Love the community! Friendly neighbors and community events to bring people closer. A cozy apartment, I have space for all my needs in a designs that feels practical and easy to live in. I have all I need close by in the neighborhood. There abundant green spaces to walk and relax, shopping and medical center nearby. The public library is not far.

The location of The Arboretum is probably my favorite thing about living here. There are many businesses in the area and some are even in walking distance if you’re interested. For the most part everyone on staff is a pleasure but that ray of sunshine Daniella has always been a special addition. She makes you feel like your home with family who cares and being away from home that means a lot!

Management doesn't want to do anything with outdoor pest

Management is horrible, they will not pay licensed realtors who bring clients to rent. When you have bugs inside they do not come immediately but when they squeeze you into a schedule days away. Find another place to live

The property is clean and well maintained. Sometimes I hear stomping from my neighbors. But I think they do it on purpose. Normal walking you do not hear. The doors are loose inside. The air conditioning moves them at night. Maintenance is nice, they fix most issues. They could not fix the loose door…

It is very quiet in here. The apartments look good, inside and outside. Maintenence is very good, they tend to resolve issues pretty fast. And the location is very covenient. You are close to everything.

Excellent. Staff, maintenance, everyone is wonderful and attentive to the needs of the community. There is an open door policy and concerns are taken seriously and adresses. Maintenance is top notch and are very quick to respond to needs, and have been from dry first day here. Even as some maintenance rotate to different communities, they all are top notch and care. I’ve seen many and have nothing bad to say about any of them, current or former.

A great place to live. across the street is a lot of shops, restaurants, bookstore, dry cleaning and more. You do not even need a car, everything is close. Very helpful and friendly staff. A few days ago we built a playground. Highly recommend.

Since we have been here,the community has been and is a great and safe place to live. Everything we almost need is in walking distance for us.A car is not necessarily needed. There are busses going in three, (3 ),different directions.It is fantastic ! Thank you!

the worst experience

honestly the worst apartment experience i've ever had in my 50+ years on the planet. and I spent more than half my life in NYC apts. secret charges , unannounced visits, random rules, a constant onslaught of spam emails and texts. horrible horrible staff and a Draconian greedy shady management

It’s been a good experience so far. I just have an issue with cleanliness around as I see lot of spider webs around staircases. My apartment floor creaks a lot when I walk around. Other than that I appreciate the quietness in the community.

Kathrine was not welcoming when I had questions from the very beginning. Later,she didn't apologize for her attitude. Danielle is very nice and patient. overall the apartment is old and need upgrades especially bathroom tub and faucet . I can't shut the faucet tight. Water keeps on dripping. The doors are so old. One of the closest doors was right away broken . The Ventilator in the bedroom is not working and very noisy from the very beginning . After the maintenance staff fixed it, they left so much dirt from the ventilator on the floor. I feel like as a tenant I wasn't respected. The apt isn't worth that price . There are too many paint drops on the floor that are not cleaned.Washer is very noisy too and not much water in even i put the load on heavy duty

Normal experience awesome maintenance crew. Rest if staff is rude and not helpful with serious situation such as the car if mine which was almost totaled dues to the flooding parking lot. I was told they were not responsible it was the cities problem so the apartment couldnt help.

The community is very nice. Neighborhood is very safe for active adults, and children. I have enjoyed the peace and quiet but I did not like my experience moving in this apartment. It could have been better and hopefully it can be fixed immediately.

The management is professional,kind and quick to help. Maintenance has been the same. Any issues we have had both teams have been quick to assist. Daniela was so helpful during our application process. Even when she went on vacation she informed the rest of the team of everything they needed to know and they too were so helpful.

It's a nice place to live. Very convenient. It is also closer to the shopping center. Bus stop is closer too. School bus inside the apartment area that make it's easier for the kids to take the school bus.
