This community is perfect for a single person. The apartment is very spacious with a lot of storage space. The grounds are kept up pretty good. The buildings could be pressure washed a few more times a year.

    The apartment was clean and is in a great location. I am 15 minutes from my job at fort bragg. It's also in a great location as far as shopping and convenience to food. Over all I would highly recommend this apartment.

      Great location! It's nice and quiet, set back into a safe neighborhood. Pretty much all the residents are friendly and the units overall are very nice and spacious. The utilities are a little dated but they work great! Also the grounds are really well maintained, it's very pretty here!

          The community is gated with pass card/pass code entry. There is a small lake to the East side of the property which is pleasant to view from my deck. I have a 2 BR/2 bath unit. The appliances are not all that up to date and there in no microwave. Trash is picked up daily which is nice, but not sure worth 50/month. Cable and internet is included. I haven't contacted Spectrum yet to see what the equipment fee is to get the cable as still moving in.

            The community is very quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. I also love the location of this apartment. The maintenance staff is very friendly and always comes to fix the problem very quickly.

              So far everything is perfectly fine and we have a beautiful view from the lake to our apartment. The apartment has lots of windows that gives the apartment a natural light and freshness from outside. I will surely recommend this apartment to my friends.

                  it's a nice community. i love the fact that the trash, cable and wifi are included in rent. it's very conveniently placed between the city and different t restaurants. the neighborhood is overall very quiet.

                    I love the environment of this neighborhood. People are very friendly, administration is knowledgeable and fast. They are open on Saturday so if you are busy during weekdays you can visit them on Saturday.

                      It's nice and quiet here. The people are nice and respectful. The staff fix things quickly. I love the gated community but they need to have Intercom's for the Apartments's and some way if they can't get in to turn around.

                            So far our experience here at Hidden Lake has been fantastic. We love our apartment design and how big the bedrooms are compared to most apartments. The neighbors here are super friendly and quiet. It's also a plus that Hidden Lake is located away from the busy part of Fayetteville, but also close to everything we need. The only problem we have ran into so far is our gate code not working. It made it a bit hard to move our things in, but I'm sure it'll be resolved when the office opens after the weekend. I'd definitely recommend Hidden Lake to anyone looking to move.

                              This community is absolutely awesome they treat everyone that loves here great makes you feel good about living somewhere. Maintenance is great and fast. Very pet friendly and roomy. The pool and the gym are awesome and the staff and very very helpful. Trash is easy and parking is close love this place and will be staying a while

                                Amy and Regan were very helpful and responsive with my quick move in process. They had my apt furnished on super short notice and the community was ready to welcome me when I arrived. They also provided a great move in bag with all the essentials so I didn't have to rummage around to find simple things like paper towels the first day!!

                                  The apartment complex is general is great, as well as the maintenance staff. Maintenance orders are usually done on the same day if not the next. There's a nice dog park and a decent sized pool, and valet trash is nice to have. The only complaint is neighbors that are not respectful of quiet hours, although the office workers have been quick to respond when I make an inquiry or have a question.

                                    I did an in-person tour with the assistant manager. She was very polite, friendly and very helpful. I really liked the location, the appearance of the apartment complex, and the amenities. So I was really looking forward to moving into this apartment. I was the first person to apply for this unit, so I was told I had a good chance of getting it approved. This in-person tour was conducted on or about 8 May, I completed the application that evening. I stressed to the assistant manager that my lease expires end of this month (31 May). The unit would not be available unit 10 June, which I was fine with that. I just wanted to ensure I had a roof over my head before my current lease expired. Especially since I have been house/apartment hunting for the past month or so. And I really liked this apartment. I left numerous messages to find out the status of my application, to no success have I received a callback. I don't understand why it's taking so long for this application approval process. I meet all the requirements but that still didn't help me any. I called today (21 May) and FINALLY spoke to the assistant manager in which she told me I got approved! Why is it that I had to call and why did it take this long? Fortunate for me, I did not sit on my behind and wait. I continued my apartment/house hunting during this time. It is stressful enough not knowing where your next residence will be and not hearing back from this place is totally unacceptable. I was fortunate to be at the right place at the right time and found a beautiful apartment complex in which I was approved in less than 48 hours. Since I never had the opportunity to live here, I can only rate the staff and the lack of consideration they took in assisting a future tenant move in. I can only imagine what issues I would come across if I did move in. At any rate, things happen for a reason.

                                      I currently work and live here. I love the gym and the pool the most. One of my favorite things to do is go by the lake during sunset and paint. I am really fortunate to live and work here. I have met some amazing people.

                                        Quiet and clean community. I would definately reccomend it to family and friends.Maintenance is helpful and very respectful the pool is kept up and there's hardly any upkeep that isn't maintained. I personally think the community should offer canoe rides to the kids between certain summer hours

                                            If I could leave a worse rating I would and with that being said LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT HERE! Fayetteville has so many apartment complexes in town and this one should be your LAST option. I had so many issues here from before I even moved in. Before I even moved in they gave me the wrong move in date and had me set to move in on a Sunday. It wasn’t until 2 days before my projected move in date that they said they wrote the wrong date and are closed on Sundays. I had signed for this date weeks in advanced and they didn’t care that I had all my arrangements made since they were “only pushing it a day out” Once traveling 3 hours to move in, the moment I stepped foot in the apartment I was told I had to wait an hour to move in because someone was waxing the UNCLEANED FLOORS with dirt and hair being waxed into the floor. Not to mention I actually arrived 30 minutes after I told them I should be there, so there was no reason the apartment should not have been finished. And actually since I was running behind I was contacted to ask when I was planning to show up because the person I signed with was about to go to lunch lol. The apartment had stains on the ceiling, broken tile, red sauce on cabinets and on fan strings. A few light switch covers weren’t even on and bad patch work on others. Besides all of that whenever I needed to speak to someone throughout my 10 months living there you could never reach someone on the phone and had to leave several messages and still sometimes would not get a call back. Had to file TWO police reports on neighbors for vandalism and threats from other residents and the apartment complex did absolutely nothing. Even WITH proof of evidence leading from our apartment door to theirs damaging our things not once, but twice. They said they couldn’t get in the middle of it since the other residents stated differently yet we’re running past our door on several occasions yelling slurs and more trying to get us to come out and fight. The laundry room was always disgusting and unkept. There were times where other residents came and crashed gatherings with out her friends and residents just bc “they lived there and had more of a right to stay”, threatened to “beat someone’s ---” because laundry was moved after sitting there taking up space for 5 hours, and even more. Between the staff and some of the residents I had in counters with I have never had a worse living experience in my life. I recommend living literally anywhere else.

                                                My son received a job offer in Fayetteville and needed to find a great apartment quickly. After lots of searching he chose Hidden Lake. I assisted and was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Over the course of several days I corresponded with 3 different staff members. They all were very courteous and went out of their way to assist with many, many questions given he was moving from another state. I now know why Hidden Lake receives so many positive reviews and I want to make sure the staff is recognized for their efforts.
