Was very easy to move in and was very fast doing all the paperwork needed to get the new keys to my new place, after which the community was very open and friendly to me and my spouse making us feel very welcome to the area

This place is SHADY!!! Our apartment reeked of urine and animals. The management told us that there is nothing wrong with apartment and that they don't any stains on the carpet. Because they don't think anything is wrong with the apartment they will not refund us.

Great staff and customer service. Easy and reliable transformation moving here, could not ask for a better experience and professional assistance. Hidden Lake Apartments is a quite and reserved location looking over a beautiful landscape in the quaint part of Fayetteville.

I have enjoyed living in this community it has been quiet and peaceful. My kids enjoy the park and when I have a maintenance request it is handled efficiently. I enjoy the included amenities that are provided.

I love the apartments! Staff is super friendly and very on top of things. The apartments are great and I especially love the lake in the area. The gym is very nice they have everything I need to get a proper workout!

The easiest move in process that I have experienced. Friendly, courteous staff. Nicole kept me up to date with my paperwork. Online process made it a lot easier. Grounds are clean and tidy. Very impressive. Apartments are spacious.

Clean and quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. The facilities and services provided are worth the value. There aren't any pet free zones for small kids to play(pets are allowed just about everywhere).

nice quiet community. clean housing and clean landscaping. the staff is very friendly and very informative. when my sink was leaking they made sure to mark it as an emergency and come and fix it that same day!

I have really enjoyed living in this area for the past year, it's a very nice facility, all the amenities are wonderful, apartments are spacious and the maintenance crew and staff are so pleasant and professional when it comes to the tenants needs..

This is a very good price to live in and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They there 24/7 for you. The girls at the front office make this place rock whenever you need something they are there to help you.

I have everything I need here. It is quiet and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful, and they deal with all of my concerns in a timely manner. I am notified when any work is to be done on any of the facilities.

Very nice quite apartments..love it hear..maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure that your time hear at hidden lake is a worry free one..The office staff is wonderful..alot of amenities that are very well taken care of!

It's a beautiful property with great perks, but management does not properly handle issues and does not care much about the tenants' comfort and well being. Plus, the security gate is often broken. It appears that they care more about keeping the property looking good than keeping faithful tenants. They are losing me.

Well the apartments are nice, the floor plan is spacious and it flows easily. The community is great. The meadow in the center is also a big added bonus and all the appliances to the neighborhood are definitely great.

I am a brand new resident but so far I really enjoy the apartment I am living in. Ashley and Nicole were both very nice during my application process. Although I was a little nervous about the apartment not being what I expected it to be upon move in because I was outside of town and was unable to take a look beforehand, I am extremely happy to say that the apartment was very clean, my neighbors are quiet and courteous, and the area around the apartments is quiet and feels safe enough to walk outside at night by myself. I am so glad I picked Buckhead Apartments and I hope this same atmosphere and overall pleasantness is the same 5 or even 12 months down the line.

Everything is relatively great! Except the gate is constantly not operating. They just added a new gym at Hidden Lakes and it is a great facility. The pool and the playground are great. And they just added some obstacles to the dog park.

I had always heard great things about Buckhead Apartments; every prior or current resident that I had talked to regarding their experience living at Buckhead had nothing but positive feedback to provide. Spacious apartments, quiet friendly neighborhood, incredible management, and great back patio/balcony views were what drew me into this community.

Great and staff is always pleasant. I'm my opinion they go above and beyond. I enjoy being a part of this community. This community is not too big and not too small. Anytime I have a concern or maintenance request, they are address properly and in a timely manner.

We have had a good experience at Hidden Lake apartments. Nice community. It is pet friendly which is a plus. We haven't had any trouble or problems since moving here. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ever since I've been here, I have no regrets in making Hidden Lake Apartments my choice of dwelling and where I call home. The community's ambiance is satisfying to me and its amenities are sufficient enough to have a comfortable stay. I really do like living here.

I've been very happy in this community. The apartment is beautiful, safe and quiet. It's situated in a convenient area, with a grocery store close by , schools close by. There are good places to eat on Skibo which is roughly about 8minutrs from the complex. I've only ever had one maintenance problem, which was fixed sooner than I expected. These apartments are great.
