Living here is wonderful for us. the staff does everything possible to help brainstorm for my future here. I am disabled and when we first moved here over 1 yr ago I had to know that If I was to be unable to climb the stairs could they work with me. A resounding YES! The staff here valued me even before I choose to live here. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a safe and ppl caring place. the staff is efficient, willing, kind, fun, creative. I know that my inner home is not Magizine ready concerning carpet or appliances. I can tell you that the management is working for the improvements. The maintenance crew is always kind and knowledgeable people. The turnover crews to get a new tenant in are swift and thorough. I like that the police come through, and the school bus comes in here to pick up and drop off our children. The difference between us and a gated community is we don't have a gate. That is because the Staff and its renters are trusting, good character people looking out for good character people. I have no intention of moving. Priced just right for us.

I've been at the Grand Valley for about 6 months and have enjoyed the pool and work out facility. However, the townhouse is nothing to write home about or a place you would want to call home. Our unit has old carpet and is run-down, with aging appliances, countertops, and bath fixtures. We are on the golf course side so we don't have anyone behind us, which provides a decent view, yet our 6 month lease was just over $1900.00 (with a pet), yet we received the letter that rent will now over $2500.00 per month, since we will now be month to month. I payed less when I lived in Stonemill Farms! By the way - we have a two bedroom what they call a loft. Anyway, if you plan on staying awhile your rent should not be as steep, yet likely not too much better. The outside was recently painted and looks great - nice job guys! Too bad the insides don't match the outside. The staff has been decent overall and the maintenance guys repair things quickly. Overall, I would say this place is way overpriced, even for the area. However, an investor could make some cash!

I stayed at the Grand Reserve for over 6 years. My overall experience during that time was very positive. The only reason I left was to become a 1st time home-owner. Otherwise, I would have gladly stayed there for another 6 years!

I would say this is the best rental in Woodbury. Very clean grounds and nice staff.

In comparison to past apartments we have lived, the townhouse we now live in has been a good home in which to raise a family. However, it could use updating, especially with the appliances. Overall, it is a good place to live.

I just moved in 2 months ago. A friend of mine recommended this place and is actually renting at another location by this company What I love is.... Everything! It's just real! The staff are super nice and great but it doesn't stop when u move in!!! They remember ur name. Heck they remember my friend that hasn't lived here in years!!!! They even remember her dogs! That's quality customer service but I think customer service sounds silly because its family really. Not brand new apartments so obviously need maintenance but fantastic in response to requests, big or small! Plus they are always working on regular maintenance (I.e. - painting exteriors) so things are kept up and not just fixed when in need of repair. Fantastic in working with me to get situated here as well. Really respectful of my life circumstances and doing anything to help me out. Is it perfect? Yes! :). No - it's like any place I could rent or own. Things break. Repairs happen. But these folks make it so easy and workable that I never desire to leave here Pool and hot tub are huge perks too!!! Parking depends. Everyone has their own driveway and extra parking spots depend ur neighbors not the facility Noise doesn't bother me but I'm hard of hearing so its possible I bother others but its apartment living. And not being I. A complex with shared hallways/commons areas makes this super nice. I have friends live in that type of housing and the noise there is ridiculous (remember I'm hard of hearing) compared to the minute bits here.

The staff at Grand Reserve is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The property has wonderful amenities such as private garage, fitness center, outdoor pool, sauna, private tanning room and video library. The property also has flexible lease terms and is a great rental value for your dollar. I highly recommend this Woodbury location.

Kelsey at the office is very kind & helpful. We love our huge garage--fits both of our vehicles comfortably plus a ton of storage space. The pool area is very enjoyable during the summer months and jacuzzi all year round! The fitness center is also pretty decent. Nice, safe community!

We recently moved in to a three bedroom, two level townhome. Becky in the office was extremely helpful and nice. She answered all of our questions and offered help throughout the entire process. We have recently sold our and were looking to downsize, because this was such a drastic move we wanted to ensure that we were making the right decision. This met all of our needs easily. We were able to bring our four-legged family members with no problems at all. The floorplan is very accomodating and all space is well use.The only downfall is, that there isn't really a lot of storage closet space. There is only one current complaint, and it's something that other residents need to take care of, not the staff.

We moved in last August last year after seeing the Office and meeting Kelsey in the office, and the model, we immediately signed on the dotted line. Kelsey was so nice and understanding and worked so hard on making the transition from Prior Lake go so smoothly. My wife and kids loved it. Our appliances in the kitchen and counters were put in just after we moved in. I had some problems with the dryer and after a couple of repairs they replaced it, I was very happy. Every time I had any problem most of the office staff were understanding and fixed the problem. We are by the office which has its advantages and disadvantages. There is a lot of traffic during the day and if you sit on the patio, you feel very transparent. The answering machine after hours needs to be changed as you only have an option for emergency maintenance, then it says pres 2 then press 3, there supposed to be two separate options. The compliance officer met us last week when we had the first family gathering in a year. We have had issue with a parking situation and he was nice and listened. The 24 hour answering service needs to be aware and tell residents that yes we do have a courtesy officer and they can help after hours. Again if it weren't for Kelsey we would have moved out, Thanks again for being there Kelsey.!

Cheap and disappointing are two words that come to mind. I wish they updated the appliances once in a while. Very poor dishwasher. I have 10 more months left and I plan on finding somewhere updated and worth the money. The outside looks nice though as well as the clubhouse.

Cheaply made. Cheap, outdated appliances that keep breaking. Make sure you check them out before signing a lease, you think your laying for luxury but its far from that. Everything is outdated which is really disappointing. Hot tub is Luke warm.

I moved in to the Grand Reserve less than three weeks ago, with my two children. We came from a large, single family home. I could not be happier with everything so far! My unit itself is spacious, with TONS of storage (in the form of large closets, linen closets, etc) and has plenty of natural light. The rooms are large and he d cor is neutral and pretty. The pool, clubhouse, fitness center and spa have been amazing! We sort of feel like we're on vacation, which is very very nice at this time in our lives. Everything is kept clean and organized. The office staff is friendly and incredibly helpful and the maintenance staff as well. I know I've only lived here a short time, but I am happy and satisfied with everything. I highly recommend it here.

I love living here. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful since the first time I came in to tour and get prices. I really like how the office is trying to establish more of a family atmosphere rather than having it like every other property I have lived at or been to. I like the monthly news letter and the Nextdoor website because they let us know what's going on in our city and of events we can participate in and we can create an event and invite others. It's just a perfect place to live. My lease is up in September of this year, but I plan on renewing and possible moving to different size home.

Hello, I recently moved into the Grand Recerve on March 28th, 2013. I made this decision after my mother in law had moved there this summer. The application process was very fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. The town homes are very clean and well maintained. I live in the two bedroom model which is very spacious. The rent is reasonable and comparable to other townhomes in the area. The clubhouse is well maintained. I have used the exercise room and the equipment is well laid out and maintained. Last summer my kids and I used the pool and hot tub when visiting Grandma. The pool area is always clean. I had a maintenance request when I moved in and it was taken care of immediately. The whole move in process was hassle free and efficient. Thanks again for making my move in experience easy.

I have lived at the Grand Reserve at Eagle Valley since May of 2008. We love it here! I have two teenagers who love the pool, gym, volley ball courts, and of course the hot tub! The layout is great. It feels like a home. The staff is totally awesome. All of them know me and the kids by name! They are always responsive, friendly, and fun to visit with! The maintenance staff is very respectful, friendly and amazingly quick at responding to any requests I have ever had for repairs. One year my furnace went out on Thanksgiving! They were here within 30 minutes to fix it! My neighborhood is very friendly and I know most of the people who live nearby. In the summers we gather outside and grill and socialize together. The rents are quite reasonable for the wonderful area we live in. Its great to have restaurants, pizza, salons, coffee shops, pet stores, the Holiday, CVS, Bank and elementary school within walking distance! I am an avid cyclist and there are tons of trails right outside my door here! The grounds are beautifully kept up year-round. The club house is great for parties! I am self employed, so I take advantage of the business office, computers, internet access and fax/copy machine quite frequently. Of course, the free Starbucks coffee is always a treat as well! I know a lot of people here have pets and there is even a dog park on site, along with two playgrounds, a volley ball court, and basketball. Plus a park with grills available for gathering with friends. My lease is up for renewal for my sixth year. I am sure I will be here for many more! Like I said, we love it here! Thanks for giving my family a great place to live!! Susie :-)

I moved into The Grand Reserve in March of 2012 and continue to be so pleased to live here. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and all my neighbors are so friendly. I love the layout of my apartment! I never hear my neighbors. I seem to be the happiest with my apartment compared to my friends who live in other apartment complexes is Woodbury. The office staff are all so nice and take any concerns I may have into immediate consideration. The maintenance staff couldn't be more helpful and are very timely. I rarely have a concern but when I do it is always taken care of immediately. I am so happy to call The Grand Reserve my home and recommend the neighborhood to all of my friends!

My son and I have been at The Grand Reserve for just over a year and are very happy. In fact, I've just signed another year long lease. Staff is courteous and if ever there is an issue, someone is here faster than I could hope for. Honestly, after owning 3 homes - I never wanted to 'rent' again, but being here isn't like renting at all. They're really townhomes (rather than Apartments as they call themselves)in my own unit, I enter in the front door or garage as well as through the back yard via sliding glass door to a gorgeous courtyard. No 'apartment' has this! The pool.....the pool in the summer is absolutely fabulous! Beautiful, clean and friendly. I would most definitely recommend The Grand Reserve at Eagle Valley to anyone who asks me!

I have lived at The Grand Reserve for eight years, as have a core group of lifer residents in my building. Periodically one of us will look at other rentals in the Woodbury area just to make sure we still have the best deal. To date, no other community offers the beautiful grounds, security, amenities and responsive management & maintenance staff. There is just such a good sense of community here. I always attend the events they host and have a wonderful time. I have met some pretty great people here and have made life long friends. I highly recommend The Grand Reserve to anyone!

This is such a great place to live. When I moved here in Sept 2012, I had one weekend to find a place to live. I looked at several places and Kelsey at the Grand Reserve was the only one who took me seriously. She was very knowledgable in knowing what was available. She also explained the specials, policies, and procedures that went along with living here. I signed a contract that day and have been very happy with the staff and the facilities. They are always making upgrades to the property and facility. I would say this was the best experience that I have ever had when searching for some place to live. Jenna V.

Reasons I moved to the Grand Reserve in September of 2012 1. Attached private garages offer storage space and create a townhouse community type of living rather than a door in a hallway. 2. The floor plan. Pleasing and comfortable fit for my needs. 3. Windows = natural light 4. Privacy - town home type neighborhood with private entry. 5. Access - Suburb living with everything required within 2 miles. Lots of trails and low use streets. Quick to IS 94 or 494 6. Staff - extremely helpful & respectful. They took time to listen and fit a location to my needs. 7. Maintenance issues are dealt with immediately and/or status is positively communicated 8. I try to keep this a secret - The Grand Reserve is in one of the best bicycling areas in the State (Woodbury, St Croix, Stillwater, Afton ...)

I have lived at the grand reserve since Sept 2011 and I love my home. The office staff and maintenance people are always ready to help. My neighbors have become my best friends. I couldn't ask for anything more. This is the best place to live in Mn. If people aren't happy here, they will never be happy elsewhere. Love, love, love it!!!!!!

I have lived at the grand reserve since June 2012, and I love it. I feel like I'm on a permanent vacation. The homes are very nice and updated. The staff and maintenance are so helpful. We have a question or an issue with ANYTHING..maintenance is there with in an hour to fix it..! Very reliable. The pool, hot tub, locker rooms etc are all so Well kept. The noise level is definitely not any issue. Everyone is very respectful. Parking isn't bad, unless you plan on having A larger get together...even then it is manageable. One thing I enjoy a lot is the community gatherings..this past summer they had a bunch of bounce houses, ice cream, face painting for the kids it was really cool and made it feel very neighborhood like..! I definitely recommend the grand reserve..!
