hi, i am living in this community for a long time, i subleased this apartment in 2014, i have seen management come and go every few years, the current management is the worst of all, my current apartment is aged as the earlier person was here for couple of years, i requested for upgrade as everything in apartment is aged but management is not cooperative at all, for any kind of upgrade, they want to add up a huge price in addition to regular lease renewal fee, i am ok to pay upgrade fee upto certain extent but i am not ok to pay their high upgrade fees like $55 per month additional for carpet renewal, some people have negotiated well and brought it down to $10 a month, i couldnt get it down to that good amount, due to the good location lease renewals fees are always very high, prices have skyrocketed like anything but in the name of service nothing is offered in this community, when i ask for wall paint, they said they cant do anything for it knowing it is very old, i offered a reasonable fee for it but still dont have any option, as a part of lease renewal to existing customers they are offering paint to 1 wall, if they can paint 1 wall then why cant the remaining walls? overall i am having bad experience since this management has taken over, no good for the price i am paying, Thanks Amit

The most horrible customer service ever I've called and emailed Taylor requesting an appointment and pictures 4 days later still no response. Not sure how you are supposed to attract clients and if you are not responsive.

Floor Plans are good, near to shopping malls, schools and bus stop. Maintenance is very worst. Rental office staff is very unprofessional. Do not recommend any one to enter into this community....,.etc

Arboretum apartments are excellent and provide. get a good connectivity to uptown via buses's and other modes. good schools nearby and shopping areas are within 4-5 miles in most of the cases. this is really a value add for these apartments.

I have lived in the Arboretum for 2 years. The location is perfect, the schools are the best in Charlotte. You cross the street and you have a movie theater, a Walmart and Harris Teeter and much more. Its peaceful, and quiet. Since Greystar bought us.... its been awesome!!! I got my windows changed, my carpet and my flooring. Maintenance is good they show up and get it done. I also love that they pick your trash for you! I am happy to call the Arboretum apartments my home!!! I''m sharing a pick of winter in the Arboretum!! Enjoy!

I love this community because of the location! The Arboretum shopping center has just about everything you need. My dentist is right across the street. So convenient! This is the best part of Charlotte to live in.

I love this community. The area is super family friendly, and everybody cares for one another. It’s a tight knit place that’s super safe. It’s also located right next to a shopping center, so you don’t have to travel far for your apartment needs.

I like life here because of the location, there are many restaurants, store and supermarket very closer. My son love tennis court and the indoor pool is very convenient and nice for kids. They need to improve the playground

We have been chasing leasing guys since last 7 months to fix lights in tennis courts. They are just listening to us. The maintenance is very very poor. They charge 36$ per month for trash picking (only twice a week) that also many times they don't do that.

These apartments are the worst ever .. The people in the front office are the worst, you pay your rent on time .. They're no good working appliance's in the apartments they fix it just enough for you to move in and it breaks down in the winter, no heat in the summer nor air. You can't move and your stuck in your lease .. Action 9 news will hear about this I'm pissed off .. Don't move here ... It's the worst mistake ever I should have listen to the lady's in the front office ..

The apartment is spacious and has a good floor plan. Also have amenities like indoor and outdoor pool,tennis courts,kids play area,party hall and gym. The location is near to many restaurants and shopping.

It is a nice Apts for people who works in uptown, as bus stop is right outside the apts. Great schools and friendly people around. Walking distance to mall with majority of day to day place to live and it has amenities like Tennis courts,swimming pools, nice club house and Gym...

it's been nearly 1 year staying in arboretum apartments. staff here are very helpful and service is very quick for any problems. It's a great place for the people who are looking for easy access to malls, schools, public transport, hospitals, restaurants.

The Arboretum has the nice neighborhood. There are a lot of different trees and flowers here. It's quite neat and tidy. The Arboretum staff take care of plants regularly.

I have moved to this apartment last year and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for decent apartments with near by shopping, public transport, food courts, schools, hospitals.. This apartment provides free access to indoor n outdoor pools, spa, gym, play area and much more... Very friendly staff and good maintenance.

From day one The said has been nothin but helpful from the application process down to moving in ,, I've been a few places in charlotte and hands down they are the best that I've came across ,, I didn't even look at reviews or anything I was sold just off of going to speak to them to see what my options were and if they could help me considering my situation. The apartment is beautiful and definitely you pay for what you get. Well Worth It.

I've been here since 2007 in different buildings and we have been really happy here and with the entire community. Very friendly staff always ready to help out anytime we need. Schools and businesses are just great and very convenient. The best place to rent!

Excellent community. Spacious apartments with lot of sunlight. Recommend to those who have kids and want good schools near by. Mall nearby is bonus. Great neighborhood.
