Wonderful place to live and the scenery is beautiful. There is a gym and a pool and the upkeep here is great. Love it here. The people are very friendly and pleasant. The office staff is very friendly and sweet.

I've only been here for 24 hours but I can already tell I'm gonna like it. The management staff was super helpful throughout the whole process, I would recommend this community to everybody! It's nicely secluded & private.

So far it has been so good. When I moved into the neighborhood, my keys were not working at the time of the move in which was annoying. I found the carpet in my apartment to be worn out and stained. Additionally I have some drainage issues with my appliances. However, beyond those things the apartment has been fine so far.

All the staff are really nice and listen to your needs. They welcome you with open arms and help you with any questions you might have. Very pet friendly even to those with dogs on the larger size. Would recommend.

I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I walked in. The staff here are so nice, responsible and fast to help you and explain everything you need to know. I absolutely love living here and i've only being here for like 2 weeks

Great apartments, great staff, great amenities! Hidden Lake Apartments are a hidden treasure here in Fayetteville. I love living here. This is a wonderful place all around to live. I highly recommend it!

I am quite happy living in Buckhead Apartments. The apartments are open with large living areas and what I like most is the storage space. There is loads of stoarage space! I chose a corner apartment and because the apartments are not back to back I get natural light from 3 different sides. The inner apartments get natural light from 2 sides, back and front which is also a plus. There is a balcony in the back which I use my dining area, so I can enjoy meals watching nature in the small woods.. Great shopping and restaurants within a mile. This area is building more and more! The staff is friendly, considerate and responsive to requests. The aparments are located about a quarter mile off the main roads which make it a bit secluded and quiet. There are streetlights when you come to the main road which makes it convenient for turning left or right. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place that is well laid out, clean, quiet, spacey, great value, and off the main road, yet accessible.

Really awesome experience, and done in a timely manner. Nice and fairly quiet, respectable residents. I love the amenities we have, especially the gate that's the main reason we chose to move here. So in love.

I moved here about two years ago and the community is very quiet and nice. It is located in a discreet area and close to a lot of major places. I really love it here the prices are very reasonable and they have all must have amenities. I highly recommend putting this on your top three list when looking for a place to stay.

My experience been fine. I did experience a breaking in my vehicle one night a year or two ago. Work orders have needed to be done every now and then over the years since I been here, which is understandable. But overall my living experience is comfortable. I do have friendly neighbors that have looked out for me and my children over the years.

I have lived in Hidden Lake apartments for nearly 1 year. Having moved here from another country I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and welcoming complex. All of the staff who work at the reception are polite, helpful and very efficient. Any issue or question that I have had has always been dealt with promptly and to a high standard. The complex is very safe and quiet and fellow residents are extremely friendly and respectful. Having friends who have had very negative experiences in OTHER complexes I can happily say that my first year here has been an extremely pleasant and peaceful one! I will most definitely remain here and recommend Hidden Lake Apartments highly.

the complex is very nice and so is the people are nice to and we should do a little cooking on barbecue to get together with our neighbors to meet everyone is very nice and their should be cars that is not using anymore that should be remove like the 2 are sitting in the parking lot not being use like the one that as in wreck and the other not driving so there be room for people can park

The leasing staff was awesome! I rented from out of town and everything went very smoothly. I cannot say enough about how much the staff made this happen. The apartments are very nice for the price! The lease flexibility and willingness to work with my situation was awesome! I had to make this happen fast from across the country and they did great!

It has been good so far. I have enjoyed staying here. Can here the noise from neighbors mainly walking upstairs it's not bad. They fixed the gate sort of. Holy crap I have to keep writing about this place ok. Love the lake dogpark gate community and it's a blast.

Community is safe. Office staff not so informative. Moved here from Florida within 1 day and started working the next it would have been helpful to get more info about rent pay and stuff like that since I only had little time to complete all the tasks for the apartment. Apartment office also unaware of internet services provided here and cable. Poor communication overall but friendly.

I like this place, it is clean and safe. the green are makes me feel welcome. it is a quiet place where my friends and I enjoy a lot. I recommend it, it is clean and the staff are so polite. His landscaping make me feel welcome.

i love living here. Mrs. Kim in the office is always helpful and understanding. She is always in the office and answers all my questions. she even went above and beyond when it came to just a small request as in carrying diet soda in the fridge. they offer little snacks and drinks in the office whenever you go in as little treat for the people that live here, and i prefer diet. just one simple request and i was happy to see that next time i went in Kim made the effort, and actually remembered, my request. it made me feel happy and more welcomed into the community. :)

I'm so overwhelmed with joy this morning , I've had a slight issue I didnt want to take to the office but thank God I did , I came in the office Kimberly and Kerstin sat me down and apologized for my issues and within that day my issue was resolved ! I can say a lot of apartments only care about your rent they actually cared about how I felt !!! I highly recommend living here the apartments are so clean and they have event with for tenants all the time !!

It is an awesome apartment, the fact that they include cable and internet is amazing as I don't have to worry about an extra bill every month. The internet could be faster, but still works out for us. The gym is brand new and way better than it was before

There has been issues with finding a solution for HVAC problems. These were resolved through tedious troubleshooting. I am happy with the effort put forth by the faculty in the office. Ms wright is very attentive.

Everything is very clean and well maintained. Very peaceful place to live in. A lot of nice staff always making sure everything is getting done. Love the playground and new gym. The courtesy officer is an outstanding person and very efficient.

They are still working on the air which have been out since we moved in the apartment in the second week of October. However they have been working on it since we moved in and still working on fixing the air. But it's not done yet

Ever since manangement changed I don't get any emails in regards to gates being broken or my packages arriving. The staff is very disconnected and I usually get poor service from them. I called them more than a week ago in regards to a question about my lease, I still haven't received a call even after being promised I would get a call right back. I was charged for renters insurance, even though I brought proof that I had it. Overall the service has become deplorable.

It's great I really like the apartments Have lots of activity for the community the apt have great feature big tub lots of space pet friendly. You can wash your car, it's also free cable and internet it nice
