Mostly disappointed with noise heard from other units and outside. Coordination from the office can improve. Items that are scheduled do not happen as informed, some aspects didn't happen at all. There are things that are requested from us as the tenants and we try to obey however this requires changes in our schedules as the tenants. And afterwards these items may not be executed as promised or at all. A lot of the other things like updates in unit, property are appreciated.

I love my new apartment! The floor plan is perfect and Kathy was so amazing through the leasing & move in process! Maintenance has been very friendly and I love that the office is able to communicate with residents via text.

Worst about to die community with worst management

Worst community I have ever lived, always one or other issues here. Starting from management who is cheat, lot of water issues with old damaged pipelines, fraud with security deposit refunds, too old apartments with cockroach issues, vandalism of cars, theft at homes and much more. Never will recommend this to anyone, just stay away with this corrupt, cheat and fraud management.

The Arboretum Apartments are conveniently located near good shopping and restaurants. Although it is on a very busy corner, it is very quiet and not very difficult to get in and out of. The curteous maintenance and office staff are quick to respond and are there to support you. The community is clean and consistently being maintained.

The leasing office staff do not act responsible, they dont understand and support our needs. They will just follow what ever they want to do. It was very good earlier but leasing office management behavior and response changed a lot in last one year.

I have only been here for less than a month, but I can say that the locality and amenities have been to my liking. I haven't had any issues so far and the only concern I have is the base rent of 1373$ for 1BHK that I am paying which is almost on par with 2BHKs around here. If my base rent can be reduced to around 1250$ it would be an absolutely pleasant overall experience.

Since I moved in I have gas several maintenance requests. They have all been answered in a timely manner. The apartment is roomy and quiet. It is easy to access with parking nearby. The neighbors are friendly and supportive.

Had a bug problem during the height of the summer that is still not fully resolved. Ive had a roach appear inside every month since I first moved in. Was disappointed with some of the condition inside my apartment when I moved in (poor paint job on the wall, dents on the door, and molding on the floor that stops short of the corner).

This community has been amazing so far. The applying process was simple seeing I did it over online. There response time to emails was very fast for me and I was able to take care of everything I needed through email online. Moving in was a breeze and was there every step of the way.

Cars being vandalized, no security cameras anywhere, noisy neighbors, common areas not being cleaned, cheap quality interior, huge pest problems. The only selling point being it's near proximity to Arboretum shopping center.

Used to love living here, but not so much now. However, cost of rent here for a place nearly 40 years old, is getting ridiculously high and no security, while area crime is on the rise. Only reason I am still here (7 years) is because I do not drive and I am in walking distance of the Arboretum Shopping Center, my bank, and 2 bus lines (altho CTS is not 100% reliable for it's schedules), for easy access to uptown or Carolina Place Mall. If you have a car, there are nicer, newer places to live, and sometimes even lower rents.

Love this clean, quiet and safe community! Plus, a year round indoor pool doesn't hurt! The amenities make it a must stay and the location is absolutely perfect. So convenient to uptown, 485 and tons of shops and restaurants.

Nice place for living. Few amenities could be improved like the playground area is too old fashion and we dont have complete walk-in spaces, we have to used the street in order to walk around.The staff are amazing. The location is perfect .

It has been my wonderful stay here with my family for more than two years. And the maintenance team is awesome in addressing any kind of issue reported. The staff is also great in responding promptly on lease extension requests and helped me to extend the lease in flexible terms with reasonable rent.

I am current resident and I love my Arboretum community. All residents are very supportive. Maintenance staff may be less but quality of service is excellent. All Maintenance staff is very helpful. They are in few numbers but quality of service is very satisfactory. I hope management is taking nice care for them. So if you would ignore old Apartments and High rent then this could be your best place to stay. I am very happy with management. People needs to understand they are not living in PALACE they are living in apartment community so we need to comprise on few basic things. Overall excellent management system and we appreciate for all their great service. It's not easy to manage and keep happy/busy to such a big community. So overall credit goes to management.

Apartment is great. Maybe the playground can be made bigger or maybe another could be made so that the children are not playing in the middle of the parking lot. Its a little dangerous to both the children as well as tenants pulling in and out of parking spaces. Also this would control disturbance of noise to other tenants as well.

Love the location! Walking distance to great peditricians, dental services, shopping mall. Multiple ways to drive into and out of Uptown Charlotte. Multi-generational community...and very affordable within the Charlotte rental market.
