The arboretum is a GREAT location! The leasing office is friendly! They have trash valet 5 days a week outside your apartment, and a great active community! The apartments are beautiful, a great price and exactly what I was looking for!!! Highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a small but funky apartment that is clean and unique for the layout! Super close to the arboretum for anything youd need!

i used to have zero complaints about the community but ive been frustrated with multiple things recently. whether its from not receiving follow up calls, being laughed at on the phone by maintenance, to all the people taking up the middle of the road even though youve sent out emails - its not being followed up on.

Apartments are located in a good location. Maintenance is very good. Security is the biggest concern. Now a days many strangers are entering into the community and driving their cars inside community and waiting in the parking lots.

Move here! Before the Arboretum Apartments, I was living in the city paying double the price for half the space and will never go back! The location here is great, it's like living in the 'burbs but you can walk everywhere. The apartments are gorgeous, with high ceilings and walls of windows. The grounds are lovely and the community welcoming. Staff is always there when you need them, and the amenities are clean and fun. I finally found my perfect apartment home!

I have moved here couple of weeks back.It's been good experience until now.My kids have many other kids of their age and they are having enjoyable time mingling with them.Also , community has good layout which provides ample facilities for kids to play in vicinity of building.

The Arboretum boasts beautiful luxury apartments. Staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well maintained, and the community remains family-friendly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, management has worked with us to develop monthly payment plans to alleviate some stress. The only con to living at the Arboretum is the fact that making an online rental payment charges you an extra $34 service fee.

Except convenience to market, school and other things nothing is good. High rent and high charges for other facility like trash but poor maintenance, poor services and poor security compare to the price we pay. There are lots of things that needs to be changed.

I lived here back in 2015 and it was a great community thats why I moved back but its not the same place I remember. Very dry approach from management. When you call the front office they all seem to be irritated. Rent is high for a mediocre upkeep.

When I called apartment front office for maintainence request, I asked for the maintainence team member to use Mask ( which he did ) and use footwear covering. When he came over he didnt have the footwear cover.

I love living here at the Arboretum Apartments Ive been here over three years now and go nowhere is perfect but complaints I have a very minimal I love the area I love how safe it is for my kids I dont think Ill be moving anytime soon

Apartment living experience is good. This place has a gym and swimming amenities as well. Maintenance staff is extremely courteous and professional. The management overall is very helpful especially during Covid situation.

Terrible service & Rude leasing office. Think more before renting out here, Maintenance is very worst here. When I was moved to this community, the apartment was received with dirty conditions like Kitchen cabinets was damaged ( not cleaned and not painted ), patio not cleaned and etc. After the provided inspection checklist, the leasing office was not fixed most of the issues listed in the checklist. The same community recently transferred to another building, handover the old apartment key on Feb 10th, expected inspection 1 or 2 days. Suddenly received an invoice on March 5th for appliance repair with the old apartment. Huge invoice 750$ for the refrigerator door scratch, the same was used 19 months. Through phone asked to lease office, when leasing office did the inspection, leasing office informed that same day ( Feb 10 ), when asked proof, again said next day of key handover (Feb 11th). Today again they changed to Feb 14th. I asked who checked and confirmed refrigerator door scratch can not be repairable, lease office said, expert professional did an inspection, I asked them to share the expert professional document and details, they have not shared till this time, ( almost month now after handover key ). So many issues in this community like no security camera at least in the gate, worst maintenance, never cleaned outside of the apartment and very worst in outside, you have to very careful while walking in stairs,etc Because of school rating people living here. If you are newly renting or transferring within this community, please very careful with this rude leasing office. Think more before renting out here, Maintenance is very worst here and no clubhouse, Gym and swimming pool are dirty. I am not recommending anyone to this Arboretum apartment.

Before moving to this community, please keep in mind that, you have to pay the money for each and every service/maintenance request which are fixed by the maintenance team. For each and every maintenance task/fix they have a list of service charges which are to be paid from your pocket.

The current management team has performed well -- much improved over my experience with the previous owner/management company. While I haven't agreed with all their decisions this past year or so, overall I rate them very high on their practices and attentiveness to my needs. I would like to cite the maintenance staff Aby and Derwin in particular for the service they've provided recently. They both responded to my concerns in a most friendly and professional manner, and went the extra mile to address the issues.

Maintenance is a huge part of living in any apartment complex. Aby stood out to me. You can tell he loves his job. He has an outgoing personality that helps lighten the mood of maintenance emergencies. He is quick to respond while on call and genuinely cares that the problem is fixed ASAP. He goes above and beyond, which makes living at these apartments that much better.
