It's been great!! I love this place!! I plan to live here for as long as I can!! Everyone has been so nice to me and I couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work and effort the front office and maintenance personnel have on a day to day basis!!

So far I do love it here, it is very welcoming and it is very clean. The staff in the office and outside the office are very friendly . The dog park is usually clean, the community events are amazing and makes me feel like I'm home .

Great place to live. Moved here from another state and felt comfortable with location. Quiet neighborhood, clean outside grounds. Close to shopping and easy to get on the highway if needed. Apartment allows pets as well

I love this apartment! Just enough space to furnish it without feeling overwhelmed with trying to find multiple pieces to place in the rooms. The layout is pretty, practical and the rooms are bright. A wonderful place to live.

Quiet community and nice apartments. More than enough room for parking. Car wash station. Secluded. Gated. Nice front office staff I can't complain. My experience has been great since I have been there.

The community was very beautiful and had quite a lot of amenities available for the residents. Additionally, the location is conveniently near stores, groceries, and work making commuting easier for the family.

I have lived at Buckhead for about 8 years, it is a nice community. The only complaint is they have nothing in place for retention of their good tenants. Also, we now only have 1 dumpster which not enough to accomodate the residents.

Hidden Lakes is a beautiful, safe, underrated community in Fayetteville. The grounds are well kept and their amenities are top rate. They are very prompt in responding to whatever needs you may have both before and after you move-in. Sound doesn't seem to be an issue for me so far, but there are many apartments in the complex so I can't speak for the whole thing. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a home in a sliver of paradise!

I've enjoyed living here VERY much. The staff is VERY friendly & helpful answering maintenance request quickly. Its fairly quiet for the most part depending on the neighbors. The upkeep of the outside of the complex is slack due to some of the residents placing their trash on the concrete & not in the containers provided so there's bag leakage on the walkways into a lot of the apartment home as well as splatter on the sides of the building near the apartment home entry doors. This is not a staff issue other than the community rules not being enforced.The security gates entering the complex are beginning to be left open..again after working properly for a long period of time.

During this time of COVID, my experiences here have been challenging. That goes for the staff as well, I'm sure. Hidden Lake has handled the situation with grace and compassion. I appreciate the consideration that they have taken to protect both their staff as well as the residents. Seeing Employers take care of their own is very important to me, and something I will always support.

My experience at Hidden Lake has been positive. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance staff. The gym and community pool are an added bonus. The grounds are well maintained and kept up.

I came to Hidden lake community with a lot expectations. However, My family and I felt disappointed when We got the apartment. It has a strong smell of cigarrate. Hopefully main office team changed us to a New apartment. Kyra the manager is a great and Profesional person. Thanks a lot.

Awesome staff. They always ensure that your needs are met in a timely manner. Quite, clean and safe environment. Gated community. Newly built workout area. Close to shopping area and recreational activities.

Place is nice however the community is very large. There are lots of people and cars. Great view of the lake and the staff are very helpful. Staff made every accommodation available to help me move in early.

The maintenance and front office staff were prompt and professional in solving any issues that were brought to their attention. There are a lot of amenities (gated [and kept fixed], excellent updated workout facility, awesome pond view) that make this a great location for the cost.

My experience so far is beautiful. The residents and staff are so polite and welcoming. I had a lot of fear of moving here from another state. But moving to this community helped me to get over that fear once I entered the gates of the community. This is a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place and I'll choose it again if I had a chance too.

Good community, great response time if you ever need maintenance done in your unit, and they have a trash valet which I think is very convenient! If you are looking for a comfortable apartment complex that isn't too expensive but maintains the community accordingly I would recommend Hidden Lake Apartments

Smooth and simple entire process of moving in. Even with covid-19 happening the staff were patient and friendly helping me get into my new apartment home. I moved from out of state and spoke many times over the phone in the process, they never rushed, they never got frustrated, they walked me thru the process. I can not recommend this community enough!

Great and fast application process. Moved in the next week with communication daily from the staff. All questions were answered by friendly and knowledgeable faces. Maintenance came by and went over interior and exterior with me for approval also very helpful.
