Lived here for over a year and always helpful and understanding staff! Couldn't be happier with living here and the small incentives given. For example just re signed my lease and received a ceiling fan inside my unit in the living room and couldn't be happier!

Amazing, helpful and beautiful! This community is beautiful and the people are kind all the time! It is wonderful living here! Hidden Lake is a peaceful apartment complex that has everything that you need to live comfortably is a great place!

When looking for an apartment we had a difficult time searching from across the world in Korea. The staff here at hidden lake apartments really took the time to help us find the best place for my wife and I. We were very pleased with the help we received.

Really great staff and easy to work with. Love the neatness of the apartments and I feel safe here. Would have liked the apartment to be cleaner but the staff worked hard to ensure it was right. Very happy this far and will recommend to others!!

I have lived here for a year now and I must say it's the best apartment complex I have lived in since I've moved to fayetteville. It's quite,secluded, and close to everything you need.

Theres been changes in management alot lately. Some are resident oriented others are more authoritative..howeveramagement have been making positive changes to enhance our community. It is very peaceful

I have had a fine experience with this community, however, I have had many issues with the plumbing of my apartment. My water bills have been high for a one bedroom, one bath apartment and it has taken the maintenance staff too long to fix the issue.

Love it 3 year tenant. Great office staff, and community. The staff is always polite and have fixed any issues I have presented the following day after submission. The community is very quiet and the location is ideal, 3 minutes from the freeway and in the heart of the city. I recommend it to anyone that wants to apply.

I love the staff and have had no issues. They have responded to maintenance issues and know me by name. There are always lots of events going on that build community and I like that. The newsletters and emails are actually useful.

The last maintenance issue was not fully resolved the first time and I had to call again for the same issue. I would like the Simple issues taken care of the first time. I am considering moving if service Does not improve. The service and up keep of the property appears to be going down.

This is my first apartment home with my husband, and we could not be happier. It's close to everything we want to be by, but its not also right in the middle of everything, which we love. Office staff always nice and helpful. Maintenance quick.

The office staff Lauren and Dee Dee are very professional and helpful. They know their tenants, which is important to me and ensure that all of the needs of the tenants are being met. The maintenance technician Joe and his supervisor are absolutely amazing as well. If there are every any maintenance issues, they gentleman make the repairs happen quickly.

I have lived in several places in Fayetteville. This is by far the best maintained and best staff. They are very quick to address maintenance concerns. They hold social events for the community which allows you to get to know your neighbors.

Been living at Hidden Lake since November 1st 2011. Only complaints I have had are the dumpster area gets piled up pretty bad, usually over a long holiday weekend. But a decent place to live, staff is very nice and professional. Community is nice too.

Hidden Lake is a WONDERFUL place to live!!! The staff is extremely friendly...the only complaint is the appliances could be updated. I have to run my diswasher 2-3 times before the dishes are actually clean...I believe it's just old. Plus the lighting could be better...the lights are outdated and very dim! But overall, it's GREAT!!! I would definitely recommend Hidden Lake!!! :-)

Hidden Lake Apartments are in a convenient location, just outside of Fayetteville but still close to shopping and my job! I also love the lake. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful so far.

Hidden Lake is a great place to live. My.husband and I were not sure where we wanted to be in fayetteville, but I am so happy we chose this place to call our first home. The ladies are so welcoming every time we stop by the office. I've never met such friendly and welcoming people here. The maintenance gets our requests done quickly, and the lake is so peaceful. This is a great community and I recommend this place to anyone.

So... I love my place!!! And the staff is awesome whenever i have an issue... especially that oh-so-awesome floridian lady!!! The lake does it for me! It's always a joy to visit the leasing office cz the staff is always about what they can do to better my stay here! 4years strong!

I have lived here for 4 years now. It has been an overall good experience. I only have 2 major complaints. The first is that rent went up every year and I was never notified until I signed my lease (they also took away the teacher discount). I also do no like that they took away the 24 hour security monitoring around the complex. Other then that it has been good.

So far so good, any issues I have are quickly resolved by the office or maintenance. I love my apartment! I love the excluded feel of the community. I'm not a big fan of little kids running around. So it is very peaceful out here. I can't wait to resign next year :)

Not good! I have an 800> credit score. After a person is there for a year, with no payment issues, the should be able to stay month-to-month at the same rent. Wasn't sure about how much longer i would be in Fayetteville, after the 1st year, You locked me into a 6-month lease, for an additional $100. Then a 3-month lease for another $100 increase. On one day, I saw three tenants moving out. People wouldn't be moving out as much if you did a month-to-month lease after a 1-year lease from a good tenant.

The overall atmosphere of hidden lake apartments is wonderful! It is quiet and tucked away while also being close to many different shops and restaurants. The location is perfect! Coming from a small town to a big city hidden lake gives me that sense of home. So glad we found out about Hidden Lake!

The neighborhood is extremely clean and safe. The staff is great and if you have a problem they are quick to fix it. They allow pets which is a big plus for animal lovers. Overall the apartments are great and in great condition. I am very happy we choose to move here. Very welcoming!

Very clean property, friendly staff and professional maintenance, quick and curteous every time. I always feel at home here and they know me by name when I walk in the door. No matter what the issue they always seem to take care of it weather it's in the office with lauren and julie or with maintenance by rodney they are awesome.
