Kudos to Manny
Maintenance has been very good at responding to service requests, especially Manny. Manny has been helpful with our maintenance issues while living at the village. We had a few things that were in need of being fixed and he has been attentive.

great place to live
Just moved in a few days ago and not only is the community incredible but maintenance is also fantastic. Manny was extremely helpful in addressing our concerns and was a pleasure to deal with. A++++++

application and move-in process were simple and swift. The leasing office personnel are very professional and courteous. Upon arrival, the apartment itself had some notable damage that needed servicing immediately.

It's been great since I moved in! The community is really nice and maintenance/ the leasing office are really responsive and help to solve any issues I've had. The barista bar is especially fantastic and Mark and Elizabeth make the best drinks so it's always the highlight of my day to get coffee.

Great community! We have only lived here for a short amount of time and we are already in love. The amenities are fantastic and the staff is wonderful. The only thing that we wish we had was an on site Pet Spa. I believe there was one here in the past hopefully they bring it back soon

No Other Community Compares
This place is the BEST. Complementary espresso service with rotating seasonal menus? Say no more! Mark and Elizabeth are the best Baristas ever, and the rest of the management team is not far behind! Stanley, in particular, is the best part of my day! I've been here since 2019, and looked (and lived) at a lot of places in the years prior. I even tour new places to this day just to see what's out there. Nothing compares. Definitely check this place out.

Outstanding!
Great experience from Tiyane! She’s very personable, funny and transparent. I recommend her showing everyone around that wants to browse. She went out of her way to show us townhomes too! Thank you much!

Best location in Charlotte
We are enjoying the resort amenities and appreciate the concierge team. Stanley, Aaron, Anllelo, Evan, and Don know all the residents' names and their dogs. Especially like Saturday morning waffles. We walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, and retail shops. Could not ask for a better location.

Amazing. Love living here
Property Management; Ginette, Adam and the whole team. They went above and beyond for me during an emergency unit transfer (due to a personal situation). I’ve never received such kind and professional treatment from any property or landlord. Big thanks to Erlin Sosa and the whole Maintenance Team. They respond fast and handle business efficiently. They always make me feel super comfortable when they come in for work orders; they’re all very nice and professional. Also, I really appreciate Don and the whole Security Team. They truly create a safe environment by always being on the ball, never absent, and quick to respond as well. Amenities and apartments are amazing. I’ve lived in both Phase 1 and 2, first a 2 bedroom then one. Both Phases are immaculate, interior is all high quality, there’s never issues with plumbing, air quality, appliances, etc…. 1 bedroom is spacious, super high ceilings, enormous patio with the layout I have. 2 bedroom was amazing, so great I’m looking into upgrading / transferring again! :) Love it here!

Concierge Crew
These guys are all great and have always been so friendly toward me. My roommate and I always get so many packages and they are always there to grab them for us with a smile. I enjoy chatting with them about how their days’ have been and catching up!

Great Concierge Team!
I have been a resident at The Village at Commonwealth since 2018, and my wife and I have renewed hear several times for many good reasons. The atmosphere, amenities and location are fantastic. Not only that, but the concierge team is always positive and helpful.

Affordable, great amenities
Village at commonwealth is great. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious but the staff in concierge and barista bar make it next level. Never have a problem with stolen or lost packages and I always get a delicious coffee! Gym, pool and dog park are also a huge plus!

Best Package Delivery Room/Concierge Experience Ever
I have lived at this complex for about a month now and all I have to say is that the concierge team is by far the best I’ve ever had at any complex! They made move in so easy by helping me out with the MANY packages I had delivered, including boxes and items I shipped from my previous apartment. They are open 24-7 and they really do a great job keeping all the packages safe, and also assisting when you need a dolly or help holding the door open. Anllelo, Aaron, Evan, Stanley, Don, and Harris have each gone above and beyond for me on many occasions (yes I’ve made many trips to the concierge room since I basically ordered all new things for my new apartment). They never make me feel bad for having so many packages, have helped me find all my delivered items, and always send me a text notifying me of when my package has arrived, along with a picture of the package. This is seriously the best service I have received at a community complex before. I sincerely thank each and everyone of them for their hard work and kindness. :)

Community is nice and the amenities are good. It is very surface level though- the chairs at the phase 1 pool are so broken up and bad and the maintenance requests take weeks to be completed. The actual apartment as a whole is nice but if you are looking to live in an apartment for the ease of not having to handle maintenance and convenience, dont do it!

Great Service
The concierge and mailroom team are great! Always pleasant and helpful. Anlello, Aaron, Stanley, Don and Harris are organized and provide service with a smile. They immediately communicate when you receive a package.

Good service
I haven’t used many amenities but the mail room is always very helpful and quick to find my mail and let me know it’s ready for pickup, I appreciate the work done by Don, Haris, Anielo, Stanley, Aaron, and Evan every time I get my mail.

Overall, the Village is a great place to live, and the amenities are amazing. A few minor things are that the landscaping could be improved and there are parking garage issues. But the concierge staff and maintenance staff do a wonderful job and are very helpful!

The good life!
I love living at Village at Commonwealth because of how unique this community is from any other complex I know of in Charlotte. 2 pools, 2 gyms, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms are all super hard to beat. Love how quiet the complex is from my apartment as well. The concierge service is awesome as well, 24 hour package pickup and delivery is super helpful. Aaron, Anllelo, Don, Evan, Harris, and Stanley; thanks for all that you do!

Concierge service is top notch
The complex is pricey, but one of the key advantages is the concierge service. These guys are like executive assistants. They helped me to be more productive. Aron, Anello, Don, Evan, Harri and Stanley, you are my dream team. Thank you!

Great complex that offers variety of amenities. Gym is great. They have concierge service on 24 hours most the time. Coffee bar is nice to have. All activities they provide are cool to attend if you're new to the area.

This is a great community to live at, especially if you really enjoy amenities and events. They offer a lot to their residents that most apartment communities do not. It's a very large complex and all amenities you would need to walk outside to get to. They also have the best dog park I've ever seen. The staff is very friendly however office management and maintenance is not the greatest to deal with. Like most places, they do whatever is the cheapest.

Tough time getting through the leasing process. Poor communication. Once we moved in everything has been great! Love the amenities and the neighbors. I like the frequent resident events, especially if you can't make one there's always another soon!
