I moved in a few days ago and I feel like I'm at a luxury resort. The village at commonwealth is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are very spacious and well designed. The amenities are amazing. I got to experience my first food truck Friday and it was delicious. Brooke helped me get set up with the kind of apartment I was looking for and how much space I needed. Brooke will definitely take care of you to make sure you have everything you need.

LOVE living at the Village at Commonwealth, it has such a community feel. There are a lot of fun resident events (food trucks are the best!!) and any time there is a problem with my apartment (outlet out, loose cabinet door) I put a service request in and they are here to fix it within an hour. Bill came in and fixed three service request within minutes! Couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I have been living here for about a month, and am very happy with the complex, the staff, everything. The floors aren't as soundproof as they claim, but is to be expected. I have some minor repairs to my unit, but they have been incredibly responsive in getting things resolved. Tyler in the leasing office was phenomenal in accommodating me, especially during the stay at home order. Bill with maintenance is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Northwood Ravin, the ownership/management company, was very understanding in letting me transfer from another property after having signed a lease renewal there. Not only that, but the staff here - especially Tyler - were great about doing showings via Facetime and answering calls and emails since we weren't able to meet in person due to the stay at home order. The apartment is even nicer than it looked online, and I underestimated how much I'd enjoy being so close to Veterans' Park. My first month here has been great!

I love the Village and the staff are some of the best people you'll meet. It's a super chill vibe and the apartments are beautiful. They fix things right away and are always available, even if you want to pick up a package at like 3AM. Would strongly recommend.

The floor plans are beautiful, love the black trim and high ceilings. great work out room. Staff is pretty awesome as well. I will be happy when all the construction is completed and this will help with noise.

LEASE WITH BROOKE! If you want to experience great customer service, unmatched attention to detail, and someone who actually cares about your needs, versus just "leasing" you an apartment...ask for Brooke, the Property Manager when you visit! The property is spotless and neat! Additionally, everyone greeted us with enthusiasm upon entering. Which is a plus for us! You won't be disappointed! Great job, Commonwealth!

It was a pleasure working with Bria Revels. She was able to help me find all my lifestyle preferences within budget. My circumstances also changes while searching for a new apartment and so did my apartment requirements, but she was still very helpful and understanding. My lead time to sign a new lease was long but she made my dog and I feel listened to and respected the entire way. The facility is safe, well kept and enjoyable.

I have been living at the Villages at Commonwealth since 2015! I have moved into multiple units through out the years. The staff is wonderful, the apartments are perfect, and the amenities are awesome. I just had to transfer into a studio unexpectedly due to personal matters. I can't thank the leasing associates, especially Tyler Peterman, and the rest of the staff for help making this move quick and smooth for me. Tyler helped me find the perfect studio at a great price. He was personable and extremely accommodating. I couldn't of had a better experience!

Are you looking for a luxury apartment and an awesome community to move into? Then look no further! The Village at Commonwealth is by far the nicest and most welcoming apartment complex that I have ever lived in or visited. I mean, what other apartment complexes have a rockstar Concierge Desk with some of the most outstanding people working it? Stan The Man (Stanley) and Christian will go so far out of their way to make you feel at home. In addition to the Concierge Rockstars, the Village has the best Barista Bar in all of Charlotte. Krista will whip up the best hot chocolate you have ever tasted, and creative style coffees to fuel your day. Enough about the individuals who make this community feel like home - we should talk about the amenities this complex has. For starters, I have never seen a spa area in an apartment complex like the one we have. It boasts a huge hot tub with waterfalls, and both a sauna and steam room within the men and women locker rooms. If you're a health nut and love to exercise, then the gym will make you want to workout as soon as you step into the gym. The gym is state of the art, and the pool area is 5-stars all around. If you're in the market to move, then I HIGHLY recommend moving into one of the luxury apartments within the Village at Commonwealth community.

I have lived at the VoC since January 2019. I had lived in two apartment complexes in southend prior to moving here, and the VoC is superior to my old apartments in every sense of the word. The amenities are incredible, and the location is awesome in that it is close to bars, restaurants, parks and cute neighborhoods etc. but not right on top of them so you feel like you can't escape the noise like in southend. My boyfriend and I live in one of the duplex walk ups and are legit obsessed with our apartment. It's great for a couple living in a 1 bed 1 bath as there is a dual vanity and the ceilings are so high that the place feels much bigger than it is! The grounds are always clean and well manicured which I could not say was the case for my southend apts. Moving here has felt like a great upgrade in my "adulting" life as plaza midwood and VoC both have an awesome culture and are so quaint. At times the current construction can get a little loud, but it has never been unbearable and is only temporary. The leasing office here has been incredible, prompt, and organized. Bria Revels in particular has been an incredible resource for my boyfriend and I as she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional during his initial paperwork, and even we renewed together this past year. She has made this process so fun and easy, and is a joy to work with! She greets my boyfriend and I by name anytime she sees us and even greets our dog by name! She has really helped to make VoC feel like our home!

My boyfriend and I have been looking for an apartment since May 2019 for my upcoming move to Charlotte (from New York) on November 2019, and after touring several properties, we decided on The Village at Commonwealth! Tyler Peterman has been excellent in showing us the property, answering questions, and moving everything forward. Since I don't live in Charlotte just quite yet, my boyfriend first toured The Village at Commonwealth without me and sent videos. I was so pleased by the photos and videos of the apartment complex and its amenities that I didn't want to wait anymore, I said let's go for that one! A few days ago while I was in town, I was able to take a tour of the property. After the tour, it made me SO excited to move in less than two months. Everything is even better than the photos and videos, the staff is extremely friendly, and the residents seem nice as well. The model apartment that I viewed (the same model that my boyfriend and I will be moving into) looked stunning; the gym, pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, all seem excellent; the barista at the coffee bar was super friendly and also made me a delicious caramel iced coffee (free coffee every day - but obviously tip the barista!); and the common areas are all beautiful. Since I work remotely, I actually stuck around for a few hours and used one of the common areas upstairs to get some work done, and it was lovely. I am so excited to move to Charlotte and live at The Village at Commonwealth!

The construction noise at this property is HORRIBLE. I have been woken up by construction noise a minimum of once a week for the past 6 months- sometimes as early as 5 am. They start their work of garbage trucks, concrete trucks and front loaders as early as 5-6 am and on weekends. There is constant early morning beeping of trucks and loud shouting by construction workers. The management and construction management has ignored the complaints. The property owner, NorthWood Ravin, has done nothing (other than to provide a generic NorthWood Ravin Cares email address.) Even when the construction is done, the property owners have shown they only care about their bottom line. I'd recommend finding a non NorthWood Ravin property that actually cares about it's residents and neighbors.

My name is Traci; I came in the other day and looked at an apartment. The community was so beautiful, clean, and quiet. When I walked in I was greeted by a lady by the name of Nichole. She was so sweet, kind, and professional. We looked at a few apartments they are amazing. I have a few other places to look but I really wanted to say I enjoyed the tour. Working with Nichole was a breathe of fresh air. I recently moved to charlotte. The leasing agents aren't as friendly as she is. We talked about life and goals during our tour it didn't seem like "business". that was very refreshing. I loved the place and will have a decision by the end of the week.

Hello my name is William. I moved here back in 2016. Living here has been by far my best renting experience with an apartment complex. This is the only place where I felt at home. I was actually not going to move here. When I first came to the complex there was a lady here that was very rude. I was all signed up to move somewhere else. A friend of mine said go by there. I then met Nichole she was so sweet so kind to me; she made me feel like this was more than just an apartment but a home. She called to see if I needed anything. Even after my move she personally called to invite me to the community events and introduced me to the other residents. She is always walking around talking to all the residents and making people feel welcome. She is truly what I would want a friend and a boss. She is truly one of a kind. She also introduced me to Bri who has been nothing but amazing and always makes me feel great when I come in to ask questions or if I'm at a resident even. She always comes over to speak and make conversation. These two have been a very big part of why I've enjoyed the complex so much. I will miss being able to come inside the office just to say hi. The other members like Stanley and Dominque have also been very nice as well. Some members that haven't been very enjoyable are Meagan the new manager. She hasn't been the kindest and on a few times that I've come in the office she has made me uncomfortable with the way she talks to people. On the day I turned my keys in she was at the pool drinking while there were 10 people in the office needing things. I felt this was super unprofessional and I hope she wasn't on company time. Other than her everything about this complex has been amazing. The only reason I'm moving is the 45 min drive to work every day is becoming a bit much for me. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends.

I love Village at Commonwealth due to the friendly staff all around when it comes to their residents. Typically you see when once they have you in contract the customer service falls and lack of routine communication dwindles. At Village at Commonwealth it has been the total opposite as I have formed great relationships with the staff. Their ability to be vulnerable and always accept feedback is what makes them stand out from previous communities I have resided in. Bria and Nicole have done a tremendous job with the upkeep of the community and with the community in their hands you will continue to get nothing but the best from them! Also I would like to give the maintenance people kudos due to their timely response. I had an issue and within 24 hours the problem was solved whereas other places it takes that time just to review it! Great all around.

Living in The Village has been a blast! Our interactions with everyone who works here has been positive. I love the thoughtfulness of those at the concierge desk. Whenever we go to pick up packages or ask questions, we are treated like family. Every interaction is delightful. The maintenance team has also done a great job in taking care of every question or concern that we have had.
