Very clean residence, quiet and comfortable. Management staff is always available for issues or questions and maintenance is very prompt with resolving issues with the apartment. The gym and pool area are always very well maintained as well as the play place and surrounding lake area.

Good so far! We had no issues moving and and the people were friendly! Staff was awesome with getting us in there in a hurry! Moving was not a hassle and everything went smoothly! We are very happy with our apartment!

The office staff is very helpful, and very attentive. The grounds are well kept. Great park for the kids to play at. Renting and moving in process was very easy to do. Staff followed up on any concerns promptly.

The staff is super nice and helpful. The apartments are a great value and are centrally located in town. Any issues we have had has been taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here. It's a great and safe community

The maintenance staff at hidden lake apartments is absolutely amazing! They get the job done in a timely manner and they make sure it's fixed so there are no further problems. Maintenance get back to you very fast and fixes things within the 24 hours of your call. It's great!

Let me start by saying the staff there is amazing. They are very polite and helpful. The apartments themselves are in a pretty good location close to places to shop and dine with ease of access to major roads and interstates.

When I first move in had a lot of minor problems in the apt but their quick to fix the problem. Also keep your move in receipt because they will miss calculate your rent and say you owe them money be careful

Great place to live always working always answer phone calls during work hours one of the best places I've lived at the maintenance team is great the workers in the office are very friendly and take care of business in a very professional manner.

Mostly positive. Staff was courteous and professional. The apartment I moved into had a distinct odor which isn't completely gone yet. A few maintancne issues, but were resolved as soon as I placed a work order. Rent price is fair.

It's very quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. My move in was stress free. Everything was in place at move in and organized. I like it so far. The neighborhood is nice and calming. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was great, I really did need to move in right away. the apartment was available and the staff had the place ready right away. Awesome!! The staff seemed to care deeply. While searching for somewhere to live this community seemed nice, clean, and quiet. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I enjoy the it is a gated community with nice facilities like a gym, a pool, and a dog park. The selling point for me was the fact that internet, cable, and trash were included in rent. It was a few less things to worry about and the rent was still extremely reasonable, even with pets!

Everyone has been extremely prompt and nice. Rachel has always been on the ball with everything including the process of our app and moving in, it was never an issue for her to answer any questions no matter how big or small they were!

This apartment complex is amazing and I'd recommend these apartments. We have always had trouble in at lest one area of the places we previously stayed in . however everyone over here is friendly and that includes the staff and neighbors . if we have an issue they come out . I don't have any legit complaints , except the playground sometimes needs to be cleaned up due to the birds pooping all over the slide it makes it an issue only because I have a toddler who See's the playground and wants to play but its sometimes really bad that I won't even take him . other than that everything is great !

I love living in this neighborhood. It is quiet and fits my needs perfectly! The staff members are all very polite and help as needed. I would recommend Hidden Lake Apartments to anyone searching for a new home.

The only issue I am having is that my dishwasher has been broken for four months and I have reported it several times. I enjoy the rest of the apartment and the community. I would recommend this complex to others

Great, quiet community that rests peacefully next to lake. They have great facilities and apartments with engaging events. They playgrounds are perfect for my children, the pool is fun during the summer, we can fish in the lake, the clubhouse is nice with excellent staff, and the new gym is ideal for early morning workout.

It's amazing. Small quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities and pmay areas for my three years old. We've been here for almost two years and low it. Staff is always friendly. Communication with staff is impeccable

I really enjoy living here from the amenities to the whole community itself. The price is great for what's included and I love the lake and the dog park. The office loves to include the community with different events and things to do

It has been a wonderful experience. My family had to relocate due to water damage and the staff has done everything possible to make our experience as pain free as possible. The amenities here are excellent- a real community feeling.

Staff is wonderful. I feel very secure and safe here. Very comfortable. Valet trash service is so convenient. Rent is reasonable. Pet friendly, nice pool and gym. Great shopping available and close to Cape Fear valley hospital.

So far its awesome ..I love the look. Design the space indoors and out is great. Clean floors walls and carpets.. you can sit and relax on the outside without and issues. Love the lightning inside and not to mention the gym..

Our decision to move here were mainly because of top three things. First, the appearance of the community and amenities. Second, the design of the apartment unit. Last but not the least, the staff. They are really nice and accommodating. They made our move easy.

The grounds are well-kept. The office staff and maintenance are courteous. When Carlton comes for maintenance requests, he's always very helpful and polite. You don't really hear your neighbors. The apartments are clean and have an open floor plan.
