The community is located in a great area. Safety is a joke. The gate is always broken and there was just a recent shooting in the neighborhood. The facilities like the club house, gym and pool are nice.

I absolutely love loving at Hidden Lake. I have never had any issues living here. The office and maintenance staff are always very professional no matter the circumstances. I can honestly say I will live here until I find my forever home.

Love it. I feel safe. Everyone is polite. Amazing views. Very convenient to shopping areas. Activities to do monthly. Staff is always willing to help. Appearance is clean and maintained. Parking is never an issue. Gym and playhouses is kept up.

So far, I have been leaving with this company since Nov 2014 and i would have to say that it has been a great experience. I have yet to have a problem with other residents, the staff is super friendly and is also friendly with animals. They help me when I need it and maintain in contact to check if other promblems persist.

I really like that the level of noise is a consistent low and thatif there is an issue the office is right on it. My move in was smooth despite the fact my carpet still has some stains. Hopefully we can alleviate that soon. Overall I'm happy here!

It's a great place to live. The staff is so friendly and the view here is amazing. My sons and I moved here and immediately felt at home. It's quiet and private. I asked for my floors to be cleaned and they did such a fantastic job. It was better than I imagined. I am blessed to have found this place. I love it here!

They are the friendliest, most helpful and nice people to deal with. The complex is quiet and clean. It is located so close to everything that is needed. The price is reasonable but only downfall is no pool or gym to use. Great place to live especially for people starting out or single.

I have just recently moved into the complex as of August 12, 2016. There have been some minor issues that I found upon move-in that I logged on the inspection sheet. These items were responded to promptly by the office staff and maintenance. I have been thoroughly satisfied so far.

this is a nice quiet secluded community. you cannot tell that you are only 5 to 10 minutes from Skibo rd. and Raeford rd. where the majority of the areas malls and shopping centers are located. good on sight facilities too a pool and laundry room and a nice fitness center. basic cable and internet are currently included with the rent payment. there is a valet trash service too.

This is a great place to live. I have had nothing but positive experiences since I've moved in. It is spacious, inviting, and clean. I am happy for what I get for the price. I feel safe where I am. The ladies at Buckhead have made me feel very welcome.

I really love this apartment complex its a really good place to live. I love the friendly staff and neighbors. My family loves our apartment. I love the atmosphere. I have only lived here for a couple of months but feels like I ve been here for years

It has been a wonderful experience at Hidden Lake Loop Apartment so far. When I first got here I fell in love with the scene. The surrounding is beautiful.The apartment that I occupy is spacious and very organize. Its close to the mall and other needed places. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I was originally referred to these apartments by a friend. From the beginning it has been a pleasant experience. The office staff is responsible and dependable. I love the features of the complex. Even though the air conditioning was broken when I moved in the office staff help accomidate me until it was fixed yesterday.

Hidden Lake is a very quiet and nice community. We enjoy the gym and the pool. The office staff (Katie) is very Professional, nice and welcoming. I enjoy the easy access to parking at any time. We love it here. I would certainly recommend this community to anyone, they will certainly not regret it.

I have been 80% delighted with the apartment and management! I have enjoyed the peaceful and location of the apartment! There are some gray areas, but still a great environment for military, medical and law enforcers! I moved in my apartment 1-8-08! I have been here almost 12 years! The area is pet friendly.

I've been in this community for over 2 1/2 yrs and it's awesome. From the quality of living to the staff! Reasonable pricing and quiet. Best part for me is the lake and pool. I can't see myself leaving anytime soon, without a doubt I would recommend to a friend.

I love living at Hidden Lake Apartments! All of the staff members in the club house are super helpful with anything you need. They are willing to answer questions and go the extra mile! Matience always comes in a reasonable amount of time and takes care of the few issues I've had such as a wasp nest on the porch! I am so thankful to have a loving community!

Overall the community is good except for some observations. Excessive trash during off time. Dogs without leash, excessive dog Festus. Laundry room needs cleaning. Washer needs repairs. Management needs to hold residents responsible for their actions.

Very nice place to live! The pool is very well maintained. They really care about their tenants. If something needs fixed its fixed within hours! The lake/pond is an added bonus. The grounds are excellently maintained. I lived alone and felt very safe! Highly recommended!

My experience in BuckHead Apartment has been great. The staff has been Awesome over the year. I had no problems living in Buckhead Apartments. I, thank you all for great customer service over the year. I wish we had a office area like all the other properties.

I've lived in Buckhead for quite awhile. It's an okay place to live. It's centrally located so most things are within 10 minutes. Amelia is GREAT!!! Absolutely always hears you out! Even when she's busy! Responds to everything! And always follows up! Always ask for Amelia if you have a problem! She's FANTASTIC!!! And for maintenance issue Orlando is just exceptional! I had a maintenance problem and Orlando came out on his personal time to do what he could until a specialist was available. Great handyman w/ a great personality.

The reason for leasing here is the fact that this is a gated community. Also the staff here is very friendly and personable. They provide great customer service and try their best to ensure that the property is well maintained, however challenging that can be.

Since day one ms DEDE has been a great help she not only checks on me and make sure that I'm happy she also checks to make sure everything is working properly ...I know that me DEDE goes above her job by giving us breakfast in the morning and she always as a smile on her face .... I have moved around a lot on my career path and I'm proud that I'm staying at an apt with a manger who really cares ... THANKS DEDE
