When I moved here on this Monday, I supposed to get the apartment ready by 10 AM with upgraded unit. 1. But I got the apartment at 3 PM and even the carpet was just cleaned that time so it was all wet every room. We have to keep our stuff on wet carpet only. 2. The Bedroom electric sockets are all open they told us they will get fixed by evening but 2 days over no one shows yet. Very very poor maintenance. 3. As per upgraded unit they told before moving that all water faucets and sink will be new one. But when we got apartment only the kitchen faucet is new one rest all sink faucets are old and very hard to operate. 4. The bathroom light is not working but still not get fix even after 2 days even calling them multiple time by phone, email and personally went there to club house. 5. When I saw the old reviews are very good so I thought to move here. but I come know after moving here that the resident over here put good ratings because they are getting some dollars discount in monthly rental for giving good reviews. 6. Before signing the lease the staff is very good while talking but after signing lease they become rude. Please do not move here.

I have been living here from past 3+years Prompt in all maintenance calls Very friendly courteous staff (Catherine, rahel.. all staff ) Package drop off from UPS,USPS etc.. Nice club house and business center Gym Nice and wonderful community overall I am very happy with my stay here, and I recommend to all my friends. yes, during management transitioning period, there were some hiccups but now its all good.

The Arboretum apartments is a safe neighborhood. I love how close it is to the Arboretum plaza. The neighbors are really nice and friendly.

I have lived here for 5 years going into my 6th year everyone here has been very helpfull and has made the experience positive! I have been with the new management company for 2 years and have been impressed with Kathryn (one of the sales managers) the most! She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet and exceed my needs! Thanks to her expertise, I have effortlessly been able to continue my residency here at Arboretum Apartments!

I love this area! I lived in a duplex before and with a recent rent hike I couldn't afford to live there anymore. After endless hours of searching I decided on The Arboretum Apartments and just moved in! So far I am so happy about this change! The apartment is adorable, the location is fantastic and the neighborhood is awesome (indoor and outdoor pool anyone?)!

Great location. This is the right place you can live in if you need commute to uptown by bus everyday. For near the crossroad, there is a little noise if you open the windows, buy acceptable. The room of the apartment is huge and staff are kind.

Ive really enjoyed living at the Arboretum Apartments. The employees at the leasing center are very kind and the maintenance staff does a great job at keeping the complex clean. The location is great as it is right across the street from everything you need and only 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Over all very pleased!

I am very happy with the service I receive from the maintenance staff if there is ever an issue. The sales managers are always so helpful, Kathryn has helped me numerous times and is a great employee! I also love how now we can pay our rent and apartment utilities bills on the new app! Very convenient!

It's been amazing experience in the Arboretum.community is clean and the staff is very helpful. We enjoy neighbourhood as shopping mall, cinnebare, Walmart is just walking distance. Of course, we like this community because the school is nearby and bus stop which helps me going to downtown. We recommended to many of our friends and most of them are with us in this community :)

I love to live in this prime location, this is my 5th year living here. Excellent home schools, CTC Bus stop just outside connecting to uptown, malls, hospitals. All apartments are upgraded, having brand new appliances like Dish washer, Refrigerator, brand new wooden cabinets and floor, outside beautiful greenery. Quick turnaround service experts and nice front office staff.

Dustin, one of the maintenance men has done work in my apartment from time to time. He was very professional, kind, and did a good job each time. He was easy to talk to and explain the problems to. Dustin is certainly an asset to the apartment complex. My dealings with the office staff have also been good (especially Catherine). UPS dropped off a package to the office when I wasn't home ( a heavy microwave) and little Catherine insisted on carrying it to my car when I got there because I had a broken ankle. An example of going above and beyond to help me. When I want something looked at they are quick to write up a work order and get to it right away. They are accommodating when I need some help and are extremely polite and courteous both in person and on the telephone. This is not once in a while but always. I appreciate all they do to make my life easier and better.
