I have lived here for about 3-4 years and I love it because it is close to shopping, the schools are great, lots of kids in the neighborhood for my child to play with. We just recently got a playground and the staff ia very friendly. The only thing I would like to change is the rent amount.

I have been living here since 2015 and love the location. It cant be any better when you are in best neighborhood. And since this is in Pineville Providence intersection, the bus stops to both these roads are just few steps away. This way I am able to use public transport most of the time. The upgraded apartments look great with new appliances. Also new playground is a great addition for kids. They have both Indoor(with hot tub) and Outdoor swimming pool so one or the other is always available. Their clubhouse is great to host parties and is free of cost with prior reservation. The gym is basic but has scope for improvement. Arboretum Shopping complex is walkable which has all the leading shops and Carolinas mall is just down the road. For maintenance issues, the staff are very helpful. Once after fully loading, my dishwasher didn't work just around the office closing time, but they fixed it immediately considering the situation. On top of this, they have 24 hours service for emergency requests. Overall I love this place and will stay here for long. Though the price is little higher compared to its neighborhoods, but its definitely worth it due to all the above reasons :-)

Good property with upgraded apartments. Friendly staff and maintenance. Close to Walmart other shopping stores. Best schools around. CAT bus service till downtown with good frequency of buses. 24 Hour Jacuzzi and Gym. Indoor swimming pool. Pet friendly.

Its a very good property with the recent upgrades being done. The staff and maintenance are very friendly, they help you with all mite. It has the best schools around, all restaurants and CATS bus service that get you to downtown. Overall its the best one for its location

The Arbortem Apartments is nice place to live in. Apartments are very specious with big patio. Very good ventilation in all the rooms. Good eminities. Very good service by leasing office. All shops are very near . I am happy to refer my friends here.

The Arboretum Apartments are very nice place to live in. Environment of the apartment is awesome. Amenities also fantastic. All house are very spacious. Recently they have opened park to play small kids. it is very good and all kids are having nice fun in park.Also out side lot place to play kids. Mainly it is very safety to live in and leasing office people are very good in act on issues. More over all shopping malls are very near like Walmart, Costco , Target and Indian super market ,pate brothers etc. apart from all above school zone is very good. 10/10 rating schools. Elizabeth Elementary School is awesome and my kids are very happy being in this apartment.

I am living in the community since Nov 2014. I love the neighborhood with shopping center, hospitals and good schools near by. If you have to commute to uptown then bus stops are near by. Community has 2 tennis courts with night lights. I played tennis entire summer. I simply love the community.

This is our first place of residence in the United States. Excellent combination of price and quality. Very cozy, and it's important for us very close shops and cafes. Excellent air, there is a playground, tennis court, swimming pool outside and indoor swimming pool.

I recently moved to The Arboretum. Office seemed disorganized initially when the apartment was not fully ready on my move-in. The property staff, especially Kristi, has been more than happy to assist me with any problems that I have had. There is shopping within walking distance of the complex, as well as public transportation and food options.

Upgraded apartments with modern appliances are good. Good size gym and indoor pool. Location is a big plus as it's very close to Arboretum Shopping Centre.

We are living in Arboretum Apartment for about a year now and we like the apartment structure which is unique. The main attraction is the location from which every daily need items are approachable within walking distance. It's one of the best community in Charlotte to live in. Hospitals, Schools, Shopping Center and bus stop to Charlotte uptown are all within the vicinity.
