You may be shown a similar apartment but not necessarily the one you will be renting. Ask questions, especially if you can see the apartment on the day of signing and before you do sign. The apartments are cozy. The arrangement is intriguing. If time permits, ask for availability of similar apartments.

I've been here less than a week and it's been great. The grounds are very nice and the people walking around seem happy. The staff that I've been in contact with have been very profession and helpful. While going though a stressful time Kelsey made it so easy to move in within 2 days.

Amy was awesome! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as I was choosing where my future home would be. She was quick to respond to my many questions prior to move in. She is excellent in her job. Grand Reserve is lucky to have her.

Enjoy the community and amenities offered. Apartment has met all our needs. Staff has been friendly and accommodating to our desires for a basic apartment. New amenities definitely provide a sense of luxury living for an apartment of this size.

Great maintance staff. Very professional and attentive to my requests. Apologetic about having the issue, but great about finding a solution to the problem. Overall, the unit was in great condition at move in besides a few minor things that needed to be fixed.

A nice quiet older community that is close to shopping. Easy access to interstate and places to ear nearby. Pet friendly with a dog park. Plenty of places to walk along with a fitness center and pool for exercising. Lots of Windows which keeps certain apartments bright. Ones in the middle are rather dark and gloomy. Layout of apartment is okay.

We are very satisfied to be living at Grand Reserve. Very good for families with kids. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make us feel better and satisfied, we also like the neighbors. The pool area and gym and the hot tub are amazing. Thanks.

It is very nice neighborhood where we live like a family. The people around us are all very nice and friendly. It is very calm and quiet community where we feel safe and family. The office staff is courteous and prompt on our calls if any. I recommend this place for others to live here.

We sold our home in spring 2016 and chose to move to Woodbury as this is where we do most of our shopping. It is wonderful living in our one level two bedroom apartment home with the oversized garage that houses two vehicles and a boat. The office staff helped make our transition easy. Also, we are thoroughly enjoying the summer with no lawn maintenance except for watering our flowers. We love the pool too.

This community is very pristine and professionally managed! I enjoyed my leasing consultant's attitude and help with my move across country! I enjoy that my unit has its own garage as do all the other units. The community is surrounded by nice shopping and business venues.

Wonderful place to live. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. They care about their residents, and do the best they can to make this a good place to live. Apartments are nicely maintained. Maintenance crew are friendly, skilled, and provide quality service the same day or next.

A bit overpriced, but I really enjoy living in this community. After the new upgrade to the pool key fob, the amenities of this location are why I continue to live here. Work staff are friendly and approachable. Its a good community to live within.

I love my apartment! Its bright, clean and open. It is well maintained even though it is about 10 years old. The washer and dryer could be updated, but they still work well. The property is great, pool, gym, flowers, trails, lakes and grounds.

Love this community. Living here offers a sense of security, both in safety and stress free confidence that all appliances and other housing components will be in good working condition at no additional charge. There are many opportunities to meet new people and attend social events without the need to plan.

We rented a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom for 4 months while our house was being built. We had a wonderful experience at The Grand Reserve at Eagle Valley from my first phone conversation with Kelsey to setting up for our end of lease. Kelsey was very accommodating and wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to live. Our water heater needed to be looked at quickly (no hot water) on a Friday at 5:00 p.m. so I called the on call number and they someone there within the hour to fix it, very nice! Thank you Grand Reserve:).

We have lived at The Grand Reserve for a few years now - starting in a 2br/1bath unit and then upgrading to a larger 2br/2bath unit this past February. We were drawn to the neighborhood feel of the property and the great amenities initially, and have had a great overall experience ever since! The office staff is knowledgable and very accommodating and quick to respond to issues if they come up. We recently had a maintenance issue that, while not classified as a true "emergency", was treated as one by management. The issue was resolved within 12 hours and we received correspondence from the office throughout the entire process. Aside from that, we love our unit - very spacious with modern touches, and our garage is HUGE! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for reasonable town-home style units for rent in the Woodbury area.

I am a "boomerang" renter. I was a renter here back in 2002-2004, and I began renting again this March having returned to Woodbury after 3+ years elsewhere. There are many more rental options in 2016 than there were in 2002, and I looked at many of them when I learned I would be relocating back to the Twin Cities. I chose the Grand Reserve for a number of reasons. First, it is more like a town home community than an apartment community. This means that each unit has it's own garage (very convenient when hauling groceries and other things to/from the car), and each unit has its own unique address (you may think this to be trivial, but it turns out to be quite handy). Second is the floor plan of my unit; the room layout, and the square footage fit me very well. Third, the kitchen appliances have been recently updated, as have their standards for unit decor (e.g., flooring, paint scheme, etc.). Fourth is the location; it is convenient to all of Woodbury's and Washington County's amenities, and highway access is convenient for getting to the various amenities of the greater metro area. Fifth, is the Grand Reserve's own amenities. The workout room is recently updated; it's bright and sunny and they have a nice assortment of commercial caliber equipment. The community room is well decorated, and nicely equipped. And I'm looking forward to using the pool and picnic area, as well as the several playground areas, with my grandkids. Finally, the rent is competitive. So, those are the main reasons why I chose the Grand Reserve. Now let me share my thoughts based on my first month's experience. It has been as stress-free as moving can be. The chief reason for this is the caliber of the property management team here. I have nothing but good things to say about the front office and the maintenance teams. They have been prompt, courteous and very accommodating (they are not pushovers, but neither are they policy nazis--they are reasonable). My move-in was not without problems, no move-in is, but the few problems I did experience were minor and all were addressed promptly. Their friendly professionalism is refreshing. OK, so those are the reasons why I am a happy camper. Now, here is my list of those things that would benefit from a little attention. First, while the kitchen appliances were recently updated, the cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are showing their age and commensurate wear and tear. Second, the washer and dryer need to be updated; they are older, less efficient, smaller capacity, very basic machines without simple features like a signal when a load is finished. Third, while it is nice that the trees are mature, the rest of the landscaping (e.g., some grass areas, plants, edging, plant bed materials, etc.) is also showing its age, commensurate wear and tear, and is in need of a refresh. When I balance it all out, this is how I get to my 4-star overall rating.

My first experience with Grand Reserve when I looked at the property was 2 years ago. Kelsey was very professional and knowledgeable. Since then I have enjoyed the workout facilities, office area, the volleyball courts, the sweet outdoor barbeque area, and most of all the pool which is the best in Woodbury. Finally, I have had a few items break and maintenance has been quick and efficient at fixing and replacing these items. You can't get a better place for the money in the east Metro!!

We've lived here for almost a year and our current home is too small so we are transferring to a bigger home in the grand reserve and the staff is so friendly and helpful and will do anything to make us happy and feel welcome!

I moved into the grand reserve last year. I was in a 2 bedroom home and just transferred into a one bedroom. I love it here. The 24 hour fitness center, the pool & the community as a whole fits my needs and I could not be happier.

We just moved in a few weeks got at first I thought this place was great. It does have a cozy feeling, seems family friendly and my son seems comfortable here. However, my opinion started to drastically change when I realized the room where my son sleeps is right next to our neighbors unit and not only are the walls here paper thin they have a massive dog which barks non stop whenever they come home meaning my son is easily woken up. I guess my biggest complaint would be if you need a place that is sound proof this may not be the best option since obviously no one can fix the lack of insulated walls.

I am not sure about these people rating this place a 4 or 5 star. This place is at best a 3-star. However, given the cost of the rent (pretty high), I would rate this place a 2-star for the value one receives. My number one complaint is how thin the walls are. You can basically hear everything coming from the other unit (conversations, arguments, private moments, etc.). In addition, the units are far from being energy efficient. Our thermostat was constantly at 80 degrees during the winter season and it was still cold inside the unit. Also, we were lied to when we were considering this place. They told us that the garage was heated and they never mentioned anything about residents having to plow their own driveway and sidewalk. The only thing this place has going for it is the maintenance. The response time to get things fixed is quite good. Otherwise, I will not advise anyone to rent at the Grand Reserve.

Our family loves living at The Grand Reserve at Eagle Valley! We are entering our 3rd year here. The office and leasing staff are courteous, efficient and responsive. And, when there is a small fix or repair needed, which is not often, the concern is resolved quickly and done right the first time. We appreciate living in a community that truly feels like a community. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The extra amenities, including onsite playground, sauna, whirlpool and in-ground summer pool are wonderful to have and are kept in tip-top shape. Thank you Grand Reserve at Eagle Valley!
