The apartments come at a great price, and it is only helped by the wonderful staff that are here to help you with whatever problems may arise. When I moved in they were here to help with small problems that arose when other places would take much longer to help.

I relocated from Virginia in November. I just started looking for a place to live a month ago. I came across this "Gem" on the website, read the reviews and had to schedule a tour. I will say out of all the properties I visited yesterday, this property caught my attention. I fell in love with the staff Reghan and Amy; I believe that was her name and the maintenance men. They were so welcoming and polite even though I had something come up earlier and missed my appointment. They were not upset and showed the property when I arrived later that evening. I love the layout of the apartments, plenty of closet space, huge bedrooms and bathrooms, the gym is to die for and the rent is very reasonable for all of the amenities offered. Oh did I mention the property has a Lake. The view is amazing. I submitted my application first thing this morning and definitely hoping to make this my home for years to come. If you're looking for a place to call home, trust me this is a must see property. All of the awesome reviews are accurate.

Hidden Lake Apartments are quite luxurious, private and spacious. Nice gym and pool and a plus overlook a lake. It is found in a quiet crime free neighborhood and the residents are pleasant and warm. It is a great place to live and is close to primary shopping areas. Urban lifestyle, banks, restaurants, fast food outlets minutes away.

Raised my rent over $100 a month in the middle of a pandemic because it is the "market price" for apartments in Fayetteville. There is no amenities on sight, they are 15 minutes down the road at another complex. Area is constantly overwhelmed with garbage, be it from the dumpster over flowing, the trash receptacles at the pavilions, the junk mail thrown on the ground instead of placed in the trash, and or the tenants that prefer to store their garbage on their front door steps instead of discarding it in the dumpster. Would not recommend for the price.

I moved in late December and from the very first contact with this everything has been great. They were very professional. The approval process took probably 3 days no more than that. They offer great amenities that I love and the neighbors seem nice as well: I cannot wait to really enjoy more benefits like the clubhouse and pool. Oh the lake is wonderful and peaceful to sit by and they say it's fish in it too if you love to fish.

It is a nice place, very centric, very quiet complex with a good view of the artificial lake. Friendly staff. I think the space of this apartments and price are fair. I'm just 20 min away from my job, mall and fast food and walmart store are very accessible.

I've only been here for one week, but so far the staff have been excellent and the grounds are on par with them. I love my location being so close to the playground, as well as the dog park. This is easily the most peaceful, and quiet apartment complex I have ever lived in.

The staff were very attentive to my needs and questions prior to move in and directly after. I love the valet trash! I love the lake we're by, the grounds are kept clean, and I like that it's a gated community. This is a very pet friendly place so be prepared to hear loud pets. I will say the walls and ceilings are thin so I hear so much from my neighbors above me mostly. I don't like that aspect of living here. But the scenery, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the community helps outweigh the negatives.

Smooth process from the start. Saw availability via Trulia and set up walk around. Filled out application end of September, got acceptance call in October for apartment that would be available in November. Moved in 2 weeks prior to anticipated date! Quite the experience

It's quiet which I love the most because I want to come home and relax and I feel like I can do that here. I have a two year sooo I needed some where sage for the both of us and this gated lake side community was just that. It's gated has a pool and a new nice gym so I don't need a membership to another gym and my favorite part is I don't have to take my trash out !!!! I love this complex and would definitely suggest it to friends and family !

I've contacted management about a dog barking and howling through all hours of our "quiet time ". However they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is a great complex and I have no other complaints other than their inability to maintain "quiet hour" restrictions.

The appliances are very old. Really needs an update. My dishwasher is not effective because it's so old. Maintenance issues have not been addressed and I don't have hot water most of the times. But the place is quite and clean.

Great location. I was told my move in date months ahead but contacted 3 days before moving in (and having everything planned) that it would only be ready at a later day. I was able to work things out but unfortunately my apartment was not cleaned and the floors have been horrible. It's not anything life changing so it really doesn't bother me, I just don't want to be charged for the damages later on. I appreciate all of the staff for helping me and it's something I'm very happy to have. So far things have been great and I really don't have any issues besides the initial move in.

Hidden Lake has been a great experience so far! The front office staff is friendly, the grounds are clean and attractive, and it is quiet at night. I love the view of the lake and the pool is clean and inviting! When I moved in, I was greeted by a clean, fresh smelling apartment. I was actually very impressed with how clean the apartment was upon arrival. The office staff took me through a professional walkthrough and we were able to view previous wall marks, etc together, which was great! I would recommend living in Hidden Lake apartments!
