I will most certainly be renewing my lease. Been living here since March and I have no regrets. Staff get back to me in a timely and appropriate manner. Love it! -Adolphus Siaway

I moved to the apartment two and a half months ago and everything has been wonderful. The employees are professional and polite and the area is clean and safe! The outdoor pool and tennis courts are a lot of fun as well! Only request is that they keep the hot tub open later than 6pm.

I recently moved into Arboretum Apartments and overall my experience here has been great. The area is fabulous because I can walk to everything safely. There are adult friendly (Wine bar) and kid friendly (parks/trails/movie theater) activities that are the biggest draw to the area. The complex is beautiful with trees everywhere and lots of areas for kids (and pups!) to play. The porch is giant compared to most places that I have lived (with outdoor storage). The only issue that I have had is that the hot tub/spa (perfect for winter!) closes at six; this makes it very difficult to use. Again, the location is perfect, the neighbors are friendly, and the complex is scenic.

The management is horrible. The pool is always dirty, the gym bathrooms are disgusting and never have tissue. The gym stinks, the indoor pool is worthless. The trash is picked up three times a week now, and sits outside my door all day to be picked up which now has caused bugs. The area beside the trash dump looks like the ------. These apartments aren't worth the high rent. The inside are so dated, I ashamed to even have guest. I have no idea why I was sold on these apartments. I moved from another state and was very disappointed.

Proximity to Arboretum Shopping Area, Schools and Bus Connectivity are few of the factors which positions Arboretum Apartments as a preferred dwelling place. Maintenance staff are highly responsive and the Management is highly Customer centric. I've just extended my stay by another year and would highly recommend Arboretum Apartments to my Family and Friends.

I lived here for over three years and, for the most part, I have been really happy here. I lived in a two bedroom apartment close to the leasing office. Roaches were a fact of life, but I backed up to the woods and there seemed to be more of them because of that. I found an incredible spray that took care of them all each and every year. The spray can be found at Home Depot and it is incredible. No more roaches. When I first moved in, the staff were incredible. After about 1.5 years there, the staff was rotated, possibly to another complex, and the ladies that replaced them were not as friendly, nor as efficient. Repairs were made, but several notifications had to be made before they were made. It helped when repair requests went on-line. That really speeded up repairs. Overall, I recommend this complex and give it an 8 out of 10.

I just moved in on July 1st and the staff has been very helpful in the process. They have answered all my questions when I have asked them. Any problem has been taken care of in timely manners. The staff is also very friendly, when I see them out on the grounds they always greet me by name. I also enjoy being within walking distance to the Arboretum shopping center. My son loves being able to go to the pool or the work out center.

I really enjoy the convenience and closeness The Arboretum Apartments have to shops and downtown. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. I love living in this area because it is peaceful and quiet. Its a great place for pet owners. The staff here is very helpful and nice. I especially like the clubhouse with a pool table, computers and just a overall nice hangout spot for company.

I've been living here going on 5 years now heading into my 6 year after September. The management has been very helpful and conscientious towards their residents! Kathryn especially has gone above and beyond to serve my needs and answer any questions as well as address any concerns! The community is very well kept and I feel safe and valued as a resident. Great place to live!

My wife and I just renewed our lease with The Arboretum and have enjoyed our time here for the most part. The noise level is very low and the privacy is wonderful. The main office staff is truly wonderful and very understanding. They are always willing to listen and help however they can. The only downside we've had is the few and far between moments when things in the apartment go wrong and maintenance takes a long time to get to us. Overall, the layout of the apartment is great, even for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It's been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

I lived here and then I decided I had enough. Main reason to move out was the management. She is so rude! She talks about you right after you leave the office which she did to one person while I was sitting there. My toilet was leaking and the management said it was not emergency!!! These apartments are full of bugs, which caused infection. You just forget about your security deposit, they will eat it all and charge you extra money. Funny thing is that most of them claim to be property managers and you will hear completely different rule from different so called property managers. And finally I was so surprised that they write their own good reviews, can you believe it?!

This is my first apartment, I must say its really resort t living for an affordable price, The facilities include tennis, pools both indoor and out, a hot tub and gym. I Only have to short drive to any shopping i could possibly imagine, i have only been here shy of two weeks, and I am enjoying every minute of it. I cant stress enough its all about location, location, location..

Apartments are good quality, but my experience with management and maintenance have been horrible. Air conditioning was broken for over a month, and when we were told someone would be out no one ever showed up. They also came to fix a light fixture and dropped the bulb and left glass all over the floor and counters. Management is very hard to deal with, and is not very responsive to issues. Would not recommend this apartment complex.

I've recently moved into the Arboretum Apartments... I love the location! It's pretty much 15mins away from anything. The shopping center is right across the street and there is lots of things to get into for the younger folks. The apartments are specious and well manicured. No noise issues or drama. Love seeing kids playing out side!! The staff are all wonderful as well. Love the amentaties that they have!

Been here almost a year and love this place.I relocated from NY last June and just renewed my lease! Staff has been great and while I don't have many maintenance issues, the few I had were handled promptly! I looked at other apartments closer to uptown but either the properties were either too small or dated or the neighborhood were iffy. I work from home so having the 1 BDRM with the loft has been so great! And the size of the apartment is huge (compared to NY) And I love that I have deck that I can use almost all year long! And the outdoor pool is open as long as weather holds out (I think it closed mid October!) The clubhouse/gym are really nice and well maintained. It was important to be close to shops and restaurants and the Arboretum Shopping Center has it all. I also have my Doctor and Dentist across the street!

I have lived at The Arboretum Apartments for 2 years and absolutely love it! I have had no issues with my apartment and it's nice and quiet. I haven't had a lot of maintenance issues, but when I did they came right away and fixed what needed to be done. You're within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants (Portofino's-Yum!) and retails stores. The pool is pretty amazing along with the common room. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

The experience at Arboretum is good. I stayed here for more than 1.6 year. The leasing office staff was very co-operative and courteous. Walmart, Harries Teeter, Rite Aid, etc., are at a walk-able distance. I liked this place very much. Transportation to uptown is also good.
