The office staff and maintenance individuals are great here but unfortunately I see bugs a lot in different areas of the apartment. A treadmill and bike broke months ago and they have yet to replace them.

I have had a great experience at the village at commonwealth.While I don't love the city of Charlotte, I really like plaza midwood and where the village at commonwealth is located and the amenities that come with it.

Very clean and quite complex. Lots of amenities and staff is very friendly. Rent may be a little high considering all the apartments going up but definitely worth living looking into. Very close to restaurants

I have lived at VCW for over a year now and I am very happy with the apartment. I love the location, staff, amenities, and the dog friendliness. I was really happy to transfer units and move into the B2 last week. I love this community!

I have rented previously at village of Commonwealth and I've had excellent experiences with that and with the current new lease. The location couldn't be any easier to get uptown and walkable access to dozens of restaurants, breweries, and bars. The amenities here are unmatched anywhere else I've ever seen or looked at. The complex surrounds veterans Park, which has several softball fields, tennis courts, and multiple walking paths.

Love the community. So many amenities. All staff are friendly and helpful. Property is very big, but each building is easily walkable. This complex is great for young professionals who work from home. There are many other individuals the co-Work spaces and on property coffee shop. This is a great place to live.

Maintenence crew is great. The concierges and leasing staff are excellent. But management seems iffy. They fired a beloved concierge. Communication with the community is spotty and riddled with spelling/grammar errors when it does come. And overall construction is a little suspect, especially around water drainage and proper insulation. As far as amenities go, it's pretty great. The hot tub is more like a lukewarm tub, but the sauna is top notch.

I've had a great experience living at The Village at Commonwealth. The location alone is a major highlight, it's perfectly situated near Plaza Midwood and provides quick access to Uptown, which makes commuting and enjoying Charlotte's social scene incredibly convenient. You truly get the best of both worlds: a neighborhood feel with close proximity to the city's energy.

Super cute apartment and perfect location. I love the different amenities like the gym and volleyball court. I like the key fob access and easy move in and lease process. I did reach out to maintenance and never got a response but I solved the problem myself

This place is top of the line, in every facet. The features of living here, plus the location and community can't be matched elsewhere. I have enjoyed living here for the pool (s), hot tubs, multiple gyms, and the barista is another super awesome feature as well. You truly can't beat it in my opinion

Good community. Good interaction with people. Attentive staff. Plenty of things on site. Lots of options in walking distance. Some events. Not for everyone's cup of tea. Bar on site open randomly which have high prices for a community bar.

Northwood Ravin truly cares about their residents. They make consistent updates to their property and listen to resident feedback. I can't recommend living on their properties enough. They are by far the best rental company I have ever experienced.

Terrible and nothing but issues from the payment portal, state of the apartment, that my keys didn't work and again don't work, and I couldn't wash clothes for the first 2 months or shower for the first month. A rip off

Great location and leasing office. Easy move in and an easy process to resolve any issues found. The amenities (especially the free coffee bar) is the real winner here. Be prepared to host for workout classes, free coffee, volleyball practice, etc.
