Village at commonwealth is a wonderful diverse community with wonderful amenities and great maintenance staff, leasing staff, and concierge staff. I am happy to be a part of this extremely pet friendly community.

My unit is spacious, clean and the community is overall quiet. Neighbors and sense of community here is strong, the staff is always friendly. Overall I have had a good experience here with room for improvement in some common space upkeep but that is fixable.

I've lived here before and have enjoyed my time in the past in this community. Since then, I feel like it has gone down hill. I am very disappointed but I have tried to deal with the constant lack of maintenance in this building. Very annoyed

Village at Commonwealth was the best option for me as I moved down to Charlotte. This was a new experience for me, living in a new city with a new job where I didn't know anyone. This community is very safe, friendly, and genuinely feels like a home. The staff, neighbors, amenities, events, and apartments are all As in my book. I couldn't have found a better place to live.

The older buildings/apartments are not "luxury" . With all of the new apartments going up in plaza. Midwood I'm confident you can do better for the price. The amenities are nice when they work. The office staff isn't very motivated to help when needed.

Great amenities, wonderful property. Maintenance staff is prompt and helpful. I like how quiet it is, and the on site barista is a plus! I'm excited to enjoy the spa/sauna and gym. The concierge package facility is fantastic.

This community is literally the worst rental experience I have ever had. From uncommunicative and rude leasing staff member Latriece to a filthy dirty apartment upon move-in without accent walls painted to several maintenance issues not resolved in a timely manner, you have given us no reason to stay and renew.

Great apartment complex- Plaza Midwood is a perfect neighborhood with food, shops, art, culture, and more. This apartment is a close walk to everything and there are a few nearby parks. Amenities are fantastic.

The location, amenities, and community activities are outstanding. The staff have all been warm and welcoming. The community app makes it convenient to share information across the property. It's very dog friendly and walkable.

It has been great so far. The apartments are beautiful the community is very nice. So many amenities and very affordable. Any issues and maintenance is there to help instantly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Concierge Staff are Amazing
Concierge staff has help me a lot. I’ve only been a resident for a year and 2 months. Anytime I need assistance they help me. Any packages I have they keeps track of them effectively. Keep up the good work guys!

Great complex, great staff. Malik in maintenance is the best!
Super friendly staff, Malik always help out keeping the appliances up to date and helping with any issues. Great place to live, especially with a dog. Great location, the pool, gyms, free coffee, and sauna are great perks.

Maintenance - Malik
Malik at the Village of Commonwealth went above and beyond and generously attended to multiple maintenance needs of mine, some of which I had not even put in a work order for. He was a pleasure to talk to!

Excellent service
Malik came to complete my apartment maintenance request today and was great! He was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always been very timely. Love living here, lots of amenities, never had any issues!

Excellent maintenance staff
================= ================= VaC has consistently amazing maintenance staff. Issues are always promptly resolved and at a very high quality. Don’t have to jump through any of the usual cheapo maintenance tropes of other managements. Very happy! ================= =================

Great Service
Malik provided apartment maintenance for me today and was very friendly and helpful! I love that they have every amenity you can think of and super fun events every month! I’ve been living here since March, and I love it!

Best apartment complex ever
I have absolutely loved living here! They have the best amenities of anywhere I have ever seen and they have the best maintenance team (especially Malik). They are always super timely and nice!! I'm going to be seriously depressed to move away fro here

We moved from out of state and had a virtual tour of the complex prior to move in and physically seeing the space. Leasing agent was very attentive to our questions and desires to seeing the space virtually. Upon move in, the process was very easy and we were fully moved in within a couple hours. The common areas are really nice compared to other complex's we virtually toured and for the value, you can't beat it. This complex has a lot to offer and certainly feels like home.

It was a fantastic move it. Everything was perfect. I would expect no less from an NWR property. The grounds are immaculate and the maintenance staff especially Von are without equal. Would move here again.

Great maintenance staff!
Just another review with a big high five to Aramondo - the maintenance supervisor at TVAC! He is so nice and came to the apt same day I needed a visit! Super friendly and professional in addition to being knowledgeable on maintenance needs! I absolutely love living here and the level of "we care" here is exceptional.

I have had a negative experience here. The rent raised every year to the point that it was unaffordable and they did nothing to make improvements to make it worth it. Everyone lets their dogs ---- everywhere and leaves it. The lawns are trash. They allow people to smoke when this is a smoke free complex. They allow people to park in random places that are not spots. They are rude to door dash delivery people. The valet trash people often just don't show up. That's just part of it

While I appreciate the pet-friendly nature of our community, it has become increasingly evident that the pet policies in place are not being consistently enforced. Despite the clear rules outlined in the lease agreement, many residents seem to disregard them, leading to various issues that affect the quality of life for all tenants.

It's been great! Love the amenities and the area. Two pool areas and two gyms are well kept and have everything we need. The staff is very friendly and it's great to be able to walk to restaurants and bars
