This is not a luxury property. Beware when management tells you that you cant see the unit you will be renting before you move in. We moved into a townhome that had large cracks in the corners of the walls and the ceilings, and the carpet was supposed to be new but it looked horrible. The stainless steel refrigerator has holes and dents in the door. Im too embarrassed by the low quality of this townhome to even invite my family or friends over to visit.

Overall, the complex is pleasant and looks nice. Maintenance takes forever to respond, rent prices are too high, and for nearly the year we have been here, the amenities have been closed for 75% of that time.

Grand reserves is very nice place to live. All the team including manager, maintenance very nice. Service always fast. Neighbourhood safe and quite. Compare to others apartments grand reserve is best place. Thank you.

Favorable 3 months living. Did not live here long enough to have a whole lot of experience to report. I was notified of not giving 60 days notice to management of my intent to vacate out of my 3 months stay but I was not told that at the start of the lease and was accused of having had discussions regarding my intent to extend my lease which was untrue. In the end, the management was understanding and accepted my 30 day notice...so all is well now.

The Grand Reserve is well maintained and an overall pretty community. The neighborhood is very nice and living next to golf course was a huge plus for me. The dog park also offers some space to let dogs off their leashes.

The feel of a community has been great. Big downside to moving in here was the move-in process because we had two major appliances that do not work, water was not turned on, and cabinet doors were broken off the cabinet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Expecially sam. Service request have been taking a little longer than expected. We are still filling out the walkthrough paper but have concerns about the granite, front door rotting, our cables next to the garage outside is wide open.

Its been very quite and peaceful I wish it would be more updated on things happening in the office such as the remodel but I appreciate the commuting gatherings and the quality of living within the neighborhood its also be en nice that they keep up with the plowing

Electrical issues beyon capability of maintenance staff to fix. Ive had to plug my refrigerator into an outlet with an extension cord for the last month and a half because maintenance needed experts because it was beyond their capabilities to fix.

I like living here, but I have an older apartment. My windows crack for no reason. This is the third time, and now they will be left cracked until warmer weather. I am sure this building is settling. I hear every step the people upstairs make, that never happened before. I think there is a problem that really could become serious. I will ask for an upgraded apartment as soon as my lease is up. Please know that I have three cracked windows. Two of them have been changed twice. This is not a reflection on management.

This is a great place to live. The grounds are clean and quiet. The office staff and maintenance staff are outstanding. The rent is competitive for such a high quality community. I have nothing but praise.

Nice middle area between our families. Like the quiet. Also nice area for access to shopping, entertainment and our business. Especially like that deliveries of packages are cheaper shipping rates compared to other nearby areas.

Beyond frustrated with staff/maintenance here. They could make strides to perform the requests made or actually address issues noted by the residents. See following examples: "It would be beneficial if management utilized professionals when completing service requests for the doors/windows. Multiple requests made as not properly installed in the first place and windows/doors are so poorly sealed that we are forced to use more heat than should be required." "Most individuals are willing to pay the higher rent under the assumption that additional services/benefits are provided - one of those being service requests. I've lived in this state 25+ years and in windier locations and know that windows can be better or more properly installed/maintained. I shouldn't have to crank the heat up ridiculously high and still walk around cold all day. Service requests have been initiated in the middle of winter and not even attempted to be addressed until after the coldest part was through - not much of a benefit."

Nice community with many apartment/townhome options in regards to layout and number of bedrooms. Numerous amenities to fit both a single and family lifestyle. The portal provides a great community platform. Overall a great place to be with my family!

Our experience with the community itself its good. Not so much with the management staff. Promises were made, communications were not. I pay $1,500 a month to live in a home that smells like an ash tray. Not to mention they take the cheap route on every re-model so its not as luxurious as it seems.

It's been wonderful staying at grand reserve apartments. Maintenance guys are on time and do good job. Office staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in Woodbury.

The staff goes above and beyond. My home is beautiful and quiet. Maintenence is addressed immediately. And the grounds are maintained beautifully. My experience as a whole here apt Grand Reserve has been exceptional. Sharita the office manager is the best!

As senior citizens, my wife and I have found Grand Reserve Apartments to be an ideal place for us. Management has shown a strong commitment to the appearance of the property and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and professional.

Neighbors are not friendly. Not a single person said a word to me until I got my ESA and would take him out on walks. Neighbors will close their garage before their car is even off to avoid saying hello.

I love it here! The staff are amazing and very helpful, the move-in turn around time was fast and easy, and every store you can imaging is with in 10 minutes. I also enjoy how this is a pet friendly place.

This is a decent neighborhood (location is great) but things have gone a bit downhill since the change to Greystar (more social events but lower management response rate to resident emails, still having non-residents using pool, still can't seem to get residents to move garbage bins from road, etc). Current road sealing job has been an absolute cluster. At least four 'revised' emails have come from the office. Woke up to a revised map of today's work area taped to my garage door, referencing colors that weren't even on the map... but stating that cars will be towed if not moved from resident areas? Who is running this gig?

So far no complaints other than a terrible experience with renting the clubhouse out. I was told I had to change the time of my party the day before due to corporate coming in. This confusion caused me to lose several guests and I had a lot of extra leftover food that I had catered. Very, very disappointing considering the party was a milestone.
