I used to enjoy living here as Im going on two years at this apartment, but since Melissa, Erin, and Keke are no longer here things are not the same. It feels as if things are lacking and not cared for as much. Seems as if theres never anyone at the office when you have questions or need to talk to someone. Theres also been a rise in issues around the complex lately between the gates not working, peoples cars getting broken into, stolen, and damage. Just doesnt seem like a place I want to be in anymore.

Great apartment

Ive lived here going on 13 months now and have just renewed my lease for another year! The best apartment Ive looked at in Fayetteville that has everything I need. Not on a busy street, tucked away in a residential area, super quiet area! I also love having a first floor apartment with a little fenced in backyard area, it makes it so much easier on me in the mornings and before bed to let my dogs out. Maintenance is super great with filling service requests as soon as we get them in. Couldnt say anything bad about living here!

I can say our year here at the apartments have been good. We have not had many problems at all and enjoy the staff. Paul has been amazing at making sure repairs are done and helping with stuff when needed! We appreciate the staff.

It's nice out here, and the people are nice. The staff was helpful when I needed them and even gave me a care package for my move in. Just wish there was a closer dumpster and more lighting around my apartment because it gets really dark in that area

Overall, I'm having a great experience. There is some noise from the stumping of my upstairs neighbor, but I can deal with it. Also, I had to ask my neighbor beside me to turn down their music, but other than that, I'm satisfied.

Amazing Community

My husband and I loved living here while we were house hunting. Buckhead is a very quiet, comfortable, and private community in a great location! They are great apartments for a great price - hard to find these days!

Even thou it's very outdated it's a quiet community. I do recommend the elderly or non mobile to live on the side where the dumpsters are. The current maintenance staff are pleasant and knowledgeable.

I love Buckhead! It's a hidden gem, located in the heart of the growing part of Fayetteville! The amount of space in all rooms including the kitchen meets every need! The vinyl flooring compliments the items I already own!

I have not been in the community long but so far it has been an overall positive experience in terms of management. The apartment was clean and well maintained upon move in- no dead bugs in sight. Any maintenance issue is handled quite promptly even if it is not an urgent matter. The front desk staff (Gloria and Edna) are so kind and helpful throughout the whole application and move-in process. Because of the location of the apartments, it is far enough from the main road that it is quiet (but close enough that everything is within ten minutes). It is quiet and feels safe enough that you will witness people all throughout the day walking their dogs or children down the back roads. Overall a positive experience and a good part of that is because of Gloria and Edna. They go out of their way to help through the application process and are always a friendly ear to help with any question or problem.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Apartments are spacious, updated and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to the mall, restaurants, and public transportation. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient with the work they perform. Parking is abundant also. Very pleased with the Buckhead Community.

DO NOT RENT HERE. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Here's a short review. - Do not expect problems to get fixed within a timely manner. Staff is always different and they usually don't care. - The gate is for decoration. It doesn't actually lock and is open 24/7 (Gate is suppose to open with code and keycard) - Since the system for the keycard doesn't work. People also have open access to the pool. This includes the residents in the surrounding neighborhood who don't live in the apartment community. - We have a lake. Homeless people have set up tents and have slept near the lake or inside the forest near the lake. Management has received complaints. Nothing happens. - There is one trash compacter here. It has broke at least once a month. When that happens the entire community has to dump all their trash into one giant container (good luck if you have to live on the compacter side) - I have had my ceiling leaked twice (2nd floor) . The "24 hour" emergency workers came 3 days later. This wouldn't have happened if they fixed my up my upstairs neighbors pipes. They let the problem go on long enough so that the leak went down to first floor neighbor. Do not live here They overcharge you in rent and still have the audacity to charge you for extra amenities you probably won't use and other things too like reserved parking ($35/month)

Great, quiet and tucked away community. Management cares about appearance of community and frequently has landscapers and employees out beautifying and maintaining the grounds. Maintenance request response rate is notably slow but overall a great place to live.

Overall living in Buckhead Apartments has been great. This is my second time living here so that says something about the area and property managers. Over the years, I've seen two different property managers over this complex and many office/maintenance personnel come and go.

I thoroughly enjoyed living in the Buckhead apartment community. Both the office staff and maintenance team are truly professionals and care about the safety and comfort of all the residents. I lived in a one bed room apartment at the end of a building. I had the advantage of having windows in the living room, bathroom, as well as the back doors and bedroom. The design and layout of space is what I was most impressed with. The open plan made the apartment seem much bigger. There was plenty of cabinet and storage, including a kitchen and bathroom pantries. Outside there is a balcony with a large storage room. The complex is located about 1 mile from the major road which kept the apartments tucked away, quiet, and a bit more secure. There is great shopping within 10 minutes drive to meet all your wants and needs. There are nearby restaurants and healthy fast food dining within minutes. Highly recommend for a single person, a couple, or for a small family there are spacious 2 bedroom apartments.

Small quite neighborhood with good people living here for the most part. They are not without the people who refuse to do the right things. There some downright nasty people. My pet pea is the dumpster where some tenants will drop their trash near the dumpster but not in the dumpster. Even when the dumpster is empty. Complaining to the front office does not work. I think they need new management.

Took a tour here and Hailey toured me in a 1 bedroom. It was so clean and spacious and Hailey was great! If they had 3 bedrooms then I would do an application in a heartbeat but for now I will see if I can make a 2 bedroom work!
