief time. She showed me exactly what I was looking for, Gave me a few options and we went back home. She then facilitated everything long distance. Great Experience.. Jim

very quiet, lack of adequate parking, roads are minimally maintained(crumbling concrete, over hanging tree branches)they are doing some updates which is nice. a reoccurring theme is when they say they are going to for example strip the parking spots so don't part there, then they do not strip all in the complex. also it would be nice to know when to expect brown water. I realize the city does this but if you have a good relationship with the city you would be given a heads up. or at least make residence know that this will be happening at times so we can do laundry another time.

We have had a great experience so far. We like the community and all of the features it offers. Office staff has been very friendly. We look forward to living here for the duration of our lease. We like that it is pet friendly. We hope to make new friends here.

Moved into a great newly-renovated 3 bedroom unit on the golf course. Enjoying the oversized two-car garage. The facility's amenities, schools, and general location are all top-notch. Friendly neighbors & management has been a dream to work with!

I highly recommend The Grand Reserve as the staff, the community, the homes, and the neighborhood are high quality. A high-quality experience, all around. I especially appreciate the very dog-friendly environment, including an on-property dog park.
